1	예루살렘이 심판받다 그 때에 주의 영이 나를 들어 올리셔서, 주의 성전 동쪽으로 난 동문으로 데리고 가셨다. 그 문의 어귀에는 사람 스물다섯 명이 있었다. 나는 그들 가운데 백성의 지도자들인 앗술의 아들 야아사냐와 브나야의 아들 블라댜가 있는 것을 보았다.	Moreover the spirit lifted me up, and brought me unto the east gate of the Lord’s house, which looketh eastward: and behold at the door of the gate five and twenty men; among whom I saw Jaazaniah the son of Azur, and Pelatiah the son of Benaiah, princes of the people.
2	주께서 나에게 말씀하셨다. "사람아, 이 사람들은 이 성읍에서 포악한 일을 꾸며 내며 악독한 일을 꾀하는 자들이다.	Then said he unto me, Son of man, these are the men that devise mischief, and give wicked counsel in this city:
3	그들은 모두 '집을 지을 때가 가까이 오지 않았다. 이 성읍은 가마솥이고, 우리는 그 안에 담긴 고기다' 하고 말한다.	Which say, It is not near; let us build houses: this city is the caldron, and we be the flesh.
4	그러므로 너는 그들을 규탄하여 예언하여라. 사람아, 예언하여라."	Therefore prophesy against them, prophesy, O son of man.
5	그 때에 주의 영이 내 위에 내리셔서, 내게 말씀하셨다. "너는 이스라엘 족속에게 일러라. '나 주가 이렇게 말한다. 이스라엘 족속아, 너희가 하는 말과 너희 마음 속에 품은 생각을 나는 잘 안다.	And the Spirit of the Lord fell upon me, and said unto me, Speak; Thus saith the Lord; Thus have ye said, O house of Israel: for I know the things that come into your mind, every one of them.
6	너희는 이 성읍에서 수많은 사람을 죽여서, 그 모든 거리를 시체로 가득히 채워 놓았다' 하여라.	Ye have multiplied your slain in this city, and ye have filled the streets thereof with the slain.
7	그러므로 나 주 하나님이 할 말은 바로 이것이다. 너희가 이 성읍 가운데서 죽인 시체들은 고기요, 이 성읍은 가마솥이다. 그러나 나는 너희를, 이 성읍에서 내쫓겠다.	Therefore thus saith the Lord God; Your slain whom ye have laid in the midst of it, they are the flesh, and this city is the caldron: but I will bring you forth out of the midst of it.
8	너희가 두려워하는 것이 칼이므로, 내가 너희에게 칼을 보내겠다. 나 주 하나님의 말이다.	Ye have feared the sword; and I will bring a sword upon you, saith the Lord God.
9	내가 너희를 이 성읍 가운데서 끌어내어, 타국인의 손에 넘겨 주어서, 너희에게 온갖 형벌을 내릴 것이니,	And I will bring you out of the midst thereof, and deliver you into the hands of strangers, and will execute judgments among you.
10	너희가 칼에 쓰러질 것이다. 내가 너희를 이스라엘의 국경에서 심판하겠다. 그 때에야 비로소 너희는, 내가 주인 줄 알게 될 것이다.	Ye shall fall by the sword; I will judge you in the border of Israel; and ye shall know that I am the Lord.
11	이 성읍은 너희를 보호하는 가마솥이 되지 않을 것이며, 너희도 그 속에서 보호받는 고기가 되지 않을 것이다. 내가 너희를 이스라엘의 국경에서 심판하겠다.	This city shall not be your caldron, neither shall ye be the flesh in the midst thereof; but I will judge you in the border of Israel:
12	그 때에야 비로소 너희는, 내가 주인 줄 알게 될 것이다. 너희는, 내가 정하여 둔 율례대로 생활하지 않았으며, 내가 정하여 준 규례를 지키지 않고, 오히려 너희의 주위에 있는 이방 사람들의 규례를 따라 행동하였다."	And ye shall know that I am the Lord: for ye have not walked in my statutes, neither executed my judgments, but have done after the manners of the heathen that are round about you.
13	내가 예언하는 동안에, 브나야의 아들 블라댜가 죽었다. 그래서 내가 엎드려 얼굴을 땅에 대고, 큰소리로 부르짖어 아뢰었다. "주 하나님, 이스라엘의 남은 사람들마저 완전히 없애 버리려고 하십니까?"	And it came to pass, when I prophesied, that Pelatiah the son of Benaiah died. Then fell I down upon my face, and cried with a loud voice, and said, Ah Lord God! wilt thou make a full end of the remnant of Israel?
