1	오, 하나님, 침묵하지 마십시오.못 들은 체하지 마십시오. 가만 계시지 마십시오, 오, 하나님.	Keep not thou silence, O God: hold not thy peace, and be not still, O God.
2	겨레를 위한 탄원 / 노래. 노랫말(시). 아삽에게 속한 것. 여기, 주님의 원수들이 떠들어 대고, 주님을 미워하는 사람들이 머리를 쳐들었으니까요.	For, lo, thine enemies make a tumult: and they that hate thee have lifted up the head.
3	주님의 백성을 해치려고 그들은 몰래 계획을 세웁니다. 그들은 의논합니다, 주님의 보호를 받고 있는 사람들을 해치려고요.	They have taken crafty counsel against thy people, and consulted against thy hidden ones.
4	그들이 말했습니다. “자, 이들을 없애 버려서 나라가 되지 못하게 하자! 사람들이 더는 이스라엘이라는 이름을 기억하지 못하게 하자!”	They have said, Come, and let us cut them off from being a nation; that the name of Israel may be no more in remembrance.
5	그들이 마음을 같이하여 서로 의논합니다. 주님께 맞서 조약을 맺었습니다.	For they have consulted together with one consent: they are confederate against thee:
6	그들은 에돔의 천막들, 이스마엘 사람들, 모압과 하갈 사람들이었습니다.	The tabernacles of Edom, and the Ishmaelites; of Moab, and the Hagarenes;
7	또 그발과 암몬과 아말렉, 필리스티아였습니다. 티레 주민들이 함께했습니다.	Gebal, and Ammon, and Amalek; the Philistines with the inhabitants of Tyre;
8	아시리아도 그들과 함께했습니다. 그들이 롯의 자손들에게 힘이 되었습니다. 셀라.	Assur also is joined with them: they have holpen the children of Lot. Selah.
9	그들에게 해 주십시오, 미디안에게 하셨던 것처럼, 기손강에서 시스라에게, 야빈에게 하셨던 것처럼요.	Do unto them as unto the Midianites; as to Sisera, as to Jabin, at the brook of Kison:
10	그들은 엔돌에서 멸망했습니다. 땅의 거름 더미가 되었습니다.	Which perished at En–dor: they became as dung for the earth.
11	그들 가운데 지체 높은 사람들은 오렙과 스엡처럼 만들어 주십시오. 또 세바흐와 살문나처럼요. 그들의 우두머리들은 모조리요.	Make their nobles like Oreb, and like Zeeb: yea, all their princes as Zebah, and as Zalmunna:
12	그들이 말했습니다. “우리가 하나님의 목장을 차지하자!”	Who said, Let us take to ourselves the houses of God in possession.
13	오, 나의 하나님, 그들을 굴러다니는 검불처럼 만들어 주시기 바랍니다. 바람 앞의 지푸라기처럼.	O my God, make them like a wheel; as the stubble before the wind.
14	불이 숲을 살라 버릴 수 있고, 불꽃이 산을 태워 버릴 수 있습니다.	As the fire burneth a wood, and as the flame setteth the mountains on fire;
15	그처럼 주님이 회오리바람으로 그들을 뒤쫓아 가셔서, 폭풍으로 그들을 깜짝 놀라게 해 주십시오.	So persecute them with thy tempest, and make them afraid with thy storm.
16	그들이 부끄러워 얼굴을 들지 못하게 하셔서, 주님의 이름을 찾게 해 주십시오, 오, 여호와여.	Fill their faces with shame; that they may seek thy name, O Lord.
17	그들이 언제까지나 창피당하고 혼이 나며, 부끄러워하다가 망하게 해 주십시오.	Let them be confounded and troubled for ever; yea, let them be put to shame, and perish:
18	그래서 그들이 알게 해 주십시오, 주님이, 주님의 이름이 여호와이시라는 것을, 주님만이 온 땅에서 가장 높으신 하나님이시라는 것을.	That men may know that thou, whose name alone is Jehovah, art the most high over all the earth.
