1 Alabád el nombre de Jehová, alabád siervos de Jehová. Praise ye the Lord. Praise ye the name of the Lord; praise him, O ye servants of the Lord.
2 Los que estáis en la casa de Jehová, en los patios de la casa de nuestros Dios. Ye that stand in the house of the Lord, in the courts of the house of our God,
3 Alabád a Jehová, porque es bueno Jehová: cantád salmos a su nombre, porque es suave. Praise the Lord; for the Lord is good: sing praises unto his name; for it is pleasant.
4 Porque Jehová ha escogido a Jacob para sí, a Israel por su posesión. For the Lord hath chosen Jacob unto himself, and Israel for his peculiar treasure.
5 Porque yo sé que Jehová es grande, y el Señor nuestro mayor que todos los dioses. For I know that the Lord is great, and that our Lord is above all gods.
6 Todo lo que quiso Jehová, hizo en los cielos y en la tierra, en las mares, y en todos los abismos. Whatsoever the Lord pleased, that did he in heaven, and in earth, in the seas, and all deep places.
7 El que hace subir las nubes del cabo de la tierra: hizo los relámpagos para la lluvia; el que saca los vientos de sus tesoros. He causeth the vapours to ascend from the ends of the earth; he maketh lightnings for the rain; he bringeth the wind out of his treasuries.
8 El que hirió a los primogénitos de Egipto desde el hombre hasta la bestia. Who smote the firstborn of Egypt, both of man and beast.
9 Envió señales y prodigios en medio de ti, o! Egipto: en Faraón, y en todos sus siervos. Who sent tokens and wonders into the midst of thee, O Egypt, upon Pharaoh, and upon all his servants.
10 El que hirió a muchas naciones; y mató a reyes poderosos: Who smote great nations, and slew mighty kings;
11 A Sejón rey Amorreo, y a Og rey de Basán, y a todos los reinos de Canaán. Sihon king of the Amorites, and Og king of Bashan, and all the kingdoms of Canaan:
12 Y dio la tierra de ellos en heredad: en heredad a Israel su pueblo. And gave their land for an heritage, an heritage unto Israel his people.
13 Jehová, tu nombre es eterno: Jehová, tu memoria para generación y generación. Thy name, O Lord, endureth for ever; and thy memorial, O Lord, throughout all generations.
14 Porque Jehová juzgará a su pueblo; y sobre sus siervos se arrepentirá. For the Lord will judge his people, and he will repent himself concerning his servants.
15 Los ídolos de los Gentiles son plata y oro: obra de manos de hombre. The idols of the heathen are silver and gold, the work of men’s hands.
16 Tienen boca, y no hablan: tienen ojos y no ven. They have mouths, but they speak not; eyes have they, but they see not;
17 Tienen orejas y no escuchan; tampoco hay espíritu en sus bocas. They have ears, but they hear not; neither is there any breath in their mouths.
18 Como ellos sean los que los hacen; y todos los que en ellos confían. They that make them are like unto them: so is every one that trusteth in them.
19 Casa de Israel bendecíd a Jehová: Casa de Aarón bendecíd a Jehová: Bless the Lord, O house of Israel: bless the Lord, O house of Aaron:
20 Casa de Leví bendecíd a Jehová: los que teméis a Jehová, bendecíd a Jehová. Bless the Lord, O house of Levi: ye that fear the Lord, bless the Lord.
21 Bendito Jehová de Sión, el que mora en Jerusalem. Alelu-Jah. Blessed be the Lord out of Zion, which dwelleth at Jerusalem. Praise ye the Lord.
