| 2 | Idumiseni lonke zingilosi zayo. Idumiseni lonke mabandla ayo. | Praise ye him, all his angels: praise ye him, all his hosts. |
| 3 | Idumiseni langa lenyanga. Idumiseni lonke zinkanyezi ezikhanyayo. | Praise ye him, sun and moon: praise him, all ye stars of light. |
| 4 | Idumiseni mazulu amazulu, lani manzi aphezu kwamazulu. | Praise him, ye heavens of heavens, and ye waters that be above the heavens. |
| 5 | Kakudumise ibizo leNkosi; ngoba yona yalaya, kwasekudalwa. | Let them praise the name of the Lord: for he commanded, and they were created. |

| 11 | Makhosi omhlaba, lani zizwe zonke, ziphathamandla, lani babusi bomhlaba, | Kings of the earth, and all people; princes, and all judges of the earth: |

| 13 | Kabadumise ibizo leNkosi, ngoba ibizo layo lodwa liphakeme; ubukhosi bayo buphezu komhlaba lamazulu. | Let them praise the name of the Lord: for his name alone is excellent; his glory is above the earth and heaven. |
| 14 | Njalo iphakamisile uphondo lwabantu bayo, indumiso yabo bonke abangcwele bayo, eyabantwana bakoIsrayeli, abantu abaseduze layo.
