1	Herr, schaffe mir Recht, denn ich bin unschuldig!Ich hoffe auf den Herrn, darum werde ich nicht fallen.	Judge me, O Lord; for I have walked in mine integrity: I have trusted also in the Lord; therefore I shall not slide.
2	Bitte eines Unschuldigen / Von David. Prüfe mich, Herr, und erprobe mich, läutere meine Nieren und mein Herz!	Examine me, O Lord, and prove me; try my reins and my heart.
3	Denn deine Güte ist mir vor Augen, und ich wandle in deiner Wahrheit.	For thy lovingkindness is before mine eyes: and I have walked in thy truth.
4	Ich sitze nicht bei falschen Menschen und habe nicht Gemeinschaft mit den Heuchlern.	I have not sat with vain persons, neither will I go in with dissemblers.
5	Ich hasse die Versammlung der Boshaften und sitze nicht bei den Gottlosen.	I have hated the congregation of evil doers; and will not sit with the wicked.
6	Ich wasche meine Hände in Unschuld und umschreite, Herr, deinen Altar,	I will wash mine hands in innocency: so will I compass thine altar, O Lord:
7	dir zu danken mit lauter Stimme und zu verkünden alle deine Wunder.	That I may publish with the voice of thanksgiving, and tell of all thy wondrous works.
8	Herr, ich habe lieb die Stätte deines Hauses und den Ort, da deine Ehre wohnt.	Lord, I have loved the habitation of thy house, and the place where thine honour dwelleth.
9	Raffe meine Seele nicht hin mit den Sündern noch mein Leben mit den Blutdürstigen,	Gather not my soul with sinners, nor my life with bloody men:
10	an deren Händen Schandtat klebt und die gern Geschenke nehmen.	In whose hands is mischief, and their right hand is full of bribes.
11	Ich aber gehe meinen Weg in Unschuld. Erlöse mich und sei mir gnädig!	But as for me, I will walk in mine integrity: redeem me, and be merciful unto me.
12	Mein Fuß steht fest auf rechtem Grund. Ich will den Herrn loben in den Versammlungen.	My foot standeth in an even place: in the congregations will I bless the Lord.
