절	새번역 (2001)	King James Version
1	다윗의 승전가 주님께서 다윗을 그의 모든 원수의 손과 사울의 손에서 건져 주셨을 때에, 다윗이 이 노래로 주님께 아뢰었다.	And David spake unto the Lord the words of this song in the day that the Lord had delivered him out of the hand of all his enemies, and out of the hand of Saul:
2	그는 이렇게 노래하였다. 주님은 나의 반석, 나의 요새, 나를 건지시는 분,	And he said, The Lord is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer;
3	나의 하나님은 나의 반석, 내가 피할 바위, 나의 방패, 나의 구원의 뿔, 나의 산성, 나의 피난처, 나의 구원자이십니다. 주님께서는 언제나 나를 포악한 자에게서 구해 주십니다.	The God of my rock; in him will I trust: he is my shield, and the horn of my salvation, my high tower, and my refuge, my saviour; thou savest me from violence.
4	나의 찬양을 받으실 주님, 내가 주님께 부르짖었더니, 주님께서 나를 원수들에게서 건져 주셨습니다.	I will call on the Lord, who is worthy to be praised: so shall I be saved from mine enemies.
5	죽음의 물결이 나를 에워싸고, 파멸의 파도가 나를 덮쳤으며,	When the waves of death compassed me, the floods of ungodly men made me afraid;
6	스올의 줄이 나를 동여 묶고, 죽음의 덫이 나를 낚았다.	The sorrows of hell compassed me about; the snares of death prevented me;
7	내가 고통 가운데서 주님께 부르짖고, 나의 하나님을 바라보면서 부르짖었더니, 주님께서 그의 성전에서 나의 간구를 들으셨다. 주님께 부르짖은 나의 부르짖음이 주님의 귀에 다다랐다.	In my distress I called upon the Lord, and cried to my God: and he did hear my voice out of his temple, and my cry did enter into his ears.
8	주님께서 크게 노하시니, 땅이 꿈틀거리고, 흔들리며, 하늘을 받친 산의 뿌리가 떨면서 뒤틀렸다.	Then the earth shook and trembled; the foundations of heaven moved and shook, because he was wroth.
9	그의 코에서 연기가 솟아오르고, 그의 입에서 모든 것을 삼키는 불을 뿜어 내시니, 그에게서 숯덩이들이 불꽃을 튕기면서 달아올랐다.	There went up a smoke out of his nostrils, and fire out of his mouth devoured: coals were kindled by it.
10	주님께서 하늘을 가르고 내려오실 때에, 그 발 아래에는 짙은 구름이 깔려 있었다.	He bowed the heavens also, and came down; and darkness was under his feet.
11	주님께서 그룹을 타고 날아오셨다. 바람 날개를 타고 오셨다.	And he rode upon a cherub, and did fly: and he was seen upon the wings of the wind.
12	어둠으로 그 주위를 둘러서 장막을 만드시고, 빗방울 머금은 먹구름과 짙은 구름으로 둘러서 장막을 만드셨다.	And he made darkness pavilions round about him, dark waters, and thick clouds of the skies.
13	주님 앞에서는 광채가 빛나고, 그 빛난 광채 속에서 이글거리는 숯덩이들이 쏟아졌다.	Through the brightness before him were coals of fire kindled.
14	주님께서 하늘로부터 천둥소리를 내시며, 가장 높으신 분께서 그 목소리를 높이셨다.	The Lord thundered from heaven, and the most High uttered his voice.
15	주님께서 화살을 쏘아서 원수들을 흩으시고, 번개를 번쩍이셔서 그들을 혼란에 빠뜨리셨다.	And he sent out arrows, and scattered them; lightning, and discomfited them.
16	주님께서 꾸짖으실 때에, 바다의 밑바닥이 모조리 드러나고, 주님께서 진노하셔서 콧김을 내뿜으실 때에, 땅의 기초도 모두 드러났다.	And the channels of the sea appeared, the foundations of the world were discovered, at the rebuking of the Lord, at the blast of the breath of his nostrils.
