| 1 | Wysłuchaj, Boże, mojego wołania, miej wzgląd na moją modlitwę. | Hear my cry, O God; attend unto my prayer. |
| 2 | Z krańców ziemi wołam do ciebie, gdy moje serce jest zatrwożone; wprowadź mnie na skałę, która jest wyższa ode mnie. | From the end of the earth will I cry unto thee, when my heart is overwhelmed: lead me to the rock that is higher than I. |
| 3 | Ty bowiem jesteś moją ucieczką i wieżą warowną przed wrogiem. | For thou hast been a shelter for me, and a strong tower from the enemy. |
| 4 | Będę mieszkał w twoim przybytku na wieki, chroniąc się pod osłoną twych skrzydeł. Sela. | I will abide in thy tabernacle for ever: I will trust in the covert of thy wings. Selah. |
