1 А редови вратарски бијаху: од синова Корејевих бијаше Меселемија син Корејев између синова Асафовијех; Concerning the divisions of the porters: Of the Korhites was Meshelemiah the son of Kore, of the sons of Asaph.
2 А синови Меселемијини: Захарија првенац, Једаило други, Завадија трећи, Јатнило четврти, And the sons of Meshelemiah were, Zechariah the firstborn, Jediael the second, Zebadiah the third, Jathniel the fourth,
3 Елам пети, Јоанан шести, Елиоинај седми; Elam the fifth, Jehohanan the sixth, Elioenai the seventh.
4 И Овид-Едомови синови: Семаја првенац, Јозавад други, Јоах трећи и Сихар четврти и Натанаило пети, Moreover the sons of Obed–edom were, Shemaiah the firstborn, Jehozabad the second, Joah the third, and Sacar the fourth, and Nethaneel the fifth,
5 Амило шести, Исахар седми, Феултај осми; јер га благослови Бог. Ammiel the sixth, Issachar the seventh, Peulthai the eighth: for God blessed him.
6 И Семаји сину његову родише се синови, који старјешоваху у дому оца својега, јер бијаху добри јунаци. Also unto Shemaiah his son were sons born, that ruled throughout the house of their father: for they were mighty men of valour.
7 Синови Семајини: Готније и Рафаило и Овид и Елзавад браћа његова, храбри људи, Елиуј и Семахија. The sons of Shemaiah; Othni, and Rephael, and Obed, Elzabad, whose brethren were strong men, Elihu, and Semachiah.
8 Сви ови бијаху од синова Овид-Едомовијех, и они и синови њихови и браћа њихова, сви храбри људи, крјепки за службу, бијаше их шездесет и два од Овид-Едома. All these of the sons of Obed–edom: they and their sons and their brethren, able men for strength for the service, were threescore and two of Obed–edom.
9 А Меселемијиних синова и браће, храбријех људи, бијаше осамнаест. And Meshelemiah had sons and brethren, strong men, eighteen.
10 А Осини синови, од синова Мераријевих: Симрије поглавар, премда не бјеше првенац, али га отац постави поглаварем; Also Hosah, of the children of Merari, had sons; Simri the chief, (for though he was not the firstborn, yet his father made him the chief;)
11 Хелкија други, Тевалија трећи, Захарија четврти; свијех синова и браће Осине бијаше тринаест. Hilkiah the second, Tebaliah the third, Zechariah the fourth: all the sons and brethren of Hosah were thirteen.
12 Од њих бијаху редови вратарски по поглаварима да чувају стражу наизмјенце с браћом својом служећи у дому Господњем. Among these were the divisions of the porters, even among the chief men, having wards one against another, to minister in the house of the Lord.
13 Јер меташе ждријеб за малога као и за великога по домовима својих отаца, за свака врата. And they cast lots, as well the small as the great, according to the house of their fathers, for every gate.
14 И паде ждријеб на исток Селимији; а Захарији сину његову, мудрому савјетнику, кад бацише ждријеб, паде му ждријеб на сјевер; And the lot eastward fell to Shelemiah. Then for Zechariah his son, a wise counsellor, they cast lots; and his lot came out northward.
15 А Овид-Едому на југ, а синовима његовијем на ризницу; To Obed–edom southward; and to his sons the house of Asuppim.
16 Суфиму и Оси на запад с вратима Салехетским на путу који иде горе; стража бјеше према стражи: To Shuppim and Hosah the lot came forth westward, with the gate Shallecheth, by the causeway of the going up, ward against ward.
17 С истока шест Левита; са сјевера четири на дан; с југа на дан четири; а код ризнице по два; Eastward were six Levites, northward four a day, southward four a day, and toward Asuppim two and two.
18 На Парвару са запада четири на путу, два код Парвара. At Parbar westward, four at the causeway, and two at Parbar.
