1 Милости ћу Господње пјевати увијек, од кољена на кољено јављаћу истину твоју устима својима. I will sing of the mercies of the Lord for ever: with my mouth will I make known thy faithfulness to all generations.
2 Јер знам да је зававијек основана милост, и на небесима да си утврдио истину своју, рекавши: For I have said, Mercy shall be built up for ever: thy faithfulness shalt thou establish in the very heavens.
3 "Учиних завјет с избраним својим, заклех се Давиду, слузи својему: I have made a covenant with my chosen, I have sworn unto David my servant,
4 Довијека ћу утврђивати сјеме твоје и пријесто твој уређивати од кољена до кољена. Thy seed will I establish for ever, and build up thy throne to all generations. Selah.
5 Небо казује чудеса твоја, Господе, и истину твоју сабор светијех. And the heavens shall praise thy wonders, O Lord: thy faithfulness also in the congregation of the saints.
6 Јер ко је над облацима раван Господу? ко ће се изједначити с Господом међу синовима Божијим? For who in the heaven can be compared unto the Lord? who among the sons of the mighty can be likened unto the Lord?
7 Богу се ваља клањати на сабору светијех, страшнији је од свијех који су око њега. God is greatly to be feared in the assembly of the saints, and to be had in reverence of all them that are about him.
8 Господе, Боже над војскама! ко је силан као ти, Боже? И истина је твоја око тебе. O Lord God of hosts, who is a strong Lord like unto thee? or to thy faithfulness round about thee?
9 Ти владаш над силом морском; кад подигне вале своје, ти их укроћаваш. Thou rulest the raging of the sea: when the waves thereof arise, thou stillest them.
10 Ти си оборио охоли Мисир као рањеника, крјепком мишицом својом расијао си непријатеље своје. Thou hast broken Rahab in pieces, as one that is slain; thou hast scattered thine enemies with thy strong arm.
11 Твоје је небо и твоја је земља; ти си саздао васиљену и што је год у њој. The heavens are thine, the earth also is thine: as for the world and the fulness thereof, thou hast founded them.
12 Сјевер и југ ти си створио, Тавор и Ермон о твом се имену радује. The north and the south thou hast created them: Tabor and Hermon shall rejoice in thy name.
13 Твоја је мишица крјепка, силна је рука твоја, и висока десница твоја. Thou hast a mighty arm: strong is thy hand, and high is thy right hand.
14 Благост је и правда подножје пријестолу твојему, милост и истина иде пред лицем твојим. Justice and judgment are the habitation of thy throne: mercy and truth shall go before thy face.
15 Благо народу који зна трубну поклич! Господе! у свјетлости лица твојега они ходе; Blessed is the people that know the joyful sound: they shall walk, O Lord, in the light of thy countenance.
16 Именом се твојим радују вас дан, и правдом твојом узвишују се. In thy name shall they rejoice all the day: and in thy righteousness shall they be exalted.
17 Јер си ти красота силе њихове, и по милости твојој узвишује се рог наш. For thou art the glory of their strength: and in thy favour our horn shall be exalted.
18 Јер је од Господа обрана наша, и од светога Израиљева цар наш. For the Lord is our defence; and the Holy One of Israel is our king.
19 Тада си говорио у утвари вјернима својим, и рекао: "послах помоћ јунаку, узвисих избранога својега из народа. Then thou spakest in vision to thy holy one, and saidst, I have laid help upon one that is mighty; I have exalted one chosen out of the people.
20 Нађох Давида слугу својега, светим уљем својим помазах га. I have found David my servant; with my holy oil have I anointed him:
21 Рука ће моја бити једнако с њим, и мишица моја кријепиће га. With whom my hand shall be established: mine arm also shall strengthen him.
22 Неће га непријатељ надвладати, и син безакоња неће му досадити. The enemy shall not exact upon him; nor the son of wickedness afflict him.
23 Потрћу пред лицем његовијем непријатеље његове, и ненавиднике његове поразићу. And I will beat down his foes before his face, and plague them that hate him.
24 Истина је моја и милост моја с њим; и у моје име узвисиће се рог његов. But my faithfulness and my mercy shall be with him: and in my name shall his horn be exalted.
25 Пружићу на море руку његову, и на ријеке десницу његову. I will set his hand also in the sea, and his right hand in the rivers.
