| 1 | И каза Мојсије синовима Израиљевијем све што заповједи Господ. | And Moses spake unto the heads of the tribes concerning the children of Israel, saying, This is the thing which the Lord hath commanded. |
| 2 | И рече Мојсије кнезовима од племена синова Израиљевијех говорећи: ово је заповједио Господ. | If a man vow a vow unto the Lord, or swear an oath to bind his soul with a bond; he shall not break his word, he shall do according to all that proceedeth out of his mouth. |
| 3 | Кад који човјек учини завјет Господу, или се закуне везавши се душом својом, нека не погази ријечи своје, него нека учини све што изађе из уста његовијех. | If a woman also vow a vow unto the Lord, and bind herself by a bond, being in her father’s house in her youth; |
| 4 | А кад жена учини завјет Господу или се веже у младости својој, докле је у кући оца својега, | And her father hear her vow, and her bond wherewith she hath bound her soul, and her father shall hold his peace at her: then all her vows shall stand, and every bond wherewith she hath bound her soul shall stand. |
| 5 | И чује отац њезин за завјет њезин или како се везала душом својом, па јој отац не рече ништа, онда да су тврди сви завјети њезини, и све чим је везала душу своју да је тврдо. | But if her father disallow her in the day that he heareth; not any of her vows, or of her bonds wherewith she hath bound her soul, shall stand: and the Lord shall forgive her, because her father disallowed her. |
| 6 | Ако ли отац њезин порече то онај дан кад чује, завјети њезини и чим је год везала душу своју, ништа да није тврдо; и Господ ће јој опростити, јер отац њезин порече. | And if she had at all an husband, when she vowed, or uttered ought out of her lips, wherewith she bound her soul; |
| 7 | Ако ли се уда па има на себи завјет или изрече што на уста своја чим би се везала, | And her husband heard it, and held his peace at her in the day that he heard it: then her vows shall stand, and her bonds wherewith she bound her soul shall stand. |
| 8 | А муж њезин чувши не рече јој ништа онај дан кад чује, онда да су тврди завјети њезини, и тврдо да је све чим је везала душу своју. | But if her husband disallowed her on the day that he heard it; then he shall make her vow which she vowed, and that which she uttered with her lips, wherewith she bound her soul, of none effect: and the Lord shall forgive her. |
| 9 | Ако ли муж њезин кад чује онај дан порече, укида с завјет који је био на њој или што је изрекла на уста своја те се везала; и Господ ће јој опростити. | But every vow of a widow, and of her that is divorced, wherewith they have bound their souls, shall stand against her. |
| 10 | А завјет који учини удовица или пуштеница, и све чим веже душу своју, да јој је тврдо. | And if she vowed in her husband’s house, or bound her soul by a bond with an oath; |
| 11 | Али ако буде у кући мужа својега учинила завјет и за што везала душу своју заклетвом, | And her husband heard it, and held his peace at her, and disallowed her not: then all her vows shall stand, and every bond wherewith she bound her soul shall stand. |
| 12 | И муж њезин чувши оћути и не порече, тада да су тврди сви завјети њезини, и да је тврдо све за што је везала душу своју. | But if her husband hath utterly made them void on the day he heard them; then whatsoever proceeded out of her lips concerning her vows, or concerning the bond of her soul, shall not stand: her husband hath made them void; and the Lord shall forgive her. |
| 13 | Ако ли то порече муж њезин онај дан кад чује, сваки завјет који би изашао из уста њезинијех и све чим би везала душу своју да није тврдо; муж је њезин порекао, и Господ ће јој опростити. | Every vow, and every binding oath to afflict the soul, her husband may establish it, or her husband may make it void. |
| 14 | Сваки завјет и све за што би се везала заклетвом да мучи душу своју, муж њезин потврђује и укида. | But if her husband altogether hold his peace at her from day to day; then he establisheth all her vows, or all her bonds, which are upon her: he confirmeth them, because he held his peace at her in the day that he heard them. |
| 15 | Ако би муж њезин од дана до дана ћутао, онда потврђује све завјете њезине и све за што би се везала; потврђује, јер јој не порече у онај дан кад чу. | But if he shall any ways make them void after that he hath heard them; then he shall bear her iniquity. |
| 16 | Ако ли порече пошто чује, сам ће носити гријех њезин. | These are the statutes, which the Lord commanded Moses, between a man and his wife, between the father and his daughter, being yet in her youth in her father’s house. |
| 17 | Ово су наредбе, које заповједи Господ Мојсију за мужа и жену, за оца и кћер у младости њезиној, докле је у кући оца својега. | — |
