1	향피우는제단을 만들라는 명령 “너는 또 향피우는제단(향단)을 만들어라. 아카시아나무로 만들어라.	And thou shalt make an altar to burn incense upon: of shittim wood shalt thou make it.
2	길이가 50센티미터, 너비도 50센티미터인 네모꼴이 되게 해라. 높이는 1미터로 해라. 뿔은 제단에서 돋아나게 해라.	A cubit shall be the length thereof, and a cubit the breadth thereof; foursquare shall it be: and two cubits shall be the height thereof: the horns thereof shall be of the same.
3	제단 덮개와 사방 옆면과 뿔은 순금으로 입히고, 제단에 돌아가며 금테를 만들어라.	And thou shalt overlay it with pure gold, the top thereof, and the sides thereof round about, and the horns thereof; and thou shalt make unto it a crown of gold round about.
4	제단의 양 옆 금테 아래로 금고리 두 개를 만들어 달도록 해라. 그렇게 양쪽에 만들어서 제단을 옮길 때 쓸 막대기를 끼워 둘 수 있게 해라.	And two golden rings shalt thou make to it under the crown of it, by the two corners thereof, upon the two sides of it shalt thou make it; and they shall be for places for the staves to bear it withal.
5	막대기는 아카시아나무로 만들어 금으로 입혀라.	And thou shalt make the staves of shittim wood, and overlay them with gold.
6	그 제단은 증언상자 앞의 나눔막 앞, 내가 너를 만나 주는 곳인, 증언상자 위의 덮개 앞에 두어라.	And thou shalt put it before the vail that is by the ark of the testimony, before the mercy seat that is over the testimony, where I will meet with thee.
7	아론이 그 제단 위에서 향기로운 향을 피워 바치게 해라. 아침마다 등잔을 손볼 때 향을 피워 바치게 해라.	And Aaron shall burn thereon sweet incense every morning: when he dresseth the lamps, he shall burn incense upon it.
8	아론이 저녁 어스름에 등불을 올릴 때에도 향을 피워 바치게 해라. 이것이 너희가 대대로 여호와 앞에 늘 피워 두어야 할 향이다.	And when Aaron lighteth the lamps at even, he shall burn incense upon it, a perpetual incense before the Lord throughout your generations.
9	그 제단 위에서는 낯선 향이나 다태우는제물(번제물)이나 곡식제물(소제물)을 바치지 마라. 붓는제물(전제물)도 그 위에서는 붓지 마라.	Ye shall offer no strange incense thereon, nor burnt sacrifice, nor meat offering; neither shall ye pour drink offering thereon.
10	아론은 1년에 한 번 그 제단의 뿔에서 죄를 없애라. 너희 대대로 1년에 한 번 죄없애는제물(속죄제물)의 피로 죄 없애는 예식을 치러서 제단 위에서 죄를 없애라. 그 제단은 여호와에게 매우 거룩한 것이다.”	And Aaron shall make an atonement upon the horns of it once in a year with the blood of the sin offering of atonements: once in the year shall he make atonement upon it throughout your generations: it is most holy unto the Lord.
11	목숨값을 바치라는 명령 여호와께서 모세에게 말씀하셨다.	And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying,
12	“이스라엘 사람들이 모두 얼마나 되는지 머릿수를 세어 보아라. 그들을 조사할 때 사람마다 자기 목숨값을 여호와에게 바치게 해라. 그러면 그들을 조사할 때 그들에게 재난이 닥치지 않을 것이다.	When thou takest the sum of the children of Israel after their number, then shall they give every man a ransom for his soul unto the Lord, when thou numberest them; that there be no plague among them, when thou numberest them.
13	조사된 사람마다 거룩한곳(성소)의 무게 단위로 쳐서 2분의 1세겔을 바치게 해라. 1세겔은 20게라이다. 이 2분의 1세겔은 여호와에게 바치는 예물이다.	This they shall give, every one that passeth among them that are numbered, half a shekel after the shekel of the sanctuary: (a shekel is twenty gerahs:) an half shekel shall be the offering of the Lord.
14	20세 이상 남자를 조사하여 여호와에게 예물을 바치게 해라.	Every one that passeth among them that are numbered, from twenty years old and above, shall give an offering unto the Lord.
15	부유한 사람이라고 해서 더 내게 하지 말고, 가난한 사람이라고 해서 덜 내게도 하지 마라. 너희가 죄를 없애서 목숨을 잃지 않도록 여호와에게 바칠 예물은 2분의 1세겔이다.	The rich shall not give more, and the poor shall not give less than half a shekel, when they give an offering unto the Lord, to make an atonement for your souls.
16	너는 이스라엘 사람들이 목숨값으로 낸 돈을 받아서, 만남의 천막에서 일하는 데 쓰게 내주어라. 그러면 여호와가 이스라엘 사람들을 기억하고 죄를 없애 주어, 너희가 목숨을 잃지 않을 것이다.”	And thou shalt take the atonement money of the children of Israel, and shalt appoint it for the service of the tabernacle of the congregation; that it may be a memorial unto the children of Israel before the Lord, to make an atonement for your souls.
17	놋으로 물독을 만들라는 명령 여호와께서 모세에게 말씀하셨다.	And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying,
18	“너는 물독을 놋으로 만들고 그 받침도 놋으로 만들어서 씻는 데 쓰게 해라. 그 물독을 만남의 천막과 제단 사이에 두고, 거기에 물을 담아 두어라.	Thou shalt also make a laver of brass, and his foot also of brass, to wash withal: and thou shalt put it between the tabernacle of the congregation and the altar, and thou shalt put water therein.
