1	모세에게 만남의 천막을 세우라고 하시다 여호와께서 모세에게 말씀하셨다.	And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying,
2	“첫째 달 첫째 날에 너는 내가 머물 천막, 곧 만남의 천막을 세워라.	On the first day of the first month shalt thou set up the tabernacle of the tent of the congregation.
3	그러고는 거기에 증언상자를 들여놓고, 그 상자(궤) 앞을 나눔막으로 가려라.	And thou shalt put therein the ark of the testimony, and cover the ark with the vail.
4	상도 가져다가 차려 놓아라. 등불받침대도 가져와서 등불을 올려놓아라.	And thou shalt bring in the table, and set in order the things that are to be set in order upon it; and thou shalt bring in the candlestick, and light the lamps thereof.
5	향 피우는 금제단은 증언상자 앞에 놓아두고, 내가 머물 천막 입구에 가림막을 달도록 해라.	And thou shalt set the altar of gold for the incense before the ark of the testimony, and put the hanging of the door to the tabernacle.
6	다태우는제단(번제단)은 내가 머물 천막, 곧 만남의 천막 입구 앞에 놓아두어라.	And thou shalt set the altar of the burnt offering before the door of the tabernacle of the tent of the congregation.
7	물독은 만남의 천막과 제단 사이에 놓고, 거기에 물을 담아 두어라.	And thou shalt set the laver between the tent of the congregation and the altar, and shalt put water therein.
8	내가 머물 천막을 돌아가며 뜰을 만들고, 뜰 문에는 가림막을 쳐라.	And thou shalt set up the court round about, and hang up the hanging at the court gate.
9	또 기름붓는 예식에 쓰는 기름을 가져다가, 내가 머물 천막과 그 안에 있는 온갖 것에 발라라. 그리하여 천막과 그 온갖 기구를 거룩하게 해라. 그러면 그 모두가 거룩해질 것이다.	And thou shalt take the anointing oil, and anoint the tabernacle, and all that is therein, and shalt hallow it, and all the vessels thereof: and it shall be holy.
10	다태우는제단(번제단)과 그 온갖 기구에도 기름을 발라라. 그리하여 제단을 거룩하게 해라. 그러면 그 제단이 더할 나위 없이 거룩해질 것이다.	And thou shalt anoint the altar of the burnt offering, and all his vessels, and sanctify the altar: and it shall be an altar most holy.
11	물독과 그 받침에도 그 기름을 발라서 거룩하게 해라.	And thou shalt anoint the laver and his foot, and sanctify it.
12	너는 아론과 그의 아들들을 만남의 천막 입구로 데려다가, 물로 씻어 주어라.	And thou shalt bring Aaron and his sons unto the door of the tabernacle of the congregation, and wash them with water.
13	그러고는 아론에게 거룩한 옷을 입히고 기름을 부어 주어라. 그렇게 그를 거룩하게 해서 제사장으로 나를 섬기게 해라.	And thou shalt put upon Aaron the holy garments, and anoint him, and sanctify him; that he may minister unto me in the priest’s office.
14	아론의 아들들도 데려다가 긴 겉옷을 입게 해라.	And thou shalt bring his sons, and clothe them with coats:
15	그들의 아버지에게 기름을 부었듯이, 그들에게도 기름을 부어서 그들이 제사장으로 나를 섬기게 해라. 기름부음을 받았으므로 그들은 대대로 영원히 제사장 일을 할 것이다.”	And thou shalt anoint them, as thou didst anoint their father, that they may minister unto me in the priest’s office: for their anointing shall surely be an everlasting priesthood throughout their generations.
16	모세가 만남의 천막을 세우다 모세는 여호와께서 명령하신 모든 일을 그대로 했다.	Thus did Moses: according to all that the Lord commanded him, so did he.
17	그래서 둘째 해 첫째 달 첫째 날에, 여호와께서 머무실 천막이 세워졌다.	And it came to pass in the first month in the second year, on the first day of the month, that the tabernacle was reared up.
18	여호와께서 머무실 천막을 모세가 세웠다. 받침을 놓고, 널빤지를 세웠다. 가로목을 지르고, 기둥을 세웠다.	And Moses reared up the tabernacle, and fastened his sockets, and set up the boards thereof, and put in the bars thereof, and reared up his pillars.
19	여호와께서 머무실 천막 위에 막을 펼치고, 그 위에 그 막의 덮개를 위로부터 덮었다. 여호와께서 모세에게 명령하신 대로 한 것이었다.	And he spread abroad the tent over the tabernacle, and put the covering of the tent above upon it; as the Lord commanded Moses.
