| 2 | Apu minulle tulee Herralta, joka on tehnyt taivaan ja maan. | My help cometh from the Lord, which made heaven and earth. |
| 3 | Hän ei salli sinun jalkasi horjua, sinun varjelijasi ei torku. | He will not suffer thy foot to be moved: he that keepeth thee will not slumber. |
| 4 | Katso, hän, joka Israelia varjelee, ei torku eikä nuku. | Behold, he that keepeth Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep. |
