| 2 | Przy nim jest panowanie i strach, on czyni pokój na swoich wysokościach. | Dominion and fear are with him, he maketh peace in his high places. |
| 3 | Czy można zliczyć jego wojska? A nad kim nie wschodzi jego światło? | Is there any number of his armies? and upon whom doth not his light arise? |
| 4 | Jak więc może człowiek być usprawiedliwiony przed Bogiem? Albo jak może być czysty ten, kto się urodził z kobiety? | How then can man be justified with God? or how can he be clean that is born of a woman? |
| 5 | Oto nawet księżyc nie świeci i gwiazdy nie są czyste w jego oczach; | Behold even to the moon, and it shineth not; yea, the stars are not pure in his sight. |
| 6 | Tym bardziej człowiek, który jest robakiem, i syn człowieczy, który jest czerwiem. | How much less man, that is a worm? and the son of man, which is a worm? |
