| 2 | Bello si erge, gioia di tutta la terra, il monte di Sion, dalle parti del settentrione, bella è la città del gran re. | Beautiful for situation, the joy of the whole earth, is mount Zion, on the sides of the north, the city of the great King. |
| 3 | Nei palazzi d’essa Dio s’è fatto conoscere come un’alta fortezza. | God is known in her palaces for a refuge. |
| 4 | Poiché ecco, i re s’erano adunati, si avanzavano assieme. | For, lo, the kings were assembled, they passed by together. |