19	아론과 그의 아들들이 그 물로 손과 발을 씻게 해라.	For Aaron and his sons shall wash their hands and their feet thereat:
20	그들이 만남의 천막에 들어갈 때 물로 씻어서 죽지 않게 해라. 그들이 제단에 다가가서 섬기며 불사르는제물(화제물)을 여호와를 위해 태워 연기로 바칠 때도 마찬가지다.	When they go into the tabernacle of the congregation, they shall wash with water, that they die not; or when they come near to the altar to minister, to burn offering made by fire unto the Lord:
21	손과 발을 씻어서 죽지 않게 해라. 이렇게 씻는 것이 그들이 후손 대대로 영원히 지킬 규정이 되게 하거라.”	So they shall wash their hands and their feet, that they die not: and it shall be a statute for ever to them, even to him and to his seed throughout their generations.
22	예식에 쓸 기름을 만들라는 명령 여호와께서 모세에게 말씀하셨다.	Moreover the Lord spake unto Moses, saying,
23	“너는 으뜸가는 발삼 기름을 마련해라. 몰약 덩어리를 6킬로그램, 향기로운 육계를 그 절반인 3킬로그램, 향기로운 창포를 3킬로그램 마련해라.	Take thou also unto thee principal spices, of pure myrrh five hundred shekels, and of sweet cinnamon half so much, even two hundred and fifty shekels, and of sweet calamus two hundred and fifty shekels,
24	거룩한곳(성소)의 무게 단위로 쳐서 계피 6킬로그램을 가져오고, 올리브기름도 4리터 마련해라.	And of cassia five hundred shekels, after the shekel of the sanctuary, and of oil olive an hin:
25	향 만드는 사람이 하듯이 아주 멋진 솜씨로 그것들을 잘 섞어서 기름붓는 예식에 쓸 거룩한 기름을 만들어라. 그것을 기름붓는 예식에 쓸 거룩한 기름이 되게 해라.	And thou shalt make it an oil of holy ointment, an ointment compound after the art of the apothecary: it shall be an holy anointing oil.
26	그 기름을 만남의 천막과 증언상자에 발라라.	And thou shalt anoint the tabernacle of the congregation therewith, and the ark of the testimony,
27	상과 그 모든 기구와 또 등불받침대와 그 기구들과 또 향피우는제단(향단)에도 발라라.	And the table and all his vessels, and the candlestick and his vessels, and the altar of incense,
28	다태우는제단(번제단)과 그 온갖 기구와 또 물독과 그 받침에도 발라라.	And the altar of burnt offering with all his vessels, and the laver and his foot.
29	그것들을 거룩하게 해라. 그것들을 매우 거룩하게 다루어야 한다. 그것들에 닿는 것은 무엇이나 거룩해질 것이다.	And thou shalt sanctify them, that they may be most holy: whatsoever toucheth them shall be holy.
30	너는 아론과 그의 아들들에게 기름을 발라, 그들을 거룩하게 하여 제사장으로 나를 섬기게 해라.	And thou shalt anoint Aaron and his sons, and consecrate them, that they may minister unto me in the priest’s office.
31	그리고 이스라엘 사람들에게 말해 주어라. ‘너희 대대로 나에게 이것이 기름붓는 예식에 쓸 거룩한 기름이 될 것이다.	And thou shalt speak unto the children of Israel, saying, This shall be an holy anointing oil unto me throughout your generations.
32	보통 사람의 몸에는 이 기름을 붓지 마라. 또한 이처럼 섞는 방법으로는 기름을 만들지 마라. 이것은 거룩한 기름이다. 너희도 거룩하게 다루어야 한다.	Upon man’s flesh shall it not be poured, neither shall ye make any other like it, after the composition of it: it is holy, and it shall be holy unto you.
33	이처럼 기름을 섞어서 만들거나 낯선 사람에게 이 기름을 발라 주는 사람은 자기 백성에게서 잘려 나갈 것이다.’”	Whosoever compoundeth any like it, or whosoever putteth any of it upon a stranger, shall even be cut off from his people.
34	향을 만들라는 명령 여호와께서 모세에게 말씀하셨다. “너는 여러 향 곧 소합향과 나감향과 풍자향을 마련해라. 그 여러 향과 순수한 유향을 마련해라. 그것들을 같은 양으로 섞어라.	And the Lord said unto Moses, Take unto thee sweet spices, stacte, and onycha, and galbanum; these sweet spices with pure frankincense: of each shall there be a like weight:
35	너는 그것으로 향을 만들어라. 향 만드는 사람이 하듯이 잘 섞어서 만들어라. 소금을 쳐서 깨끗하고 거룩하게 해라.	And thou shalt make it a perfume, a confection after the art of the apothecary, tempered together, pure and holy:
36	그 향에서 얼마를 갈아 고운 가루로 만들어라. 그 얼마를 만남의 천막 안에 있는 증언상자 앞, 곧 내가 너를 만나 주는 곳에 놓아두어라. 이것을 너희는 매우 거룩한 향으로 다루어라.	And thou shalt beat some of it very small, and put of it before the testimony in the tabernacle of the congregation, where I will meet with thee: it shall be unto you most holy.
37	네가 섞는 방법으로 너희가 너희를 위해서 향을 만들어서는 안 된다. 너는 그 향을 여호와에게 거룩한 향으로 다루어야 한다.	And as for the perfume which thou shalt make, ye shall not make to yourselves according to the composition thereof: it shall be unto thee holy for the Lord.
38	누구든지 그 향기를 맡으려고 이처럼 향을 만드는 사람은 자기 백성에게서 잘려 나갈 것이다.”	Whosoever shall make like unto that, to smell thereto, shall even be cut off from his people.
