1 Још рече Господ Мојсију у пустињи Синајској у шатору од састанка први дан другога мјесеца друге године по изласку њихову из земље Мисирске, говорећи: And the Lord spake unto Moses in the wilderness of Sinai, in the tabernacle of the congregation, on the first day of the second month, in the second year after they were come out of the land of Egypt, saying,
2 Избројте сав збор синова Израиљевих по породицама њиховијем и по домовима отаца њиховијех и по именима њиховијем, све мушкиње, главу по главу, Take ye the sum of all the congregation of the children of Israel, after their families, by the house of their fathers, with the number of their names, every male by their polls;
3 Од двадесет година и више, све који могу ићи на војску у Израиљу, избројте их по четама њиховијем ти и Арон; From twenty years old and upward, all that are able to go forth to war in Israel: thou and Aaron shall number them by their armies.
4 А с вама нека буде по један човјек од свакога племена, који је поглавар у дому отаца својих. And with you there shall be a man of every tribe; every one head of the house of his fathers.
5 А ово су имена људи који ће бити с вама: од племена Рувимова Елисур син Седијуров; And these are the names of the men that shall stand with you: of the tribe of Reuben; Elizur the son of Shedeur.
6 Од Симеунова Саламило син Сурисадејев; Of Simeon; Shelumiel the son of Zurishaddai.
7 Од Јудина Насон син Аминадавов; Of Judah; Nahshon the son of Amminadab.
8 Од Исахарова Натанаило син Согаров; Of Issachar; Nethaneel the son of Zuar.
9 Од Завулонова Елијав Син Хелонов; Of Zebulun; Eliab the son of Helon.
10 Од синова Јосифовијех: од племена Јефремова Елисама син Емијудов; од Манасијина Гамалило син Фадасуров; Of the children of Joseph: of Ephraim; Elishama the son of Ammihud: of Manasseh; Gamaliel the son of Pedahzur.
11 Од Венијаминова Авидан син Гадеонијев; Of Benjamin; Abidan the son of Gideoni.
12 Од Данова Ахијезер син Амисадајев; Of Dan; Ahiezer the son of Ammishaddai.
13 Од Асирова Фагаило син Ехранов; Of Asher; Pagiel the son of Ocran.
14 Од Гадова Елисаф син Рагуилов; Of Gad; Eliasaph the son of Deuel.
15 Од Нефталимова Ахиреј син Енанов. Of Naphtali; Ahira the son of Enan.
16 То су који се сазиваху на збор, кнезови у племенима отаца својих, тисућници Израиљеви. These were the renowned of the congregation, princes of the tribes of their fathers, heads of thousands in Israel.
17 И узе Мојсије и Арон те људе, који бише именовани. And Moses and Aaron took these men which are expressed by their names:
18 И сабраше сав збор први дан другога мјесеца, и преписаше их по породицама њиховијем и по домовима отаца њиховијех и по именима њиховијем од двадесет година и више, главу по главу. And they assembled all the congregation together on the first day of the second month, and they declared their pedigrees after their families, by the house of their fathers, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, by their polls.
19 Како бјеше Господ заповједио Мојсију, тако их изброји у пустињи Синајској. As the Lord commanded Moses, so he numbered them in the wilderness of Sinai.
20 И бјеше синова првенца Израиљева Рувима, рода њихова по породицама њиховијем и по домовима отаца њиховијех, кад се изброји по именима с главе на главу све мушкиње од двадесет година и више, што могаше ићи на војску, And the children of Reuben, Israel’s eldest son, by their generations, after their families, by the house of their fathers, according to the number of the names, by their polls, every male from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war;
21 Бјеше их избројени од племена Рувимова четрдесет и шест тисућа и пет стотина. Those that were numbered of them, even of the tribe of Reuben, were forty and six thousand and five hundred.
22 Синова Симеуновијех, рода њихова по породицама њиховијем и по домовима отаца њиховијех, кад се изброји по именима с главе на главу све мушкиње од двадесет година и више, што могаше ићи на војску, Of the children of Simeon, by their generations, after their families, by the house of their fathers, those that were numbered of them, according to the number of the names, by their polls, every male from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war;
23 Бјеше их избројенијех од племена Симеунова педесет и девет тисућа и три стотине. Those that were numbered of them, even of the tribe of Simeon, were fifty and nine thousand and three hundred.
24 Синова Гадовијех, рода њихова по породицама њиховијем и по домовима отаца њиховијех, кад се избројише по именима од двадесет година и више сви што могаху ићи на војску, Of the children of Gad, by their generations, after their families, by the house of their fathers, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war;
25 Бјеше их избројенијех од племена Гадова четрдесет и пет тисућа, шест стотина и педесет. Those that were numbered of them, even of the tribe of Gad, were forty and five thousand six hundred and fifty.
26 Синова Јудинијех, рода њихова по породицама њиховијем и по домовима отаца њиховијех, кад се избројише по именима од двадесет година и више сви што могаху ићи на војску, Of the children of Judah, by their generations, after their families, by the house of their fathers, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war;
27 Бјеше их избројенијех од племена Јудина седамдесет и четири тисуће и шест стотина. Those that were numbered of them, even of the tribe of Judah, were threescore and fourteen thousand and six hundred.
28 Синова Исахаровијех, рода њихова по породицама њиховијем и по домовима отаца њиховијех, кад се избројише по именима од двадесет година и више сви што могаху ићи на војску, Of the children of Issachar, by their generations, after their families, by the house of their fathers, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war;
29 Бјеше их избројенијех од племена Исахарова педесет и четири тисуће и четири стотине. Those that were numbered of them, even of the tribe of Issachar, were fifty and four thousand and four hundred.
