절	새한글성경 (2024)	King James Version
1	아시리아가 칼에 쓰러질 것이다 (예언자) 끝장났습니다, 이집트로 내려가서 도움을 받으려는 사람들은! 그들은 말들에 기댑니다. 전투수레가 많다는 것과 기마병들이 매우 강력하다는 것을 믿습니다. 이스라엘의 거룩하신 하나님을 우러러보지 않았습니다. 여호와를 찾지도 않았습니다.	Woe to them that go down to Egypt for help; and stay on horses, and trust in chariots, because they are many; and in horsemen, because they are very strong; but they look not unto the Holy One of Israel, neither seek the Lord!
2	그러나 여호와께서도 지혜로우시니 재난이 닥치게 하셨습니다. 자신의 말씀을 거두어들이지 않으셨습니다. 악한 짓 하는 사람들의 집을, 여호와께서 일어나셔서 치실 것입니다. 못된 짓 하는 사람들을 돕는 사람을 치실 것입니다.	Yet he also is wise, and will bring evil, and will not call back his words: but will arise against the house of the evildoers, and against the help of them that work iniquity.
3	이집트는 사람이지 신이 아닙니다. 그들의 말들은 살덩이지 영이 아닙니다. 여호와께서 손을 뻗으실 것입니다. 그러면 도와주는 사람도 걸려 넘어지고 도움받는 사람도 쓰러질 것입니다. 다 함께 망할 것입니다.	Now the Egyptians are men, and not God; and their horses flesh, and not spirit. When the Lord shall stretch out his hand, both he that helpeth shall fall, and he that is holpen shall fall down, and they all shall fail together.
4	여호와께서 나에게 이렇게 말씀하셨기 때문입니다. (하나님) “사자나 젊은 사자가 먹잇감을 두고 으르렁거릴 수 있다. 그때 목자들이 한가득 불려 와서 그 사자와 맞설 수 있다. 그래도 사자는 목자들의 목소리에 겁먹지 않는다. 목자들의 떠들썩한 소리에 움츠러들지도 않는다. 바로 그처럼 전능한 여호와가 내려가서 시온산 위에서, 그 언덕 위에서 싸울 것이다.	For thus hath the Lord spoken unto me, Like as the lion and the young lion roaring on his prey, when a multitude of shepherds is called forth against him, he will not be afraid of their voice, nor abase himself for the noise of them: so shall the Lord of hosts come down to fight for mount Zion, and for the hill thereof.
5	둥지 둘레로 날아다니는 새들처럼 전능한 여호와가 예루살렘을 둘러싸 줄 것이다. 둘러싸면서 빼내 줄 것이다. 넘어가면서 건져 내 줄 것이다.	As birds flying, so will the Lord of hosts defend Jerusalem; defending also he will deliver it; and passing over he will preserve it.
6	너희는 돌아오너라, 이스라엘 사람들이 거세게 반항했던 하나님에게로!	Turn ye unto him from whom the children of Israel have deeply revolted.
7	그날에 사람마다 자신의 은우상과 금우상을 물리칠 것이기 때문이다. 그 우상들은 너희의 손이 자신을 위해 만들어 죄를 지었던 것들이다.	For in that day every man shall cast away his idols of silver, and his idols of gold, which your own hands have made unto you for a sin.
8	아시리아가 칼에 쓰러지겠지만 사람의 칼은 아니다. 인간의 칼 아닌 칼이 아시리아를 집어삼킬 것이다. 아시리아가 칼을 피해 달아날 것이고, 아시리아의 젊은이들은 강제 노동을 하게 될 것이다.	Then shall the Assyrian fall with the sword, not of a mighty man; and the sword, not of a mean man, shall devour him: but he shall flee from the sword, and his young men shall be discomfited.
9	아시리아의 바위는 공포 속에서 지나가고, 그 지휘관들은 깃발에 겁먹을 것이다. ― 여호와의 말씀입니다. ―” (예언자) 여호와를 위한 불이 시온에 있습니다. 여호와를 위한 아궁이가 예루살렘에 있습니다.	And he shall pass over to his strong hold for fear, and his princes shall be afraid of the ensign, saith the Lord, whose fire is in Zion, and his furnace in Jerusalem.
