| 1 | «Εις τον πρώτον μουσικόν, επί Αλτασχέθ, Μικτάμ του Δαβίδ, ότε έφευγεν από προσώπου του Σαούλ εις το σπήλαιον.» Ελέησόν με, ω Θεέ, ελέησόν με· διότι επί σε πέποιθεν η ψυχή μου, και επί την σκιάν των πτερύγων σου θέλω ελπίζει, εωσού παρέλθωσιν αι συμφοραί. | Be merciful unto me, O God, be merciful unto me: for my soul trusteth in thee: yea, in the shadow of thy wings will I make my refuge, until these calamities be overpast. |
| 2 | Θέλω κράζει προς τον Θεόν τον Ύψιστον, προς τον Θεόν τον ευοδούντα τα πάντα δι' εμέ. | I will cry unto God most high; unto God that performeth all things for me. |
| 3 | Θέλει εξαποστείλει εξ ουρανού και θέλει με σώσει· θέλει καταστήσει όνειδος τον χάσκοντα να με καταπίη· Διάψαλμα· ο Θεός θέλει εξαποστείλει το έλεος αυτού και την αλήθειαν αυτού. | He shall send from heaven, and save me from the reproach of him that would swallow me up. Selah. God shall send forth his mercy and his truth. |

| 6 | Παγίδα ητοίμασαν εις τα βήματά μου· η ψυχή μου εκινδύνευε να πέση· έσκαψαν έμπροσθέν μου λάκκον, ενέπεσαν εις αυτόν. Διάψαλμα. | They have prepared a net for my steps; my soul is bowed down: they have digged a pit before me, into the midst whereof they are fallen themselves. Selah. |

| 8 | Εξεγέρθητι, δόξα μου· εξεγέρθητι, ψαλτήριον και κιθάρα· θέλω εξεγερθή το πρωΐ. | Awake up, my glory; awake, psaltery and harp: I myself will awake early. |
| 9 | Θέλω σε επαινέσει, Κύριε, μεταξύ λαών· θέλω ψαλμωδεί εις σε μεταξύ εθνών. | I will praise thee, O Lord, among the people: I will sing unto thee among the nations. |
| 10 | Διότι εμεγαλύνθη έως των ουρανών το έλεός σου, και έως των νεφελών η αλήθειά σου. | For thy mercy is great unto the heavens, and thy truth unto the clouds. |
