1 И рече Господ Мојсију говорећи: And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying,
2 Заповједи синовима Израиљевијем нека истјерају из окола све губаве и све којима тече сјеме и све који су се оскврнили о мртваца, Command the children of Israel, that they put out of the camp every leper, and every one that hath an issue, and whosoever is defiled by the dead:
3 Био човјек или жена, истјерајте, иза окола истјерајте их, да не скврне окола онима међу којима наставам. Both male and female shall ye put out, without the camp shall ye put them; that they defile not their camps, in the midst whereof I dwell.
4 И учинише тако синови Израиљеви, и истјераше их из окола; како Господ каза Мојсију, тако учинише синови Израиљеви. And the children of Israel did so, and put them out without the camp: as the Lord spake unto Moses, so did the children of Israel.
5 Још рече Господ Мојсију говорећи: And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying,
6 Реци синовима Израиљевим: човјек или жена кад учини какав гријех људски, те згријеши Господу, и буде она душа крива, Speak unto the children of Israel, When a man or woman shall commit any sin that men commit, to do a trespass against the Lord, and that person be guilty;
7 Тада нека признаду гријех који су учинили, и ко је крив нека врати цијело чим је крив и нека дометне озго пети дио и да оному коме је скривио. Then they shall confess their sin which they have done: and he shall recompense his trespass with the principal thereof, and add unto it the fifth part thereof, and give it unto him against whom he hath trespassed.
8 И ако онај нема никога кому би припала накнада за штету, нека се да Господу и нека буде свештенику осим овна за очишћење којим ће га очистити. But if the man have no kinsman to recompense the trespass unto, let the trespass be recompensed unto the Lord, even to the priest; beside the ram of the atonement, whereby an atonement shall be made for him.
9 Тако и сваки принос између свијех ствари које посвећују синови Израиљеви и доносе свештенику, његов нека буде; And every offering of all the holy things of the children of Israel, which they bring unto the priest, shall be his.
10 И што год ко посвети, нека је његово, и што год ко да свештенику, нека је његово. And every man’s hallowed things shall be his: whatsoever any man giveth the priest, it shall be his.
11 Још рече Господ Мојсију говорећи: And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying,
12 Кажи синовима Израиљевим и реци им: чија би жена застранила те би му згријешила, Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, If any man’s wife go aside, and commit a trespass against him,
13 И други би је облежао, а муж њезин не би знао, него би она затајила да се оскврнила, и не би било свједока на њу, нити би се затекла, And a man lie with her carnally, and it be hid from the eyes of her husband, and be kept close, and she be defiled, and there be no witness against her, neither she be taken with the manner;
14 А њему би дошла сумња љубавна, те би из љубави сумњао на своју жену, а она би била оскврњена; или би му дошла сумња љубавна те би из љубави сумњао на своју жену, а она не би била оскврњена; And the spirit of jealousy come upon him, and he be jealous of his wife, and she be defiled: or if the spirit of jealousy come upon him, and he be jealous of his wife, and she be not defiled:
15 Онда нека муж доведе жену своју к свештенику, и нека донесе за њу принос њезин, десети дио ефе брашна јечменога, али нека га не полије уљем и нека не метне на њ када, јер је принос за сумњу љубавну, дар за спомен да се спомене гријех; Then shall the man bring his wife unto the priest, and he shall bring her offering for her, the tenth part of an ephah of barley meal; he shall pour no oil upon it, nor put frankincense thereon; for it is an offering of jealousy, an offering of memorial, bringing iniquity to remembrance.
16 И нека је свештеник приведе и постави пред Господом. And the priest shall bring her near, and set her before the Lord:
17 И нека узме свештеник свете воде у суд земљани; и праха с пода у шатору нека узме и успе у воду. And the priest shall take holy water in an earthen vessel; and of the dust that is in the floor of the tabernacle the priest shall take, and put it into the water:
18 И поставивши свештеник жену пред Господом нека јој открије главу и метне јој на руке дар за спомен који је дар за сумњу љубавну; а свештеник нека држи у руци својој горку воду, која носи проклетство. And the priest shall set the woman before the Lord, and uncover the woman’s head, and put the offering of memorial in her hands, which is the jealousy offering: and the priest shall have in his hand the bitter water that causeth the curse:
19 И нека свештеник закуне жену, и рече јој: ако није нико спавао с тобом, и ако нијеси застранила од мужа својега на нечистоту, нека ти не буде ништа од ове воде горке, која носи проклетство. And the priest shall charge her by an oath, and say unto the woman, If no man have lain with thee, and if thou hast not gone aside to uncleanness with another instead of thy husband, be thou free from this bitter water that causeth the curse:
20 Ако ли си застранила од мужа својега и оскврнила се, и когод други осим мужа твојега спавао с тобом, But if thou hast gone aside to another instead of thy husband, and if thou be defiled, and some man have lain with thee beside thine husband:
21 Тада свештеник заклињући жену нека је прокуне и рече жени: да те Господ постави за уклин и за клетву у народу твом учинивши да ти бедро спадне а трбух отече. Then the priest shall charge the woman with an oath of cursing, and the priest shall say unto the woman, The Lord make thee a curse and an oath among thy people, when the Lord doth make thy thigh to rot, and thy belly to swell;
22 И нека ти ова вода проклета уђе у цријева да ти отече трбух и да ти бедро спадне. А жена нека рече: амин, амин. And this water that causeth the curse shall go into thy bowels, to make thy belly to swell, and thy thigh to rot: And the woman shall say, Amen, amen.
23 Тада нека напише свештеник те клетве у књигу, и нека их спере водом горком. And the priest shall write these curses in a book, and he shall blot them out with the bitter water:
24 И нека да жени да се напије горке воде проклете да уђе у њу вода проклета и буде горка. And he shall cause the woman to drink the bitter water that causeth the curse: and the water that causeth the curse shall enter into her, and become bitter.
25 И нека узме свештеник из руку жени дар за сумњу љубавну, и обрне дар пред Господом и принесе га на олтару. Then the priest shall take the jealousy offering out of the woman’s hand, and shall wave the offering before the Lord, and offer it upon the altar:
26 И нека узме свештеник у шаку од дара њезина спомен, и запали на олтару, па онда нека да жени воду да попије. And the priest shall take an handful of the offering, even the memorial thereof, and burn it upon the altar, and afterward shall cause the woman to drink the water.
27 А кад јој да воду да пије, ако се буде оскврнила и учинила невјеру мужу својему, онда ће ући вода проклета у њу и постаће горка, и трбух ће јој отећи и спасти бедро, и она ће жена постати уклин у народу својем. And when he hath made her to drink the water, then it shall come to pass, that, if she be defiled, and have done trespass against her husband, that the water that causeth the curse shall enter into her, and become bitter, and her belly shall swell, and her thigh shall rot: and the woman shall be a curse among her people.
28 Ако ли се не буде оскврнила жена, него буде чиста, неће јој бити ништа и имаће дјеце. And if the woman be not defiled, but be clean; then she shall be free, and shall conceive seed.
29 Ово је закон за сумњу љубавну, кад жена застрани од мужа својега и оскврни се; This is the law of jealousies, when a wife goeth aside to another instead of her husband, and is defiled;
30 Или кад коме дође сумња љубавна те посумња из љубави на жену своју и постави је пред Господом и сврши јој свештеник све по овом закону. Or when the spirit of jealousy cometh upon him, and he be jealous over his wife, and shall set the woman before the Lord, and the priest shall execute upon her all this law.
31 И муж да је прост од гријеха, али жена да носи своје безакоње. Then shall the man be guiltless from iniquity, and this woman shall bear her iniquity.
