| 1 | Livra-me Deus; apressa-te para me socorrer, SENHOR. | Make haste, O God, to deliver me; make haste to help me, O Lord. |
| 2 | Envergonhem-se, e sejam confundidos os que procuram matar a minha alma; voltem-se para trás, e sejam humilhados os que gostam de me fazer o mal. | Let them be ashamed and confounded that seek after my soul: let them be turned backward, and put to confusion, that desire my hurt. |
| 3 | Virem-se para trás por causa de sua vergonha os que dizem: “Há, há!” | Let them be turned back for a reward of their shame that say, Aha, aha. |
| 4 | Alegrem-se e fiquem contentes em ti todos aqueles que te buscam; aqueles que amam tua salvação digam continuamente: Engrandecido seja Deus! | Let all those that seek thee rejoice and be glad in thee: and let such as love thy salvation say continually, Let God be magnified. |
| 5 | Eu, porém, estou miserável e necessitado; ó Deus, apressa-te a mim; tu és meu socorro e meu libertador; não demores, SENHOR. | But I am poor and needy: make haste unto me, O God: thou art my help and my deliverer; O Lord, make no tarrying. |
