절	표준새번역 (1993)	King James Version
1	주인이 되신 여러분, 정당하고 공정하게 종들을 대우하십시오. 여러분도 하늘에 주인을 모시고 있다는 사실을 아시기 바랍니다.	Masters, give unto your servants that which is just and equal; knowing that ye also have a Master in heaven.
2	권면 기도에 힘을 쓰십시오. 감사하는 마음으로 기도하면서, 깨어 있으십시오.	Continue in prayer, and watch in the same with thanksgiving;
3	또 하나님께서 전도의 문을 우리에게 열어 주셔서 우리가 그리스도의 비밀을 말할 수 있게 하시도록, 우리를 위해서도 기도해 주십시오. 나는 이 비밀을 전하는 일로 매여 있습니다.	Withal praying also for us, that God would open unto us a door of utterance, to speak the mystery of Christ, for which I am also in bonds:
4	그러니 내가 마땅히 해야 할 말로, 이 비밀을 분명하게 나타낼 수 있도록 기도해 주십시오.	That I may make it manifest, as I ought to speak.
5	외부 사람들에게는 지혜롭게 대하고, 때를 선용하십시오.	Walk in wisdom toward them that are without, redeeming the time.
6	여러분은 언제나, 소금으로 맛을 내는 것과 같이, 은혜가 넘치게 말을 하십시오. 여러분은 묻는 이들에게 적절한 대답을 할 줄 알아야 합니다.	Let your speech be alway with grace, seasoned with salt, that ye may know how ye ought to answer every man.
7	작별 인사 나의 모든 사정은 두기고가 여러분에게 알릴 것입니다. 그는 주님 안에서, 사랑하는 형제요 신실한 일꾼이요 함께 종이 된 사람입니다.	All my state shall Tychicus declare unto you, who is a beloved brother, and a faithful minister and fellowservant in the Lord:
8	내가 그를 여러분에게 보내는 것은, 여러분이 우리의 사정을 알고 마음에 위로를 받게 하려는 것입니다.	Whom I have sent unto you for the same purpose, that he might know your estate, and comfort your hearts;
9	신실하고 사랑받는 형제 오네시모도 같이 보냅니다. 그는 여러분의 동향인입니다. 그들이 이 곳 사정을 모두 여러분에게 알릴 것입니다.	With Onesimus, a faithful and beloved brother, who is one of you. They shall make known unto you all things which are done here.
10	나와 함께 갇혀 있는 아리스다고와 바나바의 사촌 마가가 여러분에게 문안합니다. (여러분은 이미, 마가가 여러분에게 가거든 잘 영접하라는 지시를 받았을 줄 압니다.)	Aristarchus my fellowprisoner saluteth you, and Marcus, sister’s son to Barnabas, (touching whom ye received commandments: if he come unto you, receive him;)
11	유스도라는 예수도 문안합니다. 할례를 받은 사람들로서는, 이 사람들만이 하나님의 나라를 위하여 일하는 나의 동역자들이요, 나에게 위로가 되어 준 사람들입니다.	And Jesus, which is called Justus, who are of the circumcision. These only are my fellowworkers unto the kingdom of God, which have been a comfort unto me.
12	여러분의 동향인이요, 그리스도 예수의 종인 에바브라가 여러분에게 문안합니다. 그는, 여러분이 완전하게 되고, 하나님의 모든 뜻에 확신을 가지고 서기를 기도하면서, 늘 여러분을 위하여 애쓰고 있습니다.	Epaphras, who is one of you, a servant of Christ, saluteth you, always labouring fervently for you in prayers, that ye may stand perfect and complete in all the will of God.
13	나는 그가, 여러분을 위하여, 그리고 라오디게아와 히에라볼리에 있는 사람들을 위하여, 많이 수고하고 있음을 증언합니다.	For I bear him record, that he hath a great zeal for you, and them that are in Laodicea, and them in Hierapolis.
14	사랑하는 의사 누가와 데마도 여러분에게 문안합니다.	Luke, the beloved physician, and Demas, greet you.
15	라오디게아에 있는 형제자매들과 눔바와 그 여인의 집에서 모이는 교회에 문안하여 주십시오.	Salute the brethren which are in Laodicea, and Nymphas, and the church which is in his house.
16	여러분이 이 편지를 읽은 다음에는, 라오디게아 교회에서도 읽을 수 있게 하고, 라오디게아 교회에서 오는 편지도, 여러분이 읽어 주십시오.	And when this epistle is read among you, cause that it be read also in the church of the Laodiceans; and that ye likewise read the epistle from Laodicea.
17	그리고 아킵보에게 '주님 안에서 받은 직분을 유의하여 완수하라'고 일러 주십시오.	And say to Archippus, Take heed to the ministry which thou hast received in the Lord, that thou fulfil it.
18	나 바울이 친필로 문안합니다. 내가 갇혀 있음을 기억하십시오. 은혜가 여러분에게 있기를 빕니다.	The salutation by the hand of me Paul. Remember my bonds. Grace be with you. Amen. Written from Rome to the Colossians by Tychicus and Onesimus.
