| 2 | Israel freue sich seines Schöpfers, die Kinder Zions sollen jubeln über ihren König! | Let Israel rejoice in him that made him: let the children of Zion be joyful in their King. |
| 3 | Sie sollen seinen Namen loben im Reigen, mit Pauken und Harfen ihm spielen! | Let them praise his name in the dance: let them sing praises unto him with the timbrel and harp. |
| 4 | Denn der HERR hat Wohlgefallen an seinem Volk; er schmückt die Gedemütigten mit Heil. | For the Lord taketh pleasure in his people: he will beautify the meek with salvation. |
