1	제사장 옷을 만들라는 명령 “너는 이스라엘 사람들 가운데서 너의 형 아론이 그의 아들들과 함께 너에게 나아오게 해라. 그래서 제사장으로 나를 섬기게 하거라. 아론과 그의 아들들인 나답, 아비후, 엘르아살, 이다말에게 그렇게 해라.	And take thou unto thee Aaron thy brother, and his sons with him, from among the children of Israel, that he may minister unto me in the priest’s office, even Aaron, Nadab and Abihu, Eleazar and Ithamar, Aaron’s sons.
2	너의 형 아론에게 거룩한 옷을 만들어 주어 영광스럽고 자랑스럽게 해라.	And thou shalt make holy garments for Aaron thy brother for glory and for beauty.
3	너는 내가 뛰어난 재주를 준 솜씨꾼들에게 말하여 다 함께 아론의 옷을 만들게 해라. 그렇게 아론을 거룩하게 하여 그가 제사장으로서 나를 섬기게 해라.	And thou shalt speak unto all that are wise hearted, whom I have filled with the spirit of wisdom, that they may make Aaron’s garments to consecrate him, that he may minister unto me in the priest’s office.
4	그들이 만들 옷은 이러하다. 곧 가슴 주머니, 에봇, 겉옷, 수놓은 통옷, 머리 두르개, 장식 띠다. 그들이 너의 형 아론과 그의 아들들에게 이렇게 거룩한 옷을 만들어 주어 제사장으로 나를 섬기게 해라.	And these are the garments which they shall make; a breastplate, and an ephod, and a robe, and a broidered coat, a mitre, and a girdle: and they shall make holy garments for Aaron thy brother, and his sons, that he may minister unto me in the priest’s office.
5	그들이 금실, 푸른 보라색 털실, 붉은 보라색 털실, 짙은 붉은색 실, 리넨을 가져다 쓰게 해라.	And they shall take gold, and blue, and purple, and scarlet, and fine linen.
6	금실, 푸른 보라색 털실, 붉은 보라색 털실, 짙은 붉은색 실, 가늘게 짠 리넨으로 에봇을 멋지게 만들어라.	And they shall make the ephod of gold, of blue, and of purple, of scarlet, and fine twined linen, with cunning work.
7	어깨받이에 에봇을 매다는 두 개의 끈을 에봇 양 끝에 달아서 서로 이어지게 해라.	It shall have the two shoulderpieces thereof joined at the two edges thereof; and so it shall be joined together.
8	에봇 만드는 방식으로 만든 띠를 에봇 위에 붙여 에봇과 한 덩이가 되게 해라. 띠도 금실, 푸른 보라색 털실, 붉은 보라색 털실, 짙은 붉은색 실, 가늘게 짠 리넨으로 만들어라.	And the curious girdle of the ephod, which is upon it, shall be of the same, according to the work thereof; even of gold, of blue, and purple, and scarlet, and fine twined linen.
9	홍옥수 두 개를 가져다가 그 위에 이스라엘의 아들들 이름을 새겨 넣어라.	And thou shalt take two onyx stones, and grave on them the names of the children of Israel:
10	한 보석 위에 이름 여섯을, 다른 보석 위에 나머지 여섯 이름을 새겨 넣어라. 태어난 순서대로 해라.	Six of their names on one stone, and the other six names of the rest on the other stone, according to their birth.
11	보석 공예가가 도장을 새기듯이, 너는 두 보석에 이스라엘 아들들의 이름을 새겨 넣어 금으로 만든 틀에 끼워 넣어라.	With the work of an engraver in stone, like the engravings of a signet, shalt thou engrave the two stones with the names of the children of Israel: thou shalt make them to be set in ouches of gold.
12	두 보석을 어깨받이에 에봇을 매다는 끈에 달게 해라. 이는 이스라엘의 아들들을 기억하게 해 드리는 보석이다. 아론은 그들의 이름을 여호와 앞에서 어깨끈에 달고 다녀서, 기억나게 하거라.	And thou shalt put the two stones upon the shoulders of the ephod for stones of memorial unto the children of Israel: and Aaron shall bear their names before the Lord upon his two shoulders for a memorial.
13	금으로 틀을 만들어라.	And thou shalt make ouches of gold;
14	사슬 두 개를 순금으로 만들어라. 새끼줄 꼬듯이 꼬아서 만들어라. 꼬아 만든 사슬을 금으로 만든 틀에 끼워 넣어라.” ()	And two chains of pure gold at the ends; of wreathen work shalt thou make them, and fasten the wreathen chains to the ouches.
