| 2 | Avatkaa portit vanhurskaan kansan käydä sisälle, joka uskollisena pysyy. | Open ye the gates, that the righteous nation which keepeth the truth may enter in. |
| 3 | Vakaamieliselle sinä talletat rauhan, rauhan, sillä hän turvaa sinuun. | Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee. |
| 4 | Turvatkaa Herraan ainiaan, sillä Herra, Herra on iankaikkinen kallio. | Trust ye in the Lord for ever: for in the Lord Jehovah is everlasting strength: |

| 9 | Minun sieluni ikävöitsee sinua yöllä, minun henkeni sisimmässäni etsii sinua varhain; sillä kun sinun tuomiosi kohtaavat maata, oppivat maanpiirin asukkaat vanhurskautta. | With my soul have I desired thee in the night; yea, with my spirit within me will I seek thee early: for when thy judgments are in the earth, the inhabitants of the world will learn righteousness. |
