| 1 | Os que confiam no SENHOR são como o monte de Sião, que não se abala, e permanece para sempre. | They that trust in the Lord shall be as mount Zion, which cannot be removed, but abideth for ever. |
| 2 | Assim como montanhas estão ao redor de Jerusalém, assim também o SENHOR está ao redor de seu povo, desde agora para sempre. | As the mountains are round about Jerusalem, so the Lord is round about his people from henceforth even for ever. |
| 3 | Porque o cetro da maldade não repousará sobre a sorte dos justos, para que os justos não estendam suas mãos à perversidade. | For the rod of the wicked shall not rest upon the lot of the righteous; lest the righteous put forth their hands unto iniquity. |
| 4 | SENHOR, trata bem aos bons, e aos corretos em seus corações. | Do good, O Lord, unto those that be good, and to them that are upright in their hearts. |
| 5 | Mas aos que se dirigem a seus caminhos tortuosos, o SENHOR os mandará embora junto com os que praticam perversidade. Paz seja sobre Israel. | As for such as turn aside unto their crooked ways, the Lord shall lead them forth with the workers of iniquity: but peace shall be upon Israel. |