15	재판에 쓰는 가슴 주머니를 만들라는 명령 “재판에 쓰는 가슴 주머니를 멋지게 만들어라. 에봇 만드는 방식으로 만들어라. 금실, 푸른 보라색 털실, 붉은 보라색 털실, 짙은 붉은색 실, 가늘게 짠 리넨으로 만들어라.	And thou shalt make the breastplate of judgment with cunning work; after the work of the ephod thou shalt make it; of gold, of blue, and of purple, and of scarlet, and of fine twined linen, shalt thou make it.
16	네모꼴이면서 겹으로 되게 해라. 그 길이를 한 뼘, 그 너비도 한 뼘으로 해라.	Foursquare it shall be being doubled; a span shall be the length thereof, and a span shall be the breadth thereof.
17	가슴 주머니 겉에 보석을 네 줄로 박아 넣어라. 첫 줄에는 루비, 토파즈, 에메랄드를 박아 넣어라.	And thou shalt set in it settings of stones, even four rows of stones: the first row shall be a sardius, a topaz, and a carbuncle: this shall be the first row.
18	둘째 줄에는 홍수정, 사파이어, 다이아몬드를 박아 넣어라.	And the second row shall be an emerald, a sapphire, and a diamond.
19	셋째 줄에는 히아신스 보석, 마노, 자수정을 박아 넣어라.	And the third row a ligure, an agate, and an amethyst.
20	넷째 줄에는 스페인토파즈, 홍옥수, 벽옥을 박아 넣어라. 금으로 만든 틀에 이렇게 박아 넣어라.	And the fourth row a beryl, and an onyx, and a jasper: they shall be set in gold in their inclosings.
21	보석은 이스라엘의 아들들 이름에 맞추어 열두 개여야 한다. 열두 지파의 이름을 하나하나, 도장 새기듯이 새겨 넣어라.	And the stones shall be with the names of the children of Israel, twelve, according to their names, like the engravings of a signet; every one with his name shall they be according to the twelve tribes.
22	가슴 주머니 위에는 순금으로 새끼줄 꼬듯이 꼬아서 사슬을 만들어 붙여라.	And thou shalt make upon the breastplate chains at the ends of wreathen work of pure gold.
23	금고리 두 개를 만들어서 가슴 주머니 위에 붙여라. 그 고리 두 개를 가슴 주머니 양 끝에 달도록 해라.	And thou shalt make upon the breastplate two rings of gold, and shalt put the two rings on the two ends of the breastplate.
24	꼬아서 만든 금사슬 두 개는 가슴 주머니 양 끝 고리 두 개에 걸도록 해라.	And thou shalt put the two wreathen chains of gold in the two rings which are on the ends of the breastplate.
25	사슬 두 개의 양 끝은 금으로 만든 틀 두 개에 맞추어, 어깨받이에 에봇을 매다는 끈에 에봇 앞쪽으로 늘어뜨려라.	And the other two ends of the two wreathen chains thou shalt fasten in the two ouches, and put them on the shoulderpieces of the ephod before it.
26	금고리 두 개를 만들어서 가슴 주머니 양 끝, 에봇과 닿는 안쪽 끝에 달도록 해라.	And thou shalt make two rings of gold, and thou shalt put them upon the two ends of the breastplate in the border thereof, which is in the side of the ephod inward.
27	금고리 두 개를 더 만들어서, 어깨받이에 에봇을 매다는 끈 두 개 아래에 붙여, 에봇 앞쪽으로 늘어뜨려라. 에봇 띠의 위쪽 이음매에 바싹 붙여 달도록 해라.	And two other rings of gold thou shalt make, and shalt put them on the two sides of the ephod underneath, toward the forepart thereof, over against the other coupling thereof, above the curious girdle of the ephod.
28	푸른 보라색 털실 끈으로 가슴 주머니의 고리와 에봇의 고리를 한데 묶어서 에봇의 띠 위에 붙여라. 그리하여 가슴 주머니가 에봇에서 떨어져 나가지 않게 해라.	And they shall bind the breastplate by the rings thereof unto the rings of the ephod with a lace of blue, that it may be above the curious girdle of the ephod, and that the breastplate be not loosed from the ephod.
29	거룩한곳(성소)에 들어갈 때, 아론은 재판에 쓰는 가슴 주머니에 새겨 넣은 이스라엘의 아들들 이름을 가슴에 달도록 해라. 그리하여 그 이름들이 여호와 앞에서 늘 기억되게 해라.	And Aaron shall bear the names of the children of Israel in the breastplate of judgment upon his heart, when he goeth in unto the holy place, for a memorial before the Lord continually.
30	아론이 여호와 앞으로 들어갈 때, 재판에 쓰는 가슴 주머니에 우림과 둠밈을 넣어 가슴에 품고 가게 해라. 아론은 그것을 늘 가슴에 품고서 여호와 앞에서 이스라엘 사람들을 재판하게 해라.” ()	And thou shalt put in the breastplate of judgment the Urim and the Thummim; and they shall be upon Aaron’s heart, when he goeth in before the Lord: and Aaron shall bear the judgment of the children of Israel upon his heart before the Lord continually.
