1	어찌하여 뭇 나라가 공모하며, 어찌하여 뭇 민족이 헛된 일을 꾸미는가?	Why do the heathen rage, and the people imagine a vain thing?
2	어찌하여 세상의 임금들이 나서고, 어찌하여 통치자들이 음모를 꾸며 주를 거역하고, '기름 부음 받은 분'을 거역하면서 이르기를	The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the Lord, and against his anointed, saying,
3	"이 족쇄를 벗어 던지자. 동여맨 이 사슬을 끊어 버리자" 하는가?	Let us break their bands asunder, and cast away their cords from us.
4	하늘 보좌에 앉으신 분이 웃으신다. 내 주께서 그들을 비웃으신다.	He that sitteth in the heavens shall laugh: the Lord shall have them in derision.
5	마침내 주께서 분을 내고, 진노하셔서, 그들에게 호령하시며 이르시기를	Then shall he speak unto them in his wrath, and vex them in his sore displeasure.
6	"내가 거룩한 산 시온 위에 '나의 왕'을 세웠다" 하신다.	Yet have I set my king upon my holy hill of Zion.
7	"나 이제 주께서 내리신 칙령을 선포한다. 주께서 나에게 이르시기를 '너는 내 아들, 내가 오늘 너를 낳았다.	I will declare the decree: the Lord hath said unto me, Thou art my Son; this day have I begotten thee.
8	내게 청하여라. 뭇 나라를 유산으로 주겠다. 땅 이 끝에서 저 끝까지 네 것이 되게 하겠다.	Ask of me, and I shall give thee the heathen for thine inheritance, and the uttermost parts of the earth for thy possession.
9	네가 그들을 철퇴로 부술 때에, 질그릇 부수듯이 부술 것이다' 하셨다."	Thou shalt break them with a rod of iron; thou shalt dash them in pieces like a potter’s vessel.
10	그러므로 이제, 왕들아, 지혜를 배워라. 땅 위에 있는 통치자들아, 경고하는 이 말을 받아들여라.	Be wise now therefore, O ye kings: be instructed, ye judges of the earth.
11	두려운 마음으로 주를 섬기고, 떨리는 마음으로 주를 찬양하여라.	Serve the Lord with fear, and rejoice with trembling.
12	그의 아들에게 입맞추어라. 그렇지 않으면, 그가 진노하실 것이니, 너희가, 걸어가는 그 길에서 망할 것이다. 그의 진노하심이 지체없이 너희에게 이를 것이다. 주께로 피신하는 사람은 모두 복을 받을 것이다.	Kiss the Son, lest he be angry, and ye perish from the way, when his wrath is kindled but a little. Blessed are all they that put their trust in him.
