절	새번역 (2001)	King James Version
1	인치심을 받은 십사만 사천 명 그 뒤에 나는, 천사 넷이 땅의 네 모퉁이에 서서 땅의 네 바람을 붙잡아서, 땅이나 바다나 모든 나무에 바람이 불지 못하게 막고 있는 것을 보았습니다.	And after these things I saw four angels standing on the four corners of the earth, holding the four winds of the earth, that the wind should not blow on the earth, nor on the sea, nor on any tree.
2	그리고 나는, 다른 천사 하나가 살아 계신 하나님의 도장을 가지고 해 돋는 쪽에서 올라오는 것을 보았습니다. 그는 땅과 바다를 해하는 권세를 받은 네 천사에게 큰 소리로 외쳤습니다.	And I saw another angel ascending from the east, having the seal of the living God: and he cried with a loud voice to the four angels, to whom it was given to hurt the earth and the sea,
3	“우리가 우리 하나님의 종들의 이마에 도장을 찍을 때까지는, 땅이나 바다나 나무들을 해하지 말아라.”	Saying, Hurt not the earth, neither the sea, nor the trees, till we have sealed the servants of our God in their foreheads.
4	내가 들은 바로는 도장이 찍힌 사람의 수가 십사만 사천 명이었습니다. 이와 같이 이마에 도장을 받은 사람들은 이스라엘 자손의 각 지파에서 나온 사람들이었습니다.	And I heard the number of them which were sealed: and there were sealed an hundred and forty and four thousand of all the tribes of the children of Israel.
5	도장이 찍힌 사람은, 유다 지파에서 일만 이천 명이요, 르우벤 지파에서 일만 이천 명이요, 갓 지파에서 일만 이천 명이요,	Of the tribe of Juda were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Reuben were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Gad were sealed twelve thousand.
6	아셀 지파에서 일만 이천 명이요, 납달리 지파에서 일만 이천 명이요, 므낫세 지파에서 일만 이천 명이요,	Of the tribe of Aser were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Nepthalim were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Manasses were sealed twelve thousand.
7	시므온 지파에서 일만 이천 명이요, 레위 지파에서 일만 이천 명이요, 잇사갈 지파에서 일만 이천 명이요,	Of the tribe of Simeon were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Levi were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Issachar were sealed twelve thousand.
8	스불론 지파에서 일만 이천 명이요, 요셉 지파에서 일만 이천 명이요, 베냐민 지파에서 일만 이천 명이었습니다.	Of the tribe of Zabulon were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Joseph were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Benjamin were sealed twelve thousand.
9	모든 나라에서 온 무리 그 뒤에 내가 보니, 아무도 그 수를 셀 수 없을 만큼 큰 무리가 있었습니다. 그들은 모든 민족과 종족과 백성과 언어에서 나온 사람들인데, 흰 두루마기를 입고, 종려나무 가지를 손에 들고, 보좌 앞과 어린 양 앞에 서 있었습니다.	After this I beheld, and, lo, a great multitude, which no man could number, of all nations, and kindreds, and people, and tongues, stood before the throne, and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, and palms in their hands;
10	그들은 큰 소리로, “구원은 보좌에 앉아 계신 우리 하나님과 어린 양의 것입니다” 하고 외쳤습니다.	And cried with a loud voice, saying, Salvation to our God which sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb.
11	모든 천사들은 보좌와 장로들과 네 생물을 둘러 서 있다가, 보좌 앞에 엎드려 하나님께 경배하면서,	And all the angels stood round about the throne, and about the elders and the four beasts, and fell before the throne on their faces, and worshipped God,
12	“아멘, 찬송과 영광과 지혜와 감사와 존귀와 권능과 힘이 우리 하나님께 영원무궁 하도록 있습니다. 아멘!” 하고 말하였습니다.	Saying, Amen: Blessing, and glory, and wisdom, and thanksgiving, and honour, and power, and might, be unto our God for ever and ever. Amen.
13	그 때에 장로들 가운데 하나가 “흰 두루마기를 입은 이 사람들은 누구이며, 또 어디에서 왔습니까?” 하고 나에게 물었습니다.	And one of the elders answered, saying unto me, What are these which are arrayed in white robes? and whence came they?
14	내가 “장로님, 장로님께서 잘 알고 계십니다” 하고 대답하였더니, 그는 나에게 이렇게 말하였습니다. “이 사람들은 큰 환난을 겪어 낸 사람들입니다. 그들은 어린 양이 흘리신 피에 자기들의 두루마기를 빨아서 희게 하였습니다.	And I said unto him, Sir, thou knowest. And he said to me, These are they which came out of great tribulation, and have washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.
15	그러므로 그들은 하나님의 보좌 앞에 있고, 하나님의 성전에서 밤낮 그분을 섬기고 있습니다. 그리고 그 보좌에 앉으신 분이 그들을 덮는 장막이 되어 주실 것입니다.	Therefore are they before the throne of God, and serve him day and night in his temple: and he that sitteth on the throne shall dwell among them.
16	그들은 다시는 주리지 않고, 목마르지도 않고, 해나 그 밖에 어떤 열도 그들 위에 괴롭게 내려 쬐지 않을 것입니다.	They shall hunger no more, neither thirst any more; neither shall the sun light on them, nor any heat.
17	보좌 한가운데 계신 어린 양이 그들의 목자가 되셔서, 생명의 샘물로 그들을 인도하실 것이고, 하나님께서 그들의 눈에서 눈물을 말끔히 씻어 주실 것입니다.”	For the Lamb which is in the midst of the throne shall feed them, and shall lead them unto living fountains of waters: and God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes.
