| 2 | ജീവനുള്ളന്നും ഞാൻ യഹോവയെ സ്തുതിക്കും; ഞാൻ ഉള്ള കാലത്തോളം എന്റെ ദൈവത്തിന്നു കീൎത്തനം ചെയ്യും. | While I live will I praise the Lord: I will sing praises unto my God while I have any being. |
| 3 | നിങ്ങൾ പ്രഭുക്കന്മാരിൽ ആശ്രയിക്കരുതു; സഹായിപ്പാൻ കഴിയാത്ത മനുഷ്യപുത്രനിലും അരുതു. | Put not your trust in princes, nor in the son of man, in whom there is no help. |
| 4 | അവന്റെ ശ്വാസം പോകുന്നു; അവൻ മണ്ണിലേക്കു തിരിയുന്നു; അന്നു തന്നേ അവന്റെ നിരൂപണങ്ങൾ നശിക്കുന്നു. | His breath goeth forth, he returneth to his earth; in that very day his thoughts perish. |
| 5 | യാക്കോബിന്റെ ദൈവം സഹായമായി തന്റെ ദൈവമായ യഹോവയിൽ പ്രത്യാശയുള്ളവൻ ഭാഗ്യവാൻ. | Happy is he that hath the God of Jacob for his help, whose hope is in the Lord his God: |
| 6 | അവൻ ആകാശവും ഭൂമിയും സമുദ്രവും അവയിലുള്ള സകലവും ഉണ്ടാക്കി; അവൻ എന്നേക്കും വിശ്വസ്തത കാക്കുന്നു. | Which made heaven, and earth, the sea, and all that therein is: which keepeth truth for ever: |
| 7 | പീഡിതന്മാൎക്കു അവൻ ന്യായം പാലിച്ചു കൊടുക്കുന്നു; വിശപ്പുള്ളവൎക്കു അവൻ ആഹാരം നല്കുന്നു; യഹോവ ബദ്ധന്മാരെ അഴിച്ചു വിടുന്നു. | Which executeth judgment for the oppressed: which giveth food to the hungry. The Lord looseth the prisoners: |
| 8 | യഹോവ കുരുടന്മാൎക്കു കാഴ്ച കൊടുക്കുന്നു; യഹോവ കുനിഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്നവരെ നിവിൎത്തുന്നു; യഹോവ നീതിമാന്മാരെ സ്നേഹിക്കുന്നു. | The Lord openeth the eyes of the blind: the Lord raiseth them that are bowed down: the Lord loveth the righteous: |
| 9 | യഹോവ പരദേശികളെ പരിപാലിക്കുന്നു; അവൻ അനാഥനെയും വിധവയെയും സംരക്ഷണ ചെയ്യുന്നു; എന്നാൽ ദുഷ്ടന്മാരുടെ വഴി അവൻ മറിച്ചുകളയുന്നു. | The Lord preserveth the strangers; he relieveth the fatherless and widow: but the way of the wicked he turneth upside down. |
| 10 | യഹോവ എന്നേക്കും വാഴും; സീയോനേ, നിന്റെ ദൈവം തലമുറതലമുറയോളം തന്നേ. യഹോവയെ സ്തുതിപ്പിൻ. | The Lord shall reign for ever, even thy God, O Zion, unto all generations. Praise ye the Lord. |
