1 레위의 아들들은 게르손과 고핫과 므라리요, The sons of Levi; Gershon, Kohath, and Merari.
2 고핫의 아들들은 아므람과 이스할과 헤브론과 웃시엘이요, And the sons of Kohath; Amram, Izhar, and Hebron, and Uzziel.
3 아므람의 자녀들은 아론과 모세와 미리암이요, 또한 아론의 아들들은 나답과 아비후와 엘르아살과 이다말이더라. And the children of Amram; Aaron, and Moses, and Miriam. The sons also of Aaron; Nadab, and Abihu, Eleazar, and Ithamar.
4 ¶엘르아살은 비느하스를 낳고 비느하스는 아비수아를 낳고 Eleazar begat Phinehas, Phinehas begat Abishua,
5 아비수아는 북기를 낳고 북기는 웃시를 낳고 And Abishua begat Bukki, and Bukki begat Uzzi,
6 웃시는 스라히야를 낳고 스라히야는 므라욧을 낳고 And Uzzi begat Zerahiah, and Zerahiah begat Meraioth,
7 므라욧은 아마랴를 낳고 아마랴는 아히둡을 낳고 Meraioth begat Amariah, and Amariah begat Ahitub,
8 아히둡은 사독을 낳고 사독은 아히마아스를 낳고 And Ahitub begat Zadok, and Zadok begat Ahimaaz,
9 아히마아스는 아사랴를 낳고 아사랴는 요하난을 낳고 And Ahimaaz begat Azariah, and Azariah begat Johanan,
10 요하난은 아사랴를 낳았는데 (그는 곧 솔로몬이 예루살렘에 건축한 성전에서 제사장의 직무를 수행한 자더라.) And Johanan begat Azariah, (he it is that executed the priest’s office in the temple that Solomon built in Jerusalem:)
11 아사랴는 아마랴를 낳고 아마랴는 아히둡을 낳고 And Azariah begat Amariah, and Amariah begat Ahitub,
12 아히둡은 사독을 낳고 사독은 살룸을 낳고 And Ahitub begat Zadok, and Zadok begat Shallum,
13 살룸은 힐기야를 낳고 힐기야는 아사랴를 낳고 And Shallum begat Hilkiah, and Hilkiah begat Azariah,
14 아사랴는 스라야를 낳고 스라야는 여호사닥을 낳았는데 And Azariah begat Seraiah, and Seraiah begat Jehozadak,
15 주께서 느부갓네살의 손으로 유다와 예루살렘을 사로잡아 가실 때에 여호사닥이 포로로 잡혀갔더라. And Jehozadak went into captivity, when the Lord carried away Judah and Jerusalem by the hand of Nebuchadnezzar.
16 ¶레위의 아들들은 게르솜과 고핫과 므라리요, The sons of Levi; Gershom, Kohath, and Merari.
17 게르솜의 아들들의 이름은 이러하니 곧 립니와 시므이요, And these be the names of the sons of Gershom; Libni, and Shimei.
18 고핫의 아들들은 아므람과 이스할과 헤브론과 웃시엘이요, And the sons of Kohath were, Amram, and Izhar, and Hebron, and Uzziel.
19 므라리의 아들들은 말리와 무시더라. 레위 사람들의 가족들이 그들의 조상들에 따라 이러하니라. The sons of Merari; Mahli, and Mushi. And these are the families of the Levites according to their fathers.
20 게르솜에게서 난 자는 곧 그의 아들 립니요, 그의 아들은 야핫이요, 그의 아들은 심마요, Of Gershom; Libni his son, Jahath his son, Zimmah his son,
21 그의 아들은 요아요, 그의 아들은 잇도요, 그의 아들은 세라요, 그의 아들은 여아드래이며 Joah his son, Iddo his son, Zerah his son, Jeaterai his son.
