1	하나님의 사람 모세 주님은 대대로 우리의 거처이셨습니다.	Lord, thou hast been our dwelling place in all generations.
2	산들이 생기기 전에, 땅과 세계가 생기기 전에, 영원부터 영원까지, 주님은 하나님이십니다.	Before the mountains were brought forth, or ever thou hadst formed the earth and the world, even from everlasting to everlasting, thou art God.
3	주께서는 사람을 티끌로 돌아가게 하시고 "죽을 인생들아, 돌아가거라" 하고 말씀하십니다.	Thou turnest man to destruction; and sayest, Return, ye children of men.
4	주님 앞에서는 천년도 지나간 어제와 같고, 밤의 한 순간과도 같습니다.	For a thousand years in thy sight are but as yesterday when it is past, and as a watch in the night.
5	주께서 생명을 거두어 가시면, 인생은 한 순간의 꿈일 뿐, 아침에 돋는 한 포기의 풀과 같을 따름입니다.	Thou carriest them away as with a flood; they are as a sleep: in the morning they are like grass which groweth up.
6	아침에는 돋아나서 꽃을 피우다가도, 저녁에는 시들어서 말라 버립니다.	In the morning it flourisheth, and groweth up; in the evening it is cut down, and withereth.
7	주께서 노하시면 우리 삶이 끝이 나고, 주께서 노하시면 우리는 스러지고 맙니다.	For we are consumed by thine anger, and by thy wrath are we troubled.
8	주께서 우리 죄를 주님 앞에 내놓으시니, 우리의 숨은 죄가 주님 앞에 환히 드러납니다.	Thou hast set our iniquities before thee, our secret sins in the light of thy countenance.
9	주께서 노하시면, 우리의 일생은 사그라지고, 우리의 한평생은 한숨처럼 스러지고 맙니다.	For all our days are passed away in thy wrath: we spend our years as a tale that is told.
10	우리의 연수가 칠십이요 강건하면 팔십이라도, 그 연수의 자랑은 수고와 슬픔뿐이요, 빠르게 지나가니, 마치 날아가는 것 같습니다.	The days of our years are threescore years and ten; and if by reason of strength they be fourscore years, yet is their strength labour and sorrow; for it is soon cut off, and we fly away.
11	주의 분노가 발산하는 능력을 누가 알 수 있겠으며, 주의 진노가 가져 올 두려움을 누가 알 수 있겠습니까?	Who knoweth the power of thine anger? even according to thy fear, so is thy wrath.
12	우리에게 우리의 날 계수함을 가르쳐 주셔서 지혜의 마음을 얻게 해주십시오.	So teach us to number our days, that we may apply our hearts unto wisdom.
13	주님, 돌아와 주십시오. 언제까지입니까? 주의 종들을 위로해 주십시오.	Return, O Lord, how long? and let it repent thee concerning thy servants.
14	우리가 평생토록 기뻐하고 즐거워하도록, 아침에는, 주의 사랑으로 만족하게 해주십시오.	O satisfy us early with thy mercy; that we may rejoice and be glad all our days.
15	우리를 괴롭게 하신 날 수만큼, 우리가 재난을 경험한 햇수만큼, 우리에게 즐거움을 주십시오.	Make us glad according to the days wherein thou hast afflicted us, and the years wherein we have seen evil.
16	주의 종들에게 주께서 하신 일을 드러내 주시고, 그 자손에게는 주의 영광을 나타내 주십시오.	Let thy work appear unto thy servants, and thy glory unto their children.
17	주 우리 하나님, 우리에게 은총을 베푸셔서, 우리의 손으로 하는 일이 틀림이 없게 하여 주십시오. 우리의 손으로 하는 일이 틀림이 없게 하여 주십시오.	And let the beauty of the Lord our God be upon us: and establish thou the work of our hands upon us; yea, the work of our hands establish thou it.
