1	도움을 구하는 기도 / 다윗이 굴에 있을 때에 지은 마스길, 기도 나는 소리를 높여서 주님께 부르짖는다. 나는 소리를 높여서 주님께 애원한다.	I cried unto the Lord with my voice; with my voice unto the Lord did I make my supplication.
2	내 억울함을 주님께 호소하고, 내 고통을 주님께 아뢴다.	I poured out my complaint before him; I shewed before him my trouble.
3	내 영혼이 연약할 때에 주님은 내 갈 길을 아십니다. 사람들은 나를 잡으려고 내가 가는 길에 덫을 놓았습니다.	When my spirit was overwhelmed within me, then thou knewest my path. In the way wherein I walked have they privily laid a snare for me.
4	아무리 둘러보아도 나를 도울 사람이 없고, 내가 피할 곳이 없고, 나를 지켜 줄 사람이 없습니다.	I looked on my right hand, and beheld, but there was no man that would know me: refuge failed me; no man cared for my soul.
5	주님, 내가 주님께 부르짖습니다. “주님은 나의 피난처, 사람 사는 세상에서 내가 받은 분깃은 주님뿐”이라고 하였습니다.	I cried unto thee, O Lord: I said, Thou art my refuge and my portion in the land of the living.
6	나는 너무 비참하게 되었습니다. 내가 이렇게 부르짖으니, 내게 귀를 기울여 주십시오. 나를 핍박하는 자들에게서, 나를 건져 주십시오. 그들이 나보다 강합니다.	Attend unto my cry; for I am brought very low: deliver me from my persecutors; for they are stronger than I.
7	내 영혼을 감옥에서 끌어내 주셔서, 주님의 이름을 찬양하게 해주십시오. 주님께서 내게 넘치는 은혜를 베푸시니, 의인들이 나를 감싸 줄 것입니다.	Bring my soul out of prison, that I may praise thy name: the righteous shall compass me about; for thou shalt deal bountifully with me.
