| 2 | E em Salém está seu tabernáculo, e sua morada em Sião. | In Salem also is his tabernacle, and his dwelling place in Zion. |
| 3 | Ali ele quebrou as flechas do arco; o escudo, a espada, e a guerra. (Selá) | There brake he the arrows of the bow, the shield, and the sword, and the battle. Selah. |
| 4 | Tu és mais ilustre e glorioso que montes de presas. | Thou art more glorious and excellent than the mountains of prey. |
| 5 | Os ousados de coração foram despojados; dormiram seu sono; e dos homens valentes, nenhum encontrou poder em suas mãos. | The stouthearted are spoiled, they have slept their sleep: and none of the men of might have found their hands. |
