| 3 | Wtedy połknęliby nas żywcem, gdy płonęli gniewem przeciwko nam; | Then they had swallowed us up quick, when their wrath was kindled against us: |
| 4 | Wtedy wody zalałyby nas, a potok porwałby nasze dusze; | Then the waters had overwhelmed us, the stream had gone over our soul: |
