KOMPOKE pai kan, pweki inau pukat kitail en muei sang kasaut en uduk o ngen atail karos, o kitail en dadaurata atail kasarauila ni wauneki Kot. Having therefore these promises, dearly beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God.
Komail apwali kit, sota amen me se wia sapung ong, sota amen me kit kawelar, sota amen me kit kulia sang okotme. Receive us; we have wronged no man, we have corrupted no man, we have defrauded no man.
Mepukat i inda kaidin pwen kadeikada, pwe i apton indada, me deu omail nan mongiong it, pwen iang mela o iang memaur. I speak not this to condemn you: for I have said before, that ye are in our hearts to die and live with you.
Ngai ari aima ong komail, o ai kapinga komail me lapalap, o i direki kamait; ngai me peren kida melel ni at kalokolok karos. Great is my boldness of speech toward you, great is my glorying of you: I am filled with comfort, I am exceeding joyful in all our tribulation.
Pwe ni at leler Masetonien, uduk at sota diar kamol, pwe se kalokolok wasa karos: Pali liki pepei o pali lole masak. For, when we were come into Macedonia, our flesh had no rest, but we were troubled on every side; without were fightings, within were fears.
A Kot me kin kamaitala me karakarak kan, a kotin kamait kit ala ki en Titus a pwarador. Nevertheless God, that comforteth those that are cast down, comforted us by the coming of Titus;
A kaidin a pwarador eta, pwe pil kamait o, me pein a kamait kila komail, ni a kasansaledang kit omail anane, o omail sangesang o omail lolete kin ia; i me kalaudela ai peren. And not by his coming only, but by the consolation wherewith he was comforted in you, when he told us your earnest desire, your mourning, your fervent mind toward me; so that I rejoiced the more.
Pwe ma i kainsensuedi kin komail er kisin likau o, i sota kalula, a ma i kalular mas o, pwe i diaradar me kisin likau kainsensuede kidar komail ansau kis, For though I made you sorry with a letter, I do not repent, though I did repent: for I perceive that the same epistle hath made you sorry, though it were but for a season.
A met i peren kidar, kaidin pweki omail insensued, a pweki omail insensued ong kalula, pwe omail insensued duen kupur en Kot, pwe komail ender ale me sued kot re at. Now I rejoice, not that ye were made sorry, but that ye sorrowed to repentance: for ye were made sorry after a godly manner, that ye might receive damage by us in nothing.
Pwe insensued duen kupur en Kot kareda kalula ong maur, me aramas sota pan kalu kila, a insensued en sappa kareda mela. For godly sorrow worketh repentance to salvation not to be repented of: but the sorrow of the world worketh death.
Pwe kilang, omail insensued duen kupur en Kot, kare ong komail song toto: Porisok, o pukoki, o makar, o masak, o anane, o inong iong, o depuk! A komail kasansaledar ni song karos, me komail makelekel ni mepukat. For behold this selfsame thing, that ye sorrowed after a godly sort, what carefulness it wrought in you, yea, what clearing of yourselves, yea, what indignation, yea, what fear, yea, what vehement desire, yea, what zeal, yea, what revenge! In all things ye have approved yourselves to be clear in this matter.
I inting wong komail er, kaidin pweki i, me kainsensued, pil kaidin pweki i, me a kainsensued ong, a pweki at apapwali komail en sansal re omail mon Kot. Wherefore, though I wrote unto you, I did it not for his cause that had done the wrong, nor for his cause that suffered wrong, but that our care for you in the sight of God might appear unto you.
Kit ari kamaitalar; kit peren kida kaualap en Titus a peren, pwe ngen e dapwenda komail. Therefore we were comforted in your comfort: yea, and exceedingly the more joyed we for the joy of Titus, because his spirit was refreshed by you all.
Pwe ni ai kapingaki komail re a, i sota namenokki, pwe duen ai lokaia karos ong komail me melel, iduen at suaiki mon Titus pwaidar melel. For if I have boasted any thing to him of you, I am not ashamed; but as we spake all things to you in truth, even so our boasting, which I made before Titus, is found a truth.
O a kin pok ong komail melel ni a tamatamanda omail oke, duen omail kasamo i ni masak o rerer. And his inward affection is more abundant toward you, whilst he remembereth the obedience of you all, how with fear and trembling ye received him.
I peren kida, me i kak kamelele komail ni song karos. I rejoice therefore that I have confidence in you in all things.