30 Синова Завулоновијех, рода њихова по породицама њиховијем и по домовима отаца њиховијех, кад се избројише по именима од двадесет година и више сви што могаху ићи на војску, Of the children of Zebulun, by their generations, after their families, by the house of their fathers, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war;
31 Бјеше их избројенијех од племена Завулонова педесет и седам тисућа и четири стотине. Those that were numbered of them, even of the tribe of Zebulun, were fifty and seven thousand and four hundred.
32 Од синова Јосифовијех: синова Јефремовијех, рода њихова по породицама њиховијем и по домовима отаца њиховијех, кад се избројише по именима од двадесет година и више сви што могаху ићи на војску, Of the children of Joseph, namely, of the children of Ephraim, by their generations, after their families, by the house of their fathers, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war;
33 Бјеше их избројенијех од племена Јефремова четрдесет тисућа и пет стотина. Those that were numbered of them, even of the tribe of Ephraim, were forty thousand and five hundred.
34 Синова Манасијиних, рода њихова по породицама њиховијем и по домовима отаца њиховијех, кад се избројише по именима од двадесет година и више сви што могаху ићи на војску, Of the children of Manasseh, by their generations, after their families, by the house of their fathers, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war;
35 Бјеше их избројенијех од племена Манасијина тридесет и двије тисуће и двјеста. Those that were numbered of them, even of the tribe of Manasseh, were thirty and two thousand and two hundred.
36 Синова Венијаминовијех, рода њихова по породицама њиховијем и по домовима отаца њиховијех, кад се избројише по именима од двадесет година и више сви што могаху ићи на војску, Of the children of Benjamin, by their generations, after their families, by the house of their fathers, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war;
37 Бјеше их избројенијех од племена Венијаминова тридесет и пет тисућа и четири стотине. Those that were numbered of them, even of the tribe of Benjamin, were thirty and five thousand and four hundred.
38 Синова Дановијех, рода њихова по породицама њиховијем и по домовима отаца њиховијех, кад се избројише по именима од двадесет година и више сви што могаху ићи на војску, Of the children of Dan, by their generations, after their families, by the house of their fathers, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war;
39 Бјеше их избројенијех од племена Данова шездесет двије тисуће и седам стотина, Those that were numbered of them, even of the tribe of Dan, were threescore and two thousand and seven hundred.
40 Синова Асировијех, рода њихова по породицама њиховијем и по домовима отаца њиховијех, кад се избројише по именима од двадесет година и више сви што могаху ићи на војску, Of the children of Asher, by their generations, after their families, by the house of their fathers, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war;
41 Бјеше их избројенијех од племена Асирова четрдесет и једна тисућа и пет стотина. Those that were numbered of them, even of the tribe of Asher, were forty and one thousand and five hundred.
42 Синова Нефталимовијех, рода њихова по породицама њиховијем и по домовима отаца њиховијех, кад се избројише по именима од двадесет година и више сви што могаху ићи на војску, Of the children of Naphtali, throughout their generations, after their families, by the house of their fathers, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war;
43 Бјеше их избројенијех од племена Нефталимова педесет и три тисуће и четири стотине. Those that were numbered of them, even of the tribe of Naphtali, were fifty and three thousand and four hundred.
44 Ово су они које Мојсије и Арон избројише с кнезовима Израиљским, с дванаест људи, који бијаху по један за сваки дом отаца својих. These are those that were numbered, which Moses and Aaron numbered, and the princes of Israel, being twelve men: each one was for the house of his fathers.
45 И свега бјеше синова Израиљевијех избројенијех по домовима отаца својих од двадесет година и више, свијех што могаху ићи на војску, So were all those that were numbered of the children of Israel, by the house of their fathers, from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war in Israel;
46 Бјеше их избројенијех шест стотина и три тисуће и пет стотина и педесет. Even all they that were numbered were six hundred thousand and three thousand and five hundred and fifty.
47 Али Левити по племену отаца својих не бише бројени међу њих. But the Levites after the tribe of their fathers were not numbered among them.
48 Јер Господ рече Мојсију говорећи: For the Lord had spoken unto Moses, saying,
49 Племена Левијева немој бројати, нити броја њихова саставити са синовима Израиљевијем. Only thou shalt not number the tribe of Levi, neither take the sum of them among the children of Israel:
50 Него постави Левите над шатором од свједочанства и над свијем посуђем у њему и над свијем што припада њему; они нека носе шатор и све посуђе његово, нека служе у њему, и стају око шатора. But thou shalt appoint the Levites over the tabernacle of testimony, and over all the vessels thereof, and over all things that belong to it: they shall bear the tabernacle, and all the vessels thereof; and they shall minister unto it, and shall encamp round about the tabernacle.
51 И кад се шатор крене, нека га сложе Левити; и кад шатор стане, онда нека га разапну Левити. А ко би други приступио, да се погуби. And when the tabernacle setteth forward, the Levites shall take it down: and when the tabernacle is to be pitched, the Levites shall set it up: and the stranger that cometh nigh shall be put to death.
52 И синови Израиљеви нека стају сваки у свом околу и сваки код своје заставе по четама својим. And the children of Israel shall pitch their tents, every man by his own camp, and every man by his own standard, throughout their hosts.
53 А Левити нека стају око шатора од свједочанства, да не дође гњев на збор синова Израиљевијех; и нека Левити раде што треба око шатора од свједочанства. But the Levites shall pitch round about the tabernacle of testimony, that there be no wrath upon the congregation of the children of Israel: and the Levites shall keep the charge of the tabernacle of testimony.
54 И учинише синови Израиљеви како Господ заповједи, све тако учинише. And the children of Israel did according to all that the Lord commanded Moses, so did they.