22 고핫의 아들들은 곧 그의 아들 암미나답이요, 그의 아들은 고라요, 그의 아들은 앗실이요, The sons of Kohath; Amminadab his son, Korah his son, Assir his son,
23 그의 아들은 엘가나요, 그의 아들은 에비아삽이요, 그의 아들은 앗실이요, Elkanah his son, and Ebiasaph his son, and Assir his son,
24 그의 아들은 다핫이요, 그의 아들은 우리엘이요, 그의 아들은 웃시야요, 그의 아들은 사울이며 Tahath his son, Uriel his son, Uzziah his son, and Shaul his son.
25 엘가나의 아들들은 아마새와 아히못이더라. And the sons of Elkanah; Amasai, and Ahimoth.
26 엘가나로 말하건대 엘가나의 아들들은 이러하니 곧 그의 아들은 소배요, 그의 아들은 나핫이요, As for Elkanah: the sons of Elkanah; Zophai his son, and Nahath his son,
27 그의 아들은 엘리압이요, 그의 아들은 여로함이요, 그의 아들은 엘가나며 Eliab his son, Jeroham his son, Elkanah his son.
28 사무엘의 아들들은 맏아들 바스니와 아비야며 And the sons of Samuel; the firstborn Vashni, and Abiah.
29 므라리의 아들들은 말리요, 그의 아들은 립니요, 그의 아들은 시므이요, 그의 아들은 웃사요, The sons of Merari; Mahli, Libni his son, Shimei his son, Uzza his son,
30 그의 아들은 시므아요, 그의 아들은 학기야요, 그의 아들은 아사야더라. Shimea his son, Haggiah his son, Asaiah his son.
31 언약 궤가 안식을 얻은 뒤에 다윗이 주의 집에서 노래하는 일을 맡게 한 자들이 이러하니라. And these are they whom David set over the service of song in the house of the Lord, after that the ark had rest.
32 솔로몬이 예루살렘에 주의 집을 건축할 때까지 그들이 회중의 성막의 거처 앞에서 노래하며 섬기되 그때에 그들이 자기들의 절차에 따라 자기들의 직무를 수행하였더라. And they ministered before the dwelling place of the tabernacle of the congregation with singing, until Solomon had built the house of the Lord in Jerusalem: and then they waited on their office according to their order.
33 자기 아이들과 함께 직무를 수행한 자들은 이러하니라. 고핫 족속의 아들들 중에서 헤만은 노래하는 자더라. 그는 요엘의 아들이요, 요엘은 스무엘의 아들이요, And these are they that waited with their children. Of the sons of the Kohathites: Heman a singer, the son of Joel, the son of Shemuel,
34 스무엘은 엘가나의 아들이요, 엘가나는 여로함의 아들이요, 여로함은 엘리엘의 아들이요, 엘리엘은 도아의 아들이요, The son of Elkanah, the son of Jeroham, the son of Eliel, the son of Toah,
35 도아는 숩의 아들이요, 숩은 엘가나의 아들이요, 엘가나는 마핫의 아들이요, 마핫은 아마새의 아들이요, The son of Zuph, the son of Elkanah, the son of Mahath, the son of Amasai,
36 아마새는 엘가나의 아들이요, 엘가나는 요엘의 아들이요, 요엘은 아사랴의 아들이요, 아사랴는 스바냐의 아들이요, The son of Elkanah, the son of Joel, the son of Azariah, the son of Zephaniah,
37 스바냐는 다핫의 아들이요, 다핫은 앗실의 아들이요, 앗실은 에비아삽의 아들이요, 에비아삽은 고라의 아들이요, The son of Tahath, the son of Assir, the son of Ebiasaph, the son of Korah,
38 고라는 이스할의 아들이요, 이스할은 고핫의 아들이요, 고핫은 레위의 아들이요, 레위는 이스라엘의 아들이더라. The son of Izhar, the son of Kohath, the son of Levi, the son of Israel.