17	주님께서 높은 곳에서 손을 내밀어, 나를 움켜 잡아 주시고, 깊은 물에서 나를 건져 주셨다.	He sent from above, he took me; he drew me out of many waters;
18	주님께서 원수들에게서, 나보다 더 강한 원수들에게서, 나를 살려 주시고, 나를 미워하는 자들에게서, 나를 살려 주셨다.	He delivered me from my strong enemy, and from them that hated me: for they were too strong for me.
19	내가 재난을 당할 때에 원수들이 나에게 덤벼들었으나, 주님께서는 오히려 내가 의지할 분이 되어 주셨다.	They prevented me in the day of my calamity: but the Lord was my stay.
20	이렇게, 나를 좋아하시는 분이시기에, 나를 넓고 안전한 곳으로 데리고 나오셔서, 나를 살려 주셨다.	He brought me forth also into a large place: he delivered me, because he delighted in me.
21	내가 의롭게 산다고 하여, 주님께서 나에게 상을 내려 주시고, 나의 손이 깨끗하다고 하여, 주님께서 나에게 보상해 주셨다.	The Lord rewarded me according to my righteousness: according to the cleanness of my hands hath he recompensed me.
22	진실로 나는, 주님께서 가라고 하시는 그 길에서 벗어나지 아니하고, 무슨 악한 일을 하여서, 나의 하나님으로부터 떠나지도 아니하였다.	For I have kept the ways of the Lord, and have not wickedly departed from my God.
23	주님의 모든 법도를 내 앞에 두고 지켰으며, 주님의 모든 법규를 내가 버리지 아니하였다.	For all his judgments were before me: and as for his statutes, I did not depart from them.
24	그 앞에서 나는 흠 없이 살면서 죄 짓는 일이 없도록 나 스스로를 지켰다.	I was also upright before him, and have kept myself from mine iniquity.
25	그러므로 주님께서는 내가 의롭게 산다고 하여, 나에게 상을 주시며, 주님의 눈 앞에서 깨끗하게 보인다고 하여, 나에게 상을 주셨다.	Therefore the Lord hath recompensed me according to my righteousness; according to my cleanness in his eye sight.
26	주님, 주님께서는, 신실한 사람에게는 주님의 신실하심으로 대하시고, 흠 없는 사람에게는 주님의 흠 없으심을 보이시며,	With the merciful thou wilt shew thyself merciful, and with the upright man thou wilt shew thyself upright.
27	깨끗한 사람에게는 주님의 깨끗하심을 보이시며, 간교한 사람에게는 주님의 교묘하심을 보이십니다.	With the pure thou wilt shew thyself pure; and with the froward thou wilt shew thyself unsavoury.
28	주님께서는 불쌍한 백성은 구하여 주시고, 교만한 사람은 낮추십니다.	And the afflicted people thou wilt save: but thine eyes are upon the haughty, that thou mayest bring them down.
29	아, 주님, 진실로 주님은 나의 등불이십니다. 주님은 어둠을 밝히십니다.	For thou art my lamp, O Lord: and the Lord will lighten my darkness.
30	참으로 주님께서 나와 함께 계셔서 도와주시면, 나는 날쌔게 내달려서, 적군도 뒤쫓을 수 있으며, 높은 성벽이라도 뛰어넘을 수 있습니다.	For by thee I have run through a troop: by my God have I leaped over a wall.
31	하나님께서 하시는 일은 완전하며, 주님께서 하시는 말씀은 신실하다. 주님께로 피하여 오는 사람에게 방패가 되어 주신다.	As for God, his way is perfect; the word of the Lord is tried: he is a buckler to all them that trust in him.
32	주님 밖에 그 어느 누가 하나님이며, 우리의 하나님 밖에 그 어느 누가 구원의 반석인가?	For who is God, save the Lord? and who is a rock, save our God?
33	하나님께서 나의 견고한 요새이시다. 하나님께서는 내가 걷는 길을 안전하게 하여 주신다.	God is my strength and power: and he maketh my way perfect.
34	하나님께서는 나의 발을 암사슴의 발처럼 튼튼하게 만드시고, 나를 높은 곳에 안전하게 세워 주신다.	He maketh my feet like hinds’ feet: and setteth me upon my high places.