14	이스라엘의 회복을 약속하시다 그 때에 주께서 나에게 말씀하셨다.	Again the word of the Lord came unto me, saying,
15	"사람아, 예루살렘의 주민이 네 모든 친척, 네 혈육, 이스라엘 족속 전체를 두고 하는 말이 '그들은 주님에게서 멀리 떠나 있다. 이 땅은 이제 우리의 소유가 되었다' 한다.	Son of man, thy brethren, even thy brethren, the men of thy kindred, and all the house of Israel wholly, are they unto whom the inhabitants of Jerusalem have said, Get you far from the Lord: unto us is this land given in possession.
16	그러므로 너는 그들에게 일러라. '나 주 하나님이 이렇게 말한다. 비록 내가 그들을 멀리 이방 사람들 가운데로 쫓아 버렸고, 여러 나라에 흩어 놓았어도, 그들이 가 있는 여러 나라에서 내가 잠시 그들의 성소가 되어 주겠다' 하여라.	Therefore say, Thus saith the Lord God; Although I have cast them far off among the heathen, and although I have scattered them among the countries, yet will I be to them as a little sanctuary in the countries where they shall come.
17	그러므로 너는 포로가 된 동포들에게 이르기를 '나 주 하나님이 이렇게 말한다. 내가 여러 민족 속에서 너희를 모아 들이고, 너희가 흩어져 살고 있는 그 여러 나라에서 너희를 모아, 이스라엘 땅을 너희에게 주겠다' 하여라.	Therefore say, Thus saith the Lord God; I will even gather you from the people, and assemble you out of the countries where ye have been scattered, and I will give you the land of Israel.
18	그들이 그 곳으로 가서, 그 땅의 보기 싫고 역겨운 우상들을 그 땅에서 다 없애 버릴 것이다.	And they shall come thither, and they shall take away all the detestable things thereof and all the abominations thereof from thence.
19	그 때에 내가 그들에게 일치된 마음을 주고, 새로운 영을 그들 속에 넣어 주겠다. 내가 그들의 몸에서 돌같이 굳은 마음을 없애고, 살같이 부드러운 마음을 주겠다.	And I will give them one heart, and I will put a new spirit within you; and I will take the stony heart out of their flesh, and will give them an heart of flesh:
20	그래서 그들은 나의 율례대로 생활하고, 나의 규례를 지키고 그대로 실천하여, 내 백성이 되고, 나는 그들의 하나님이 될 것이다.	That they may walk in my statutes, and keep mine ordinances, and do them: and they shall be my people, and I will be their God.
21	그러나 마음 속으로 보기 싫고 역겨운 우상을 따르는 사람들에게는, 내가 그들의 행실대로 그들의 머리 위에 갚아 주겠다. 나 주 하나님의 말이다."	But as for them whose heart walketh after the heart of their detestable things and their abominations, I will recompense their way upon their own heads, saith the Lord God.
22	주께서 예루살렘을 떠나시다 그 때에 그룹들이 날개를 펼치고, 바퀴들은 그들 곁에 있었는데, 이스라엘 하나님의 영광이 그들 위에 머물렀다.	Then did the cherubims lift up their wings, and the wheels beside them; and the glory of the God of Israel was over them above.
23	그리고 주의 영광이 그 성읍 가운데서 떠올라, 성읍 동쪽에 있는 산꼭대기에 머물렀다.	And the glory of the Lord went up from the midst of the city, and stood upon the mountain which is on the east side of the city.
24	주의 영이 나를 높이 들어 올려, 하나님의 영으로 환상 가운데 나를, 바빌로니아에 포로로 끌려온 사람들에게로 데리고 오셨다. 그런 다음에, 내가 본 환상이 내게서 떠나갔다.	Afterwards the spirit took me up, and brought me in a vision by the Spirit of God into Chaldea, to them of the captivity. So the vision that I had seen went up from me.
25	그래서 나는, 주께서 내게 보여 주신 모든 일을, 포로로 끌려온 사람들에게 이야기하였다.	Then I spake unto them of the captivity all the things that the Lord had shewed me.