26 Он ће ме звати: ти си отац мој, Бог мој и град спасења мојега. He shall cry unto me, Thou art my father, my God, and the rock of my salvation.
27 И ја ћу га учинити првенцем, вишим од царева земаљских. Also I will make him my firstborn, higher than the kings of the earth.
28 Довијека ћу му хранити милост своју, и завјет је мој с њим вјеран. My mercy will I keep for him for evermore, and my covenant shall stand fast with him.
29 Продуљићу сјеме његово довијека, и пријесто његов као дане небеске. His seed also will I make to endure for ever, and his throne as the days of heaven.
30 Ако синови његови оставе закон мој, и не узиду у заповијестима мојим; If his children forsake my law, and walk not in my judgments;
31 Ако погазе уредбе моје, и заповијести мојих не сачувају, If they break my statutes, and keep not my commandments;
32 Онда ћу их покарати прутом за непокорност, и ранама за безакоње њихово; Then will I visit their transgression with the rod, and their iniquity with stripes.
33 Али милости своје нећу узети од њега, нити ћу преврнути истином својом; Nevertheless my lovingkindness will I not utterly take from him, nor suffer my faithfulness to fail.
34 Нећу погазити завјета својега, и што је изашло из уста мојих нећу порећи. My covenant will I not break, nor alter the thing that is gone out of my lips.
35 Једном се заклех светошћу својом; зар да слажем Давиду? Once have I sworn by my holiness that I will not lie unto David.
36 Сјеме ће његово трајати довијека, и пријесто његов као сунце преда мном; His seed shall endure for ever, and his throne as the sun before me.
37 Он ће стајати увијек као мјесец и вјерни свједок у облацима." It shall be established for ever as the moon, and as a faithful witness in heaven. Selah.
38 А сад си одбацио и занемарио, разгњевио си се на помазаника својега; But thou hast cast off and abhorred, thou hast been wroth with thine anointed.
39 Занемарио си завјет са слугом својим, бацио си на земљу вијенац његов. Thou hast made void the covenant of thy servant: thou hast profaned his crown by casting it to the ground.
40 Развалио си све ограде његове, градове његове обратио си у зидине. Thou hast broken down all his hedges; thou hast brought his strong holds to ruin.
41 Плијене га сви који пролазе онуда, поста потсмијех у сусједа својијех. All that pass by the way spoil him: he is a reproach to his neighbours.
42 Узвисио си десницу непријатеља његовијех, обрадовао си све противнике његове. Thou hast set up the right hand of his adversaries; thou hast made all his enemies to rejoice.
43 Завратио си оштрице мача његова, и нијеси га укријепио у боју; Thou hast also turned the edge of his sword, and hast not made him to stand in the battle.
44 Узео си му свјетлост, и пријесто његов оборио си на земљу; Thou hast made his glory to cease, and cast his throne down to the ground.
45 Скратио си дане младости његове и обукао га у срамоту. The days of his youth hast thou shortened: thou hast covered him with shame. Selah.
46 Докле ћеш се, Господе, једнако одвраћати, докле ће као огањ пламтјети гњев твој? How long, Lord? wilt thou hide thyself for ever? shall thy wrath burn like fire?
47 Опомени се какав је вијек мој, како си ни на што створио све синове Адамове? Remember how short my time is: wherefore hast thou made all men in vain?
48 Који је човјек живио и није смрти видио, и избавио душу своју из руку пакленијех? What man is he that liveth, and shall not see death? shall he deliver his soul from the hand of the grave? Selah.
49 Гдје су пређашње милости твоје, Господе? Клео си се Давиду истином својом. Lord, where are thy former lovingkindnesses, which thou swarest unto David in thy truth?
50 Опомени се, Господе, пријекора слуга својих, који носим у њедрима својим од свијех силнијех народа, Remember, Lord, the reproach of thy servants; how I do bear in my bosom the reproach of all the mighty people;
51 Којим коре непријатељи твоји, Господе, којим коре траг помазаника твојега. Wherewith thine enemies have reproached, O Lord; wherewith they have reproached the footsteps of thine anointed.
52 Благословен Господ увијек! Амин, амин. Blessed be the Lord for evermore. Amen, and Amen.
