NGEN i kapinga Ieowa! Ieowa ai Kot, komui meid lapalap, komui me kapwateki lingan o manaman. | Bless the Lord, O my soul. O Lord my God, thou art very great; thou art clothed with honour and majesty.
Sapwilim ar likau iei marain, me komui kot lole; kom kotin pak pasang nanlang dueta likau eu. | Who coverest thyself with light as with a garment: who stretchest out the heavens like a curtain:
Kom kin kotin wia kida pil pali poa en ponepon, a tapok kan wiala tan war omui, me kom kin kotikot sili ki pa en ang. | Who layeth the beams of his chambers in the waters: who maketh the clouds his chariot: who walketh upon the wings of the wind:
Kom me kotin wia kila sapwilim omui tounlang kan kisiniang o sapwilim ar ladu kan umpul en kisiniai. | Who maketh his angels spirits; his ministers a flaming fire:
A kotin kasonedier sappa pon a pason, a sota pan mokid kokolata. | Who laid the foundations of the earth, that it should not be removed for ever.
Kom kotin kadupale kidi i dueta likau eu, pil akan ileilada sang nana kan. | Thou coveredst it with the deep as with a garment: the waters stood above the mountains.
Re tang wei mon ar masan, re madang wei mon ngil en omui nansapwe. | At thy rebuke they fled; at the voice of thy thunder they hasted away.
Nana kan kokodar, a wau kan kokodier ong wasa, me kom kotin kileledier ong ir. | They go up by the mountains; they go down by the valleys unto the place which thou hast founded for them.
Kom kotiki ong ir irair eu, me re sota pan dauli wei; re solar pan pur ong kadupaledi sappa. | Thou hast set a bound that they may not pass over; that they turn not again to cover the earth.
Kom kin kotin wiada, parer en kusukusda nan wau kan; re kin pwilipwil wei nan pung en nana kan. | He sendeth the springs into the valleys, which run among the hills.
Re kotin kanim pileda man en nan sap akan o man en nan wel. | They give drink to every beast of the field: the wild asses quench their thirst.
Manpir en pan lang kin kaukauson ni kail a, re kin kakaul nin tuka kan. | By them shall the fowls of the heaven have their habitation, which sing among the branches.
Komui me kin kotin kanim pileda nana kan sang sapwilim omui pera poa. Kom kin kotin kadire kila wa kan sappa, me kom kotin wiadar. | He watereth the hills from his chambers: the earth is satisfied with the fruit of thy works.
Komui me kotin kawosadang man akan rä, o wan tuka me mau ong aramas, pwen kapwareda sang nan pwel manga ong aramas akan. | He causeth the grass to grow for the cattle, and herb for the service of man: that he may bring forth food out of the earth;
O wain en kaperenda mongiong en aramas, o le en kalinganada mas en aramas, o prot en kakelada war en aramas. | And wine that maketh glad the heart of man, and oil to make his face to shine, and bread which strengtheneth man’s heart.
Sapwilim en Ieowa tuka kan pan medila, seder en Lipanon akan, me a kotin padukedier. | The trees of the Lord are full of sap; the cedars of Lebanon, which he hath planted;
Wasa manpir kin pas kin ia, o raier kauson nan seder. | Where the birds make their nests: as for the stork, the fir trees are her house.
Nana ileile iei deun kemse, a paip akan deun repit en wel. | The high hills are a refuge for the wild goats; and the rocks for the conies.
A kotin wiadar saunipong, pwen kilelekidi ansau kan, katipin asa wasa me a pan kirila ia. | He appointed the moon for seasons: the sun knoweth his going down.
Kom kin kotin wiada pong, man en nan wel rap mokidada. | Thou makest darkness, and it is night: wherein all the beasts of the forest do creep forth.
Laien pulepul weriwerki kan arail manga, re kin idok ren Kot, me re pan kang. | The young lions roar after their prey, and seek their meat from God.
Katipin lao dakada, re kin purela wonon nan por ar akan. | The sun ariseth, they gather themselves together, and lay them down in their dens.
Aramas ap kolang ar dodok, wia sapasap lel nin sautik. | Man goeth forth unto his work and to his labour until the evening.
Maing Ieowa, ar wiawia kan me dodok melel! Kom kotin kasone irail di ki omui erpit o sappa me direki sapwilim omui dipisou kan. | O Lord, how manifold are thy works! in wisdom hast thou made them all: the earth is full of thy riches.
Madau me kalaimun o dälap ni pali karos; i wasa me dir en mam, me sota kak wadawad, man tikitik o kalaimun. | So is this great and wide sea, wherein are things creeping innumerable, both small and great beasts.
I wasa me sop akan kin tangatang ia, o walros, me komui kotin wiadar, kin madomadong lole. | There go the ships: there is that leviathan, whom thou hast made to play therein.
Ir karos kin auiaui komui, pwe komui en kotin katungole kin ir kan arail ni ar ansau. | These wait all upon thee; that thou mayest give them their meat in due season.
Kom kin kotiki ong ir, rap nanak pena; komui kotiki pasang lim omui, rap pan medi kila me mau kan. | That thou givest them they gather: thou openest thine hand, they are filled with good.
Ni omui pan karirila silang omui, rap pan masapwekada, kom kin kotiki sang ir angiang arail, rap pan mela o purelang ar pwel par. | Thou hidest thy face, they are troubled: thou takest away their breath, they die, and return to their dust.
Kom kin kotin kadarala ang omui, rap pan wiauiada, o komui kin kawilikapada mas en sap o. | Thou sendest forth thy spirit, they are created: and thou renewest the face of the earth.
Lingan en Ieowa pan duedueta. Ieowa pan kotin peren kida sapwilim a wiawia kan. | The glory of the Lord shall endure for ever: the Lord shall rejoice in his works.
A lao kotin irerong toun sappa, sappa ap rerer; a lao kotin sair nana kan, rap adida. | He looketh on the earth, and it trembleth: he toucheth the hills, and they smoke.
Arain ai maur i pan kakauli ong Ieowa, o arain ai mi sappa et, i pan kauleki psalm kan ong ai Kot. | I will sing unto the Lord as long as I live: I will sing praise to my God while I have my being.
I men, ai kasokasoi en kaparenda kupur a; i pan polauleki Ieowa. | My meditation of him shall be sweet: I will be glad in the Lord.
Me dipan akan en niki sang sappa, o me doo sang Kot akan en sola mia. Ngen i kalingada Ieowa! Aleluia! | Let the sinners be consumed out of the earth, and let the wicked be no more. Bless thou the Lord, O my soul. Praise ye the Lord.