35	하나님께서 나에게 전투 훈련을 시키시니, 나의 팔이 놋쇠로 된 강한 활을 당긴다.	He teacheth my hands to war; so that a bow of steel is broken by mine arms.
36	주님, 주님께서 구원의 방패로 나를 막아 주시며, 주님께서 안전하게 지켜 주셔서, 나의 담력을 키워 주셨습니다.	Thou hast also given me the shield of thy salvation: and thy gentleness hath made me great.
37	내가 발걸음을 당당하게 내딛도록 주님께서 힘을 주시고, 발목이 떨려서 잘못 디디는 일이 없게 하셨습니다.	Thou hast enlarged my steps under me; so that my feet did not slip.
38	나는 원수들을 뒤쫓아가서 다 죽였으며, 그들을 전멸시키기까지 돌아서지 않았습니다.	I have pursued mine enemies, and destroyed them; and turned not again until I had consumed them.
39	그들이 나의 발 아래에 쓰러져서 아주 일어나지 못하도록, 그들을 내가 무찔렀습니다.	And I have consumed them, and wounded them, that they could not arise: yea, they are fallen under my feet.
40	주님께서 나에게 싸우러 나갈 용기를 북돋우어 주시고, 나를 치려고 일어선 자들을 나의 발 아래에서 무릎 꿇게 하셨습니다.	For thou hast girded me with strength to battle: them that rose up against me hast thou subdued under me.
41	주님께서는 나의 원수들을 내 앞에서 도망가게 하시고, 나를 미워하는 자들을 내가 진멸하게 하셨습니다.	Thou hast also given me the necks of mine enemies, that I might destroy them that hate me.
42	그들이 아무리 둘러보아도 그들을 구해 줄 사람이 하나도 없고, 주님께 부르짖었지만 끝내 응답하지 않으셨습니다.	They looked, but there was none to save; even unto the Lord, but he answered them not.
43	그래서 나는 그들을 산산이 부수어서, 땅의 먼지처럼 날려 보내고, 길바닥의 진흙처럼 짓밟아서 흩었습니다.	Then did I beat them as small as the dust of the earth, I did stamp them as the mire of the street, and did spread them abroad.
44	주님께서는 반역하는 백성에게서 나를 구하여 주시고, 나를 지켜 주셔서 뭇 민족을 다스리게 하시니, 내가 모르는 백성들까지 나를 섬깁니다.	Thou also hast delivered me from the strivings of my people, thou hast kept me to be head of the heathen: a people which I knew not shall serve me.
45	이방 사람이 나에게 와서 굽실거리고, 나에 대한 소문만 듣고서도 모두가 나에게 복종합니다.	Strangers shall submit themselves unto me: as soon as they hear, they shall be obedient unto me.
46	이방 사람이 사기를 잃고, 그들의 요새에서 떨면서 나옵니다.	Strangers shall fade away, and they shall be afraid out of their close places.
47	주님은 살아 계신다. 나의 반석이신 주님을 찬양하여라. 나의 구원의 반석이신 하나님을 높여라.	The Lord liveth; and blessed be my rock; and exalted be the God of the rock of my salvation.
48	하나님께서 나의 원수를 갚아 주시고, 뭇 백성을 나의 발 아래에 굴복시켜 주셨습니다.	It is God that avengeth me, and that bringeth down the people under me,
49	원수들에게서 나를 구하여 주셨습니다. 나를 치려고 일어서는 자들보다 나를 더욱 높이셔서, 포악한 자들에게서도 나를 건지셨습니다.	And that bringeth me forth from mine enemies: thou also hast lifted me up on high above them that rose up against me: thou hast delivered me from the violent man.
50	그러므로 주님, 뭇 백성이 보는 앞에서 내가 주님께 감사를 드리며, 주님의 이름을 찬양합니다.	Therefore I will give thanks unto thee, O Lord, among the heathen, and I will sing praises unto thy name.
51	주님은 손수 세우신 왕에게 큰 승리를 안겨 주시는 분이십니다. 손수 기름을 부어 세우신 다윗과 그의 자손에게 한결같은 사랑을 영원무궁 하도록 베푸시는 분이십니다.	He is the tower of salvation for his king: and sheweth mercy to his anointed, unto David, and to his seed for evermore.