19 То су редови вратарски међу синовима Корејевим и синовима Мераријевим. These are the divisions of the porters among the sons of Kore, and among the sons of Merari.
20 И ови још бијаху Левити: Ахија над благом дома Божијега, над благом од посвећенијех ствари. And of the Levites, Ahijah was over the treasures of the house of God, and over the treasures of the dedicated things.
21 Од синова Ладановијех између синова Гирсоновијех од Ладана, између главара домова отачких од Ладана сина Гирсонова бијаше Јехило, As concerning the sons of Laadan; the sons of the Gershonite Laadan, chief fathers, even of Laadan the Gershonite, were Jehieli.
22 Синови Јехилови: Зетам и Јоило брат му бијаху над благом дома Господњега; The sons of Jehieli; Zetham, and Joel his brother, which were over the treasures of the house of the Lord.
23 Од синова Амрамовијех, Исаровијех, Хевроновијех, Озиловијех, Of the Amramites, and the Izharites, the Hebronites, and the Uzzielites:
24 Бијаше Севуило син Гирсона сина Мојсијева старјешина над благом. And Shebuel the son of Gershom, the son of Moses, was ruler of the treasures.
25 А браћа његова од Елијезера: Реавија син му, а његов син Јесаија, а његов син Јорам, а његов син Зихрије, а његов син Селомит; And his brethren by Eliezer; Rehabiah his son, and Jeshaiah his son, and Joram his son, and Zichri his son, and Shelomith his son.
26 Овај Селомит и браћа његова бијаху над свијем благом од посвећенијех ствари, које посвети цар Давид и поглавари домова отачких и тисућници и стотиници и војводе; Which Shelomith and his brethren were over all the treasures of the dedicated things, which David the king, and the chief fathers, the captains over thousands and hundreds, and the captains of the host, had dedicated.
27 Од ратова и од плијена посветише да се оправи дом Господњи; Out of the spoils won in battles did they dedicate to maintain the house of the Lord.
28 И што год бјеше посветио Самуило видјелац и Саул син Кисов и Авенир син Ниров и Јоав син Серујин; ко год посвећиваше, даваше у руке Селомиту и браћи његовој. And all that Samuel the seer, and Saul the son of Kish, and Abner the son of Ner, and Joab the son of Zeruiah, had dedicated; and whosoever had dedicated any thing, it was under the hand of Shelomith, and of his brethren.
29 Од синова Исаровијех: Хенанија и синови његови бијаху над спољашњим пословима у Израиљу, управитељи и судије. Of the Izharites, Chenaniah and his sons were for the outward business over Israel, for officers and judges.
30 Од синова Хевроновијех Асавија и браћа његова, тисућа и седам стотина храбријех људи, бијаху над Израиљем с ову страну Јордана на истоку за сваки посао Господњи и за службу царску. And of the Hebronites, Hashabiah and his brethren, men of valour, a thousand and seven hundred, were officers among them of Israel on this side Jordan westward in all the business of the Lord, and in the service of the king.
31 Између синова Хевроновијех бијаше Јерија поглавар синовима Хевроновијем по породицама њиховијем и домовима отачким. Четрдесете године царовања Давидова потражише их и нађоше међу њима храбријех јунака у Јазиру Галадском. Among the Hebronites was Jerijah the chief, even among the Hebronites, according to the generations of his fathers. In the fortieth year of the reign of David they were sought for, and there were found among them mighty men of valour at Jazer of Gilead.
32 И браће његове, храбријех људи, бијаше двије тисуће и седам стотина главара у домовима отачким; и постави их цар Давид над синовима Рувимовијем и Гадовијем и половином племена Манасијина за све послове Божије и царске. And his brethren, men of valour, were two thousand and seven hundred chief fathers, whom king David made rulers over the Reubenites, the Gadites, and the half tribe of Manasseh, for every matter pertaining to God, and affairs of the king.