20	모세는 그 증언의 돌판을 가져다가 증언상자 속에 넣었다. 그 상자(궤)에 막대기를 끼우고, 그 위에 덮개를 위로부터 덮었다.	And he took and put the testimony into the ark, and set the staves on the ark, and put the mercy seat above upon the ark:
21	그 상자(궤)를 여호와께서 머무실 천막 안에 들여다 놓고, 가리는 나눔막을 쳐서 증언상자 위를 덮었다. 여호와께서 모세에게 명령하신 대로였다.	And he brought the ark into the tabernacle, and set up the vail of the covering, and covered the ark of the testimony; as the Lord commanded Moses.
22	모세는 또 상을 만남의 천막 안에 들여다 놓았다. 여호와께서 머무실 천막의 북쪽, 나눔막의 바깥쪽이었다.	And he put the table in the tent of the congregation, upon the side of the tabernacle northward, without the vail.
23	여호와 앞의 상 위에 빵을 차려 놓았다. 여호와께서 모세에게 명령하신 대로였다.	And he set the bread in order upon it before the Lord; as the Lord had commanded Moses.
24	등불받침대도 만남의 천막 안에 들여다 놓았다. 상의 맞은편, 여호와께서 머무실 천막의 남쪽이었다.	And he put the candlestick in the tent of the congregation, over against the table, on the side of the tabernacle southward.
25	여호와 앞의 등불에 불도 켰다. 여호와께서 모세에게 명령하신 대로였다.	And he lighted the lamps before the Lord; as the Lord commanded Moses.
26	모세가 금제단을 만남의 천막 안, 나눔막 앞에 들여다 놓았다.	And he put the golden altar in the tent of the congregation before the vail:
27	그 위에서 향기로운 향을 피워 바쳤다. 여호와께서 모세에게 명령하신 대로였다.	And he burnt sweet incense thereon; as the Lord commanded Moses.
28	또 모세는 여호와께서 머무실 천막 입구에 가림막을 달았다.	And he set up the hanging at the door of the tabernacle.
29	다태우는제단(번제단)은 여호와께서 머무실 천막, 곧 만남의 천막 입구에 두었다. 다태우는제물(번제물)과 곡식제물(소제물)을 그 위에서 바쳤다. 여호와께서 모세에게 명령하신 대로였다.	And he put the altar of burnt offering by the door of the tabernacle of the tent of the congregation, and offered upon it the burnt offering and the meat offering; as the Lord commanded Moses.
30	물독은 만남의 천막과 제단 사이에 놓고, 씻을 물을 거기에 담아 두었다.	And he set the laver between the tent of the congregation and the altar, and put water there, to wash withal.
31	그 물로 모세와 아론과 그의 아들들이 손발을 씻었다.	And Moses and Aaron and his sons washed their hands and their feet thereat:
32	만남의 천막으로 들어가거나 제단에 가까이 갈 때 씻었다. 여호와께서 모세에게 명령하신 대로였다.	When they went into the tent of the congregation, and when they came near unto the altar, they washed; as the Lord commanded Moses.
33	또 모세는 여호와께서 머무실 천막과 제단을 돌아가며 뜰을 만들고, 뜰 문에 가림막을 쳤다. 모세가 일을 끝냈다. ()	And he reared up the court round about the tabernacle and the altar, and set up the hanging of the court gate. So Moses finished the work.
34	만남의 천막을 덮은 구름 구름이 만남의 천막을 덮었고, 여호와의 영광이 여호와께서 머무시는 천막을 가득 채웠다.	Then a cloud covered the tent of the congregation, and the glory of the Lord filled the tabernacle.
35	모세는 만남의 천막에 들어갈 수 없었다. 구름이 그 위에 내려앉아 있고, 여호와의 영광이 여호와께서 머무시는 천막을 가득 채우고 있었기 때문이다.	And Moses was not able to enter into the tent of the congregation, because the cloud abode thereon, and the glory of the Lord filled the tabernacle.
36	구름이 여호와께서 머무시는 천막 위에서 떠오르면, 이스라엘 사람들은 길을 나섰다. 길을 가는 동안 내내 그렇게 했다.	And when the cloud was taken up from over the tabernacle, the children of Israel went onward in all their journeys:
37	구름이 떠오르지 않으면, 구름이 떠오르는 날까지 그들은 길을 나서지 않았다.	But if the cloud were not taken up, then they journeyed not till the day that it was taken up.
38	낮에는 여호와의 구름이 여호와께서 머무시는 천막 위에 있었고, 밤에는 구름 가운데 불이 있었다. 길을 가는 동안 내내 모든 이스라엘 사람이 그것을 보았다.	For the cloud of the Lord was upon the tabernacle by day, and fire was on it by night, in the sight of all the house of Israel, throughout all their journeys.
