6 Irail kin ngongki mondi ni tapin tepel ni kamadip o, o leppandam nan sinakoke kan. And love the uppermost rooms at feasts, and the chief seats in the synagogues,
7 O re kin mauki, aramas en ranamau ong irail nan deun net, o aramas en wia kin ir Rapi, Rapi, And greetings in the markets, and to be called of men, Rabbi, Rabbi.

13 Suedi ong komail saunkawewe o Parisär akan, malaun komail! Komail kin ritingidi wein nanlang mon aramas akan, pwe komail sota pan pedelong, a me men pedelong, komail sota kin mueid ong. But woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye shut up the kingdom of heaven against men: for ye neither go in yourselves, neither suffer ye them that are entering to go in.
14 Suedi ong komail saunkawewe o Parisär akan, malaun komail! Komail me ngopur sang im en li odi kan ap liliasos kapakap reirei. Omail kalokolok pan laud melel. Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye devour widows’ houses, and for a pretence make long prayer: therefore ye shall receive the greater damnation.
15 Suedi ong komail saunkawewe o Parisär akan, malaun komail! Komail kin pidipidaki sed o sap, pwen wiada proselit amen, a lao wialar, komail ap pan wia kin i toun pweleko amen, me sued sang komail. Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye compass sea and land to make one proselyte, and when he is made, ye make him twofold more the child of hell than yourselves.
16 Suedi ong komail saunkalua maskun, komail me kin inda: Meamen kin kaukila im en kaudok, dene sota katepa, a me kin kaukila kold en im en kaudok, i me pung. Woe unto you, ye blind guides, which say, Whosoever shall swear by the temple, it is nothing; but whosoever shall swear by the gold of the temple, he is a debtor!
17 Komail pweipwei o maskun, pwe da me kasampwal ren kold de im en kaudok o, me kin kasarauiala kold? Ye fools and blind: for whether is greater, the gold, or the temple that sanctifieth the gold?
18 O meamen kin kaukila pei saraui, dene sota katepa, a me kaukila mairong, me mi poa dene i me pung, And, Whosoever shall swear by the altar, it is nothing; but whosoever sweareth by the gift that is upon it, he is guilty.
19 Komail pweipwei o maskun, pwe da me kasampwal ren mairong de pei saraui, me kin kasarauiala mairong? Ye fools and blind: for whether is greater, the gift, or the altar that sanctifieth the gift?
20 Ari, meamen kaukila pei saraui, kin kaukila i o meakan, me mi poa. Whoso therefore shall swear by the altar, sweareth by it, and by all things thereon.
21 O meamen kaukila im en kaudok, king kaukila i iangaki i me kotikot lole. And whoso shall swear by the temple, sweareth by it, and by him that dwelleth therein.
22 O me kaukila nanlang, kin kaukila mol en Kot o me kin kaipokedi ong poa. And he that shall swear by heaven, sweareth by the throne of God, and by him that sitteth thereon.
23 Suedi ong komail saunkawewe o Parisär akan, malaun komail! Komail kin mairongki eisokkis eu en minse, o til, o kimel, ap sota insenoki kusoned en kapung kasampwal akan: Pung, o kadek, o poson. Komail wiada mepukat, ap pil kapwaiada me tei kan! Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye pay tithe of mint and anise and cummin, and have omitted the weightier matters of the law, judgment, mercy, and faith: these ought ye to have done, and not to leave the other undone.
24 Saunkalua maskun komail, me kin isenoki kisin am en wel, ap katalala kamel! Ye blind guides, which strain at a gnat, and swallow a camel.
25 Suedi ong komail saunkawewe o Parisär akan, malaun komail! Pwe komail kin kamakelekel kasak o dal liki, a lol me dir en me re kuliada o me sued. Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye make clean the outside of the cup and of the platter, but within they are full of extortion and excess.
26 Parisär maskun koe, kamakelekele mas lol en kasak o dal akan, pwe pali liki en pil makelekeleda! Thou blind Pharisee, cleanse first that which is within the cup and platter, that the outside of them may be clean also.
27 Suedi ong komail saunkawewe o Parisär akan, malaun komail! Komail rasong sousou kan, me sementen, me kin sansal kaselel, a lole me dir en ti en me melar akan o song en saut karos. Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye are like unto whited sepulchres, which indeed appear beautiful outward, but are within full of dead men’s bones, and of all uncleanness.
28 I duen komail, me sansal pung mon aramas, a lole komail me dir en malaun o sapung. Even so ye also outwardly appear righteous unto men, but within ye are full of hypocrisy and iniquity.
29 Suedi ong komail saunkawewe o Parisär akan, malaun komail! Pwe komail kin apapwali sousou en saukop akan o kapwataki sousou en me pung kan. Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! because ye build the tombs of the prophets, and garnish the sepulchres of the righteous,
30 Ap inda: Ma kit mia ni muein sam atail akan, kit sota pan iang irail kamela saukop akan. And say, If we had been in the days of our fathers, we would not have been partakers with them in the blood of the prophets.
31 Ari, pein komail kin kadede, me komail nain me kamelar saukop akan. Wherefore ye be witnesses unto yourselves, that ye are the children of them which killed the prophets.
32 A komail kaunsokala wiawia en sam omail akan! Fill ye up then the measure of your fathers.
33 Komail serpent o wan oter akan! Pala komail pan piti sang kadeik en nan pweleko? Ye serpents, ye generation of vipers, how can ye escape the damnation of hell?
34 Kilang, i me I kadara dong komail saukop akai, o me lolekong kai, o saunkawewe kai; a akai irail, me komail pan kamela, o kalopuela, o akai komail pan kaloke nan omail sinakoke kan, o komail pan paki irail sang nan eu kanim ong nan eu. Wherefore, behold, I send unto you prophets, and wise men, and scribes: and some of them ye shall kill and crucify; and some of them shall ye scourge in your synagogues, and persecute them from city to city:

That upon you may come all the righteous blood shed upon the earth, from the blood of righteous Abel unto the blood of Zacharias son of Barachias, whom ye slew between the temple and the altar.
36 Melel I indai ong komail, mepukat pan pwai ong di wet. Verily I say unto you, All these things shall come upon this generation.
37 O Ierusalem, Ierusalem, me kin kamela saukop akan o kate me pakadara dong uk kan; pan pak toto, me I pan kapokon pena noumail akan, duen litok kin kompwal pena na purok kan pan pa a, a komail kang. O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, thou that killest the prophets, and stonest them which are sent unto thee, how often would I have gathered thy children together, even as a hen gathereth her chickens under her wings, and ye would not!
38 Kilang, im omail pan tanla. Behold, your house is left unto you desolate.
39 Pwe I indai ong komail, komail solar pan kilang ia sang ni ansau wet, lao komail pan inda: Meid iasanai, me kotido ni mar en Kaun o! For I say unto you, Ye shall not see me henceforth, till ye shall say, Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord.
