That their hearts might be comforted, being knit together in love, and unto all riches of the full assurance of understanding, to the acknowledgement of the mystery of God, and of the Father, and of Christ;
3 Pwe pai en erpit o dedeki, me okiok re a. In whom are hid all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge.
4 I me i inda mepukat, pwe aramas amen ede kotau ki komail lokaia widing kan. And this I say, lest any man should beguile you with enticing words.
5 A ni pali uduk o ngai me doo, a ni pali ngen i ngai mi re omail, i perenki o kilang omail sondi mau, o omail poson kelail Kristus. For though I be absent in the flesh, yet am I with you in the spirit, joying and beholding your order, and the stedfastness of your faith in Christ.
6 A duen omail wuki ong Kristus Iesus Kaun o, iduen komail en weweideki i, As ye have therefore received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk ye in him:
7 O podidi ong i, o kakau kida i, o komail kelail ni poson, duen me komail padak kidar, o nantiong danke. Rooted and built up in him, and stablished in the faith, as ye have been taught, abounding therein with thanksgiving.
8 Kalaka pwe amen ede sali kin komail padak mal o padok en kaua duen tiak en aramas akan en sappa, a kaidin tiak en Kristus. Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ.

12 Ni atail iang i serkidi paptais, o me komail pil maur kida poson manaman en Kot, me kaiasada i sang ren me melar akan. Buried with him in baptism, wherein also ye are risen with him through the faith of the operation of God, who hath raised him from the dead.
13 O ni ansaun omail mela ni dip o sosirkomsais en uduk omail, a kotin kamaur komail da iangaki i, ni a kotin maki ong kitail sapung kan karos. And you, being dead in your sins and the uncircumcision of your flesh, hath he quickened together with him, having forgiven you all trespasses;
14 O a kotin iros wei sang inting o, me kapokon ong kitail, me audekier kusoned akan, ap palian kitail, i me a kotin kawelar ni a pasuredi ong i nin lopu. Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross;
15 A lau kaloedier wei kan o manaman akan, ap kasansanle irail ada o wia kin ir kilel en kaperen eu. And having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it.
16 Sota amen en kadeik komail da pweki kisin manga, de pil nim, de ran a akai, de maram pul, de sapat akan. Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days:
17 Pwe mepukat mot en me pan pwarado, a war o iei Kristus. Which are a shadow of things to come; but the body is of Christ.

Let no man beguile you of your reward in a voluntary humility and worshipping of angels, intruding into those things which he hath not seen, vainly puffed up by his fleshly mind,
19 O a sota kin keleki tapwi, me war pon ale sang kisin manga ki kokon akan, iduen a pan kakairida ni kupur en Kot. And not holding the Head, from which all the body by joints and bands having nourishment ministered, and knit together, increaseth with the increase of God.
20 A ma komail iang Kristus melar sang tiak en sappa, menda komail pil lodi ong tiak kan likamata komail memaureta nin sappa. Wherefore if ye be dead with Christ from the rudiments of the world, why, as though living in the world, are ye subject to ordinances,
21 Re kin inda: Koe der doke, koe der song, koe der sair! (Touch not; taste not; handle not;
22 A mepukat karos pan okila kadokepa; ari kisin kusoned mal akan, me aramas akan ta wiadar. Which all are to perish with the using;) after the commandments and doctrines of men?
23 Me sansal en lolekong ni ar wiada pein ar kaudok o karakarak o ar kaloke pali war arail; a mepukat kin kapwaiada pali uduk eta. Which things have indeed a shew of wisdom in will worship, and humility, and neglecting of the body; not in any honour to the satisfying of the flesh.
