| 2 | Kom kotin karuki ia la sang mon pokon en me sued akan, mon pwin en me wia sapung kan. | Hide me from the secret counsel of the wicked; from the insurrection of the workers of iniquity: |
| 3 | Me kin ada lo ’rail dueta kodlas pot, o me kaonopada ar kasik katieu, iei ar lokaia sued, | Who whet their tongue like a sword, and bend their bows to shoot their arrows, even bitter words: |
| 4 | Pwen rir kasikiedi me lelapok o; madang re pan kasikiedi i, o sota insenoki. | That they may shoot in secret at the perfect: suddenly do they shoot at him, and fear not. |
| 5 | Irail me weit ni ar tiak sued, o re kin inda, duen ar pan insar, o re kin inda: Is me pan kak kilang? | They encourage themselves in an evil matter: they commune of laying snares privily; they say, Who shall see them? |
| 6 | Irail kin madamadaua duen me sued. Kitail kapwaiadar, karos kileledier. Mongiong en aramas me widing o meid koiok ni morsued. | They search out iniquities; they accomplish a diligent search: both the inward thought of every one of them, and the heart, is deep. |

| 10 | Me pung o pan perenki Ieowa, o pan liki i, o me lelapok kan karos pan pereperen. | The righteous shall be glad in the Lord, and shall trust in him; and all the upright in heart shall glory. |