31	제사장의 겉옷과 통옷과 속바지를 만들라는 명령 “너는 에봇에 받쳐 입을 겉옷을 온통 푸른 보라색 털실로 만들어라.	And thou shalt make the robe of the ephod all of blue.
32	그 한가운데에 머리 넣을 구멍이 하나 있게 해라. 구멍 가장자리에는 돌아가며 갑옷 구멍처럼 깃을 짜서, 구멍이 찢어지지 않게 해라.	And there shall be an hole in the top of it, in the midst thereof: it shall have a binding of woven work round about the hole of it, as it were the hole of an habergeon, that it be not rent.
33	옷자락에는 푸른 보라색 털실, 붉은 보라색 털실, 짙은 붉은색 실로 석류 모양을 만들어라. 옷자락에 돌아가며 만들어라. 돌아가며 그 사이사이에는 금방울을 만들어 달도록 해라.	And beneath upon the hem of it thou shalt make pomegranates of blue, and of purple, and of scarlet, round about the hem thereof; and bells of gold between them round about:
34	금방울과 석류, 금방울과 석류가 옷자락에 돌아가며 번갈아 나오게 해라.	A golden bell and a pomegranate, a golden bell and a pomegranate, upon the hem of the robe round about.
35	이 옷을 아론이 입고 섬기게 해라. 그리하여 거룩한곳(성소)의 여호와 앞에 드나들 때, 방울 소리가 들리게 해라. 그러면 죽지 않을 것이다.	And it shall be upon Aaron to minister: and his sound shall be heard when he goeth in unto the holy place before the Lord, and when he cometh out, that he die not.
36	순금으로 패를 하나 만들고, 그 위에 도장을 새기듯이 ‘여호와께 거룩’이라고 새겨 넣어라.	And thou shalt make a plate of pure gold, and grave upon it, like the engravings of a signet, HOLINESS TO THE LORD.
37	패를 푸른 보라색 털실 끈에 꿰어서 머리 두르개에 매달도록 해라. 머리 두르개 앞쪽으로 매달도록 해라.	And thou shalt put it on a blue lace, that it may be upon the mitre; upon the forefront of the mitre it shall be.
38	패를 아론의 이마에 매달도록 해라. 그래서 이스라엘 사람들이 바치는 거룩한 예물에 잘못이 있으면, 아론이 대신 그 잘못의 짐을 짊어지게 해라. 패가 늘 아론의 이마에 매달려 있으면, 그들의 예물을 여호와가 언제라도 받아 줄 것이다.	And it shall be upon Aaron’s forehead, that Aaron may bear the iniquity of the holy things, which the children of Israel shall hallow in all their holy gifts; and it shall be always upon his forehead, that they may be accepted before the Lord.
39	겉옷은 리넨으로 짜 만들고, 머리 두르개도 리넨으로 만들고, 장식 띠는 알록달록 수를 놓아 만들어라.	And thou shalt embroider the coat of fine linen, and thou shalt make the mitre of fine linen, and thou shalt make the girdle of needlework.
40	아론의 아들들에게 긴 겉옷을 만들어 주어라. 장식 띠와 머리 두르개도 만들어 주어 영광스럽고 자랑스럽게 해라.	And for Aaron’s sons thou shalt make coats, and thou shalt make for them girdles, and bonnets shalt thou make for them, for glory and for beauty.
41	너의 형 아론과 그와 함께 있는 아들들에게 제사장 옷을 입혀 주어라. 그리고 기름을 부어서 제사장 일을 맡겨라. 그들을 거룩하게 해서, 제사장으로 나를 섬기게 해라.	And thou shalt put them upon Aaron thy brother, and his sons with him; and shalt anoint them, and consecrate them, and sanctify them, that they may minister unto me in the priest’s office.
42	그들에게 리넨 속바지를 만들어 주어 맨살을 가리게 해라. 허리에서 넓적다리까지 가리게 해라.	And thou shalt make them linen breeches to cover their nakedness; from the loins even unto the thighs they shall reach:
43	속바지는 아론과 그의 아들들이 만남의 천막에 들어갈 때나 거룩한곳(성소)에서 섬기려고 제단에 다가갈 때 입게 해라. 그렇게 해야 잘못을 책임지느라 죽는 일이 일어나지 않을 것이다. 이것은 아론과 그의 뒤를 이을 후손에게 영원히 적용할 규정이다.”	And they shall be upon Aaron, and upon his sons, when they come in unto the tabernacle of the congregation, or when they come near unto the altar to minister in the holy place; that they bear not iniquity, and die: it shall be a statute for ever unto him and his seed after him.
