1 Bendice, alma mía, a Jehová, y todas mis entrañas a su nombre santo. Bless the Lord, O my soul: and all that is within me, bless his holy name.
2 Bendice, alma mía, a Jehová, y no te olvides de todos sus beneficios. Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits:
3 El que perdona todas tus iniquidades, el que sana todas tus enfermedades. Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases;
4 El que rescata del hoyo tu vida, el que te corona de misericordia y miseraciones. Who redeemeth thy life from destruction; who crowneth thee with lovingkindness and tender mercies;
5 El que harta de bien tu boca; renovarse ha como el águila tu juventud. Who satisfieth thy mouth with good things; so that thy youth is renewed like the eagle’s.
6 Jehová, el que hace justicias, y juicios a todos los que padecen violencia. The Lord executeth righteousness and judgment for all that are oppressed.
7 Sus caminos notificó a Moisés, y a los hijos de Israel sus obras. He made known his ways unto Moses, his acts unto the children of Israel.
8 Misericordioso y clemente es Jehová, luengo de iras, y grande en misericordia. The Lord is merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and plenteous in mercy.
9 No contenderá para siempre; ni para siempre guardará el enojo. He will not always chide: neither will he keep his anger for ever.
10 No ha hecho con nosotros conforme a nuestras iniquidades; ni nos ha pagado conforme a nuestros pecados. He hath not dealt with us after our sins; nor rewarded us according to our iniquities.
11 Porque como la altura de los cielos sobre la tierra, engrandeció su misericordia sobre los que le temen. For as the heaven is high above the earth, so great is his mercy toward them that fear him.
12 Cuanto está lejos el oriente del occidente, hizo alejar de nosotros nuestras rebeliones. As far as the east is from the west, so far hath he removed our transgressions from us.
13 Como el padre tiene misericordia de los hijos, tiene misericordia Jehová de los que le temen. Like as a father pitieth his children, so the Lord pitieth them that fear him.
14 Porque él conoce nuestra hechura; acuérdase que somos polvo. For he knoweth our frame; he remembereth that we are dust.
15 El varón, como la yerba son sus días; como la flor del campo así florece. As for man, his days are as grass: as a flower of the field, so he flourisheth.
16 Que pasó el viento por ella, y pereció, y su lugar no la conoce más. For the wind passeth over it, and it is gone; and the place thereof shall know it no more.
17 Mas la misericordia de Jehová, desde el siglo y hasta el siglo, sobre los que le temen, y su justicia sobre los hijos de los hijos: But the mercy of the Lord is from everlasting to everlasting upon them that fear him, and his righteousness unto children’s children;
18 Sobre los que guardan su concierto, y los que se acuerdan de sus mandamientos para hacerlos. To such as keep his covenant, and to those that remember his commandments to do them.
19 Jehová afirmó en los cielos su trono, y su reino domina sobre todos. The Lord hath prepared his throne in the heavens; and his kingdom ruleth over all.
20 Bendecíd a Jehová sus ángeles valientes de fuerza, que ejecutan su palabra obedeciendo a la voz de su palabra. Bless the Lord, ye his angels, that excel in strength, that do his commandments, hearkening unto the voice of his word.
21 Bendecíd a Jehová todos sus ejércitos, sus ministros, que hacen su voluntad. Bless ye the Lord, all ye his hosts; ye ministers of his, that do his pleasure.
22 Bendecíd a Jehová todas sus obras en todos los lugares de su señorío. Bendice alma mía a Jehová. Bless the Lord, all his works in all places of his dominion: bless the Lord, O my soul.
