| 2 | Invano vi levate di buon’ora e tardi andate a riposare e mangiate il pan di doglie; egli dà altrettanto ai suoi diletti, mentr’essi dormono. | It is vain for you to rise up early, to sit up late, to eat the bread of sorrows: for so he giveth his beloved sleep. |
