1	칼이 예루살렘에 닥칠 것이다 (하나님) “또 너는, 사람아, 날카로운 칼을 가져다가 그것을 이발사의 면도날처럼 써서 너의 머리카락과 수염을 깎아라. 그러고는 저울을 가져다가 털을 달아 나누어 두어라.	And thou, son of man, take thee a sharp knife, take thee a barber’s razor, and cause it to pass upon thine head and upon thy beard: then take thee balances to weigh, and divide the hair.
2	3분의 1은 도시 한가운데서 불에 태워라. 포위된 날수가 다 찼을 때 태워라. 3분의 1은 가져다가 도시 둘레에서 칼로 쳐라. 3분의 1은 바람에 실어 흩어 버려라. 칼을 뽑아 내가 그것들을 뒤쫓겠다.	Thou shalt burn with fire a third part in the midst of the city, when the days of the siege are fulfilled: and thou shalt take a third part, and smite about it with a knife: and a third part thou shalt scatter in the wind; and I will draw out a sword after them.
3	또 거기에서 어느 정도의 양을 가져다가 너의 옷자락 끝에 끼워 묶어 두어라.	Thou shalt also take thereof a few in number, and bind them in thy skirts.
4	그 털 가운데서 다시 얼마를 가져다가 불 가운데로 던져 버려라. 그래서 그 털을 불살라 버려라. 거기서 불이 나와 이스라엘 온 집안으로 향할 것이다.”	Then take of them again, and cast them into the midst of the fire, and burn them in the fire; for thereof shall a fire come forth into all the house of Israel.
5	(예언자) 주 여호와께서 이렇게 말씀하셨습니다. (하나님) “이것이 예루살렘이다. 민족들 한가운데 내가 예루살렘을 두고 그 둘레에 여러 나라가 있게 했다.	Thus saith the Lord God; This is Jerusalem: I have set it in the midst of the nations and countries that are round about her.
6	그런데 예루살렘은 나의 법령들을 거슬러 다른 민족들보다 더 악하게 되었다. 나의 규정들도 거슬렀다. 그래서 그 둘레의 나라들보다 더 그릇되었다. 그들은 내 법령들을 마다하고 나의 규정들을 따르지 않았던 것이다.”	And she hath changed my judgments into wickedness more than the nations, and my statutes more than the countries that are round about her: for they have refused my judgments and my statutes, they have not walked in them.
7	(예언자) 이러므로 주 여호와께서 이렇게 말씀하셨습니다. (하나님) “너희가 너희 둘레에 있는 민족들보다 더 소란했다. 나의 규정들을 따르지 않고, 내 법령들도 지키지 않았다. 심지어 너희 둘레에 있는 민족들의 법령도 지키지 않았다.”	Therefore thus saith the Lord God; Because ye multiplied more than the nations that are round about you, and have not walked in my statutes, neither have kept my judgments, neither have done according to the judgments of the nations that are round about you;
8	(예언자) 이러므로 주 여호와께서 이렇게 말씀하셨습니다. (하나님) “보라, 나조차도 너 예루살렘과 맞서겠다. 내가 너의 한가운데서 판결을 집행하겠다, 민족들의 눈앞에서.	Therefore thus saith the Lord God; Behold, I, even I, am against thee, and will execute judgments in the midst of thee in the sight of the nations.
9	내가 너에게 이전에 하지 않은 일을 하겠다. 그런 일은 내가 앞으로도 다시 하지 않을 것이다. 너의 온갖 역겨운 것들 때문이다.	And I will do in thee that which I have not done, and whereunto I will not do any more the like, because of all thine abominations.
10	이러므로 너 예루살렘 가운데서 부모들이 자기 자식들을 집어삼키고 자식들이 자기 부모들을 집어삼킬 것이다. 내가 너에게 형벌을 내릴 것이다. 내가 너에게 남은 사람들을 온통 흩어 버리겠다. 바람 불 때마다 그렇게 하겠다.	Therefore the fathers shall eat the sons in the midst of thee, and the sons shall eat their fathers; and I will execute judgments in thee, and the whole remnant of thee will I scatter into all the winds.
11	이러므로 내가 살아 있음을 걸고 분명히 말해 둔다. ― 주 여호와의 말씀입니다. ― 너 예루살렘이 너의 온갖 밉살스러운 우상들과 온갖 역겨운 것들로 나의 거룩한곳(성소)을 더럽혔다. 그 때문에 나도 잘라 버릴 것이다. 나의 눈이 가엾게 보지 않을 것이고, 나도 불쌍히 여기지 않을 것이다.	Wherefore, as I live, saith the Lord God; Surely, because thou hast defiled my sanctuary with all thy detestable things, and with all thine abominations, therefore will I also diminish thee; neither shall mine eye spare, neither will I have any pity.
12	너의 3분의 1은 돌림병으로 죽거나 굶주림으로 너의 한가운데서 끝날 것이다. 3분의 1은 너의 둘레에서 칼에 쓰러질 것이다. 3분의 1은 바람이 불 때마다 내가 흩어 버리고 칼을 빼어 그들을 뒤쫓을 것이다.	A third part of thee shall die with the pestilence, and with famine shall they be consumed in the midst of thee: and a third part shall fall by the sword round about thee; and I will scatter a third part into all the winds, and I will draw out a sword after them.
13	그러고 나서는 나의 분노가 그칠 것이다. 그들에 대한 나의 노여움을 내가 누그러뜨리겠다. 나의 속이 후련해질 것이다. 그때 그들이 알게 될 것이다, 나 여호와가 흥분해서 말했고 나의 노여움을 그들에게 끝까지 쏟았다는 것을!	Thus shall mine anger be accomplished, and I will cause my fury to rest upon them, and I will be comforted: and they shall know that I the Lord have spoken it in my zeal, when I have accomplished my fury in them.
14	내가 너를 너의 둘레에 있는 민족들 가운데서 쑥대밭으로, 창핏거리로 만들 것이다. 지나가는 사람 누구의 눈에라도 그렇게 보일 것이다.	Moreover I will make thee waste, and a reproach among the nations that are round about thee, in the sight of all that pass by.
15	너는 너의 둘레에 있는 민족들에게 모욕과 비방, 경고와 공포의 대상이 될 것이다. 내가 분노와 노여움과 또 노여움의 징계로 너에게 형벌을 내릴 때에 그럴 것이다. 나 여호와가 말했다.	So it shall be a reproach and a taunt, an instruction and an astonishment unto the nations that are round about thee, when I shall execute judgments in thee in anger and in fury and in furious rebukes. I the Lord have spoken it.
16	내가 굶주림이라는 고약한 화살들을 그들에게 보내겠다. 너희를 멸망시킬 화살들이다. 내가 그것들을 보내 주어 너희를 멸망시키게 하겠다. 굶주림을 내가 너희에게 더 심해지게 하고 너희의 빵 걸어 두는 막대를 부수어 버리겠다.	When I shall send upon them the evil arrows of famine, which shall be for their destruction, and which I will send to destroy you: and I will increase the famine upon you, and will break your staff of bread:
17	내가 너희에게 굶주림과 고약한 짐승을 보내 너의 자식을 앗아 가겠다. 돌림병과 피가 너희 가운데를 지나갈 것이다. 내가 너희에게 칼이 닥치게 하겠다. 나 여호와가 말했다.”	So will I send upon you famine and evil beasts, and they shall bereave thee; and pestilence and blood shall pass through thee; and I will bring the sword upon thee. I the Lord have spoken it.
