1	내가 여호와를 애타게 기다렸더니,나를 굽어보시고 들어 주셨습니다, 도와 달라는 내 외침을.	I waited patiently for the Lord; and he inclined unto me, and heard my cry.
2	하나님을 찬송하고 도우심을 구하는 기도 / 찬양 인도자에게 맞춤. 다윗에게 속한 것. 노랫말(시). / (사람에게 하는 말) 나를 끌어내 주셨습니다, 황무지 웅덩이에서, 진흙탕에서! 바위 위에 내 발을 세워 주셨습니다. 내 발걸음을 힘차게 해 주셨습니다.	He brought me up also out of an horrible pit, out of the miry clay, and set my feet upon a rock, and established my goings.
3	내 입에 새 노래를 주셨습니다. 우리 하나님께 불러 드릴 찬양을 주셨습니다. 수많은 사람이 보고 두려워할 것입니다. 여호와를 의지할 것입니다.	And he hath put a new song in my mouth, even praise unto our God: many shall see it, and fear, and shall trust in the Lord.
4	복 있습니다, 여호와를 자신이 의지할 분으로 모신 사람은! 그는 마구 밀어붙이는 사람들과 거짓에 빠진 사람들에게로 향하지 않습니다.	Blessed is that man that maketh the Lord his trust, and respecteth not the proud, nor such as turn aside to lies.
5	(기도) 주님이야말로 수많은 일을 하셨습니다, 오, 여호와 나의 하나님! 주님이 하신 놀라운 일들과 세우신 계획들은 우리를 향한 것입니다. 주님 앞에 맞세워 볼 만한 사람은 없습니다. 내가 알리고 말하겠습니다. 주님이 하신 일은 헤아릴 수 없이 많습니다.	Many, O Lord my God, are thy wonderful works which thou hast done, and thy thoughts which are to us-ward: they cannot be reckoned up in order unto thee: if I would declare and speak of them, they are more than can be numbered.
6	주님은 희생제물과 곡식제물(소제물)은 좋아하지 않으십니다. 주님이 내 귀를 열어 주셨습니다. 다태우는제사(번제)와 죄없애는제사(속죄제)는 주님이 요구하지 않으셨습니다.	Sacrifice and offering thou didst not desire; mine ears hast thou opened: burnt offering and sin offering hast thou not required.
7	그때에 내가 말했습니다. “보십시오, 내가 왔습니다. 두루마리에 나를 두고 적어 둔 것이 있습니다.	Then said I, Lo, I come: in the volume of the book it is written of me,
8	주님 마음에 드는 대로 하는 것을, 오, 나의 하나님, 나는 좋아합니다! 주님의 가르침이 내 마음 가운데 있습니다.”	I delight to do thy will, O my God: yea, thy law is within my heart.
9	내가 큰 모임에서 공의의 기쁜 소식을 알렸습니다. 보십시오, 내 입을 닫지 않았습니다. 오, 여호와여, 주님은 아십니다.	I have preached righteousness in the great congregation: lo, I have not refrained my lips, O Lord, thou knowest.
10	주님의 공의를 내 마음 가운데 감추어 두지 않았습니다. 주님의 진리와 구원을 내가 말했습니다. 주님의 한결같은 사랑을 숨기지 않고, 주님이 참되심을 큰 무리에게 알렸습니다.	I have not hid thy righteousness within my heart; I have declared thy faithfulness and thy salvation: I have not concealed thy lovingkindness and thy truth from the great congregation.
11	주님은, 오, 여호와여, 주님의 자비를 내게서 거두어들이지 않으셨습니다. 주님의 한결같은 사랑과 진리가 늘 나를 지켜 주십니다.	Withhold not thou thy tender mercies from me, O Lord: let thy lovingkindness and thy truth continually preserve me.
12	나쁜 일이 나를 에워쌌습니다. 헤아릴 수 없이 많이요. 내 잘못들이 나를 따라잡았습니다. 내가 그것들을 대충이라도 살펴볼 수 없습니다. 내 머리카락보다도 더 많아서 용기를 잃었습니다.	For innumerable evils have compassed me about: mine iniquities have taken hold upon me, so that I am not able to look up; they are more than the hairs of mine head: therefore my heart faileth me.
13	제발, 오, 여호와여, 나를 건져 내 주십시오. 오, 여호와여, 나를 도와주십시오, 어서요!	Be pleased, O Lord, to deliver me: O Lord, make haste to help me.
14	내 목숨을 앗아 가려고 노리는 사람들은 함께 창피당하고 부끄러워하게 해 주십시오. 내가 재난을 당하기 바라는 사람들은 물러나 부끄러워하게 해 주십시오.	Let them be ashamed and confounded together that seek after my soul to destroy it; let them be driven backward and put to shame that wish me evil.
15	내게 “아하, 아하!” 말하는 사람들은 창피당해 어쩔 줄 모르게 해 주십시오.	Let them be desolate for a reward of their shame that say unto me, Aha, aha.
16	주님을 찾는 모든 사람들은 주님을 생각하며 기뻐하고 즐거워하게 해 주십시오. 주님의 구원을 좋아하는 사람들은 “여호와는 크십니다.” 하고 늘 말하게 해 주십시오.	Let all those that seek thee rejoice and be glad in thee: let such as love thy salvation say continually, The Lord be magnified.
17	나는, 불쌍하고 가난하지만, 주님이 나를 생각해 주십니다. 나의 도움이시고 나를 구해 주시는 분은 바로 주님이십니다. 오, 나의 하나님, 시간을 끌지 말아 주십시오.	But I am poor and needy; yet the Lord thinketh upon me: thou art my help and my deliverer; make no tarrying, O my God.
