절	새한글성경 (2024)	King James Version
1	돌아오게 하시는 여호와 (예언자) 늦은 비인 봄비가 와야 할 때, 여러분은 여호와께 비를 구하세요. 여호와는 먹구름 품은 돌풍을 만드시는 하나님이십니다. 사람들에게 소낙비를 내려 주시고, 각 사람에게 밭의 푸성귀를 주십니다.	Ask ye of the Lord rain in the time of the latter rain; so the Lord shall make bright clouds, and give them showers of rain, to every one grass in the field.
2	집안우상(드라빔)들은 거짓을 말하고, 점쟁이들은 가짜 환상을 봅니다. 헛된 꿈을 말하고, 터무니없는 것으로 위로합니다. 이 때문에 사람들이 양 떼처럼 나아갔습니다. 목자가 없었기 때문에 쇠약해집니다.	For the idols have spoken vanity, and the diviners have seen a lie, and have told false dreams; they comfort in vain: therefore they went their way as a flock, they were troubled, because there was no shepherd.
3	(하나님) “목자들을 향한 나의 노여움이 불타올랐다. 숫염소들을 내가 처벌하겠다.” (예언자) 전능하신 여호와께서 자신의 양 떼를, 유다 집안을 돌보아 오셨기 때문입니다. 그래서 전투에서 여호와의 위엄을 떨치는 말처럼 그들을 만드실 것입니다.	Mine anger was kindled against the shepherds, and I punished the goats: for the Lord of hosts hath visited his flock the house of Judah, and hath made them as his goodly horse in the battle.
4	유다 집안에서 모퉁잇돌이 나오고, 그 집안에서 말뚝이 나올 것입니다. 그 집안에서 전쟁용 활이 나올 것입니다. 그 집안에서 그 어떤 권력자든 함께 나올 것입니다.	Out of him came forth the corner, out of him the nail, out of him the battle bow, out of him every oppressor together.
5	그들은 용사처럼 되어서 전쟁에서 거리의 진흙을 밟을 것입니다. 전쟁을 벌일 것입니다. 여호와가 그들과 함께하시기 때문입니다. 그들이 말 탄 사람들에게 창피를 줄 것입니다.	And they shall be as mighty men, which tread down their enemies in the mire of the streets in the battle: and they shall fight, because the Lord is with them, and the riders on horses shall be confounded.
6	(하나님) “내가 유다 집안을 강하게 만들고, 요셉 집안을 구해 내겠다. 그들을 돌아오게 하겠다. 내가 그들을 가엾이 여기기 때문이다. 그들은 내가 내버린 적 없었던 것처럼 될 것이다. 나는 여호와 그들의 하나님이기 때문이다. 내가 그들에게 대답하겠다.	And I will strengthen the house of Judah, and I will save the house of Joseph, and I will bring them again to place them; for I have mercy upon them: and they shall be as though I had not cast them off: for I am the Lord their God, and will hear them.
7	에브라임이 용사처럼 되고, 포도주를 마신 것처럼 그들의 마음이 즐거울 것이다. 그들의 자식들도 보고서 즐거워할 것이다. 자식들의 마음도 여호와를 생각하며 기뻐 외칠 것이다.	And they of Ephraim shall be like a mighty man, and their heart shall rejoice as through wine: yea, their children shall see it, and be glad; their heart shall rejoice in the Lord.
8	내가 그들 쪽으로 휘파람을 불어서 그들을 모으겠다. 내가 그들을 되샀기 때문이다. 그들이 전에 불어났던 것처럼 불어날 것이다.	I will hiss for them, and gather them; for I have redeemed them: and they shall increase as they have increased.
9	내가 그들을 민족들 가운데 씨 뿌리듯이 흩어 뿌리겠다. 그러면 그들이 먼 곳들에서라도 나를 기억할 것이다. 그들이 자식들과 함께 살아 있다가 돌아올 것이다.	And I will sow them among the people: and they shall remember me in far countries; and they shall live with their children, and turn again.
10	내가 그들을 이집트 땅에서부터 돌아오게 하겠다. 아시리아에서부터 모으겠다. 길르앗 땅과 레바논으로 그들을 데려오겠다. 그 땅들이 그들에게 넉넉하지 않을 것이다.”	I will bring them again also out of the land of Egypt, and gather them out of Assyria; and I will bring them into the land of Gilead and Lebanon; and place shall not be found for them.
11	(예언자) 여호와께서 바다라는 어려운 곳을 건너가시고, 바다에서 파도를 쳐부수실 것입니다. 나일강의 깊은 곳들이 모두 말라붙을 것입니다. 아시리아의 높아진 마음이 낮추어지고, 이집트의 통치 지팡이가 사라질 것입니다.	And he shall pass through the sea with affliction, and shall smite the waves in the sea, and all the deeps of the river shall dry up: and the pride of Assyria shall be brought down, and the sceptre of Egypt shall depart away.
12	(하나님) “그들이 여호와의 도움으로 강해지도록 해 주겠다. 그러면 여호와의 이름으로 그들이 여기저기 다닐 것이다. ― 여호와의 말씀입니다. ―”	And I will strengthen them in the Lord; and they shall walk up and down in his name, saith the Lord.