39 또 헤만의 형제 아삽이 그의 오른쪽에 섰는데 그는 곧 베레기야의 아들 아삽이요, 베레기야는 시므아의 아들이요, And his brother Asaph, who stood on his right hand, even Asaph the son of Berachiah, the son of Shimea,
40 시므아는 미가엘의 아들이요, 미가엘은 바아세야의 아들이요, 바아세야는 말기야의 아들이요, The son of Michael, the son of Baaseiah, the son of Malchiah,
41 말기야는 에드니의 아들이요, 에드니는 세라의 아들이요, 세라는 아다야의 아들이요, The son of Ethni, the son of Zerah, the son of Adaiah,
42 아다야는 에단의 아들이요, 에단은 심마의 아들이요, 심마는 시므이의 아들이요, The son of Ethan, the son of Zimmah, the son of Shimei,
43 시므이는 야핫의 아들이요, 야핫은 게르솜의 아들이요, 게르솜은 레위의 아들이더라. The son of Jahath, the son of Gershom, the son of Levi.
44 그들의 형제 곧 므라리의 아들들은 왼쪽에 섰더라. 에단은 기시의 아들이요, 기시는 압디의 아들이요, 압디는 말룩의 아들이요, And their brethren the sons of Merari stood on the left hand: Ethan the son of Kishi, the son of Abdi, the son of Malluch,
45 말룩은 하사비야의 아들이요, 하사비야는 아마시야의 아들이요, 아마시야는 힐기야의 아들이요, The son of Hashabiah, the son of Amaziah, the son of Hilkiah,
46 힐기야는 암시의 아들이요, 암시는 바니의 아들이요, 바니는 세멜의 아들이요, The son of Amzi, the son of Bani, the son of Shamer,
47 세멜은 말리의 아들이요, 말리는 무시의 아들이요, 무시는 므라리의 아들이요, 므라리는 레위의 아들이더라. The son of Mahli, the son of Mushi, the son of Merari, the son of Levi.
48 그들의 형제 레위 사람들도 하나님의 집의 성막의 온갖 종류의 섬기는 일에 지정을 받았더라. Their brethren also the Levites were appointed unto all manner of service of the tabernacle of the house of God.
49 ¶그러나 아론과 그의 아들들은 번제 헌물 제단과 분향 제단 위에 헌물을 드렸으며 지성소의 모든 일에 지정을 받아 하나님의 종 모세가 명령한 모든 것에 따라 이스라엘을 위해 속죄하였더라. But Aaron and his sons offered upon the altar of the burnt offering, and on the altar of incense, and were appointed for all the work of the place most holy, and to make an atonement for Israel, according to all that Moses the servant of God had commanded.
50 아론의 아들들은 이러하니라. 그의 아들은 엘르아살이요, 그의 아들은 비느하스요, 그의 아들은 아비수아요, And these are the sons of Aaron; Eleazar his son, Phinehas his son, Abishua his son,
51 그의 아들은 북기요, 그의 아들은 웃시요, 그의 아들은 스라히야요, Bukki his son, Uzzi his son, Zerahiah his son,
52 그의 아들은 므라욧이요, 그의 아들은 아마랴요, 그의 아들은 아히둡이요, Meraioth his son, Amariah his son, Ahitub his son,
53 그의 아들은 사독이요, 그의 아들은 아히마아스더라. Zadok his son, Ahimaaz his son.
54 ¶이제 그들의 지역 내의 그들의 성채들에 두루 퍼져 있던 그들의 거처 곧 고핫 족속의 가족들 중에서 아론의 아들들에게 속한 거처는 이러하니라. 그 몫이 그들의 것이었더라. Now these are their dwelling places throughout their castles in their coasts, of the sons of Aaron, of the families of the Kohathites: for theirs was the lot.
55 그들이 저들에게 유다 땅의 헤브론과 그것의 사방의 주변 지역을 주었으나 And they gave them Hebron in the land of Judah, and the suburbs thereof round about it.
56 그 도시의 밭과 마을들은 여분네의 아들 갈렙에게 주었으며 But the fields of the city, and the villages thereof, they gave to Caleb the son of Jephunneh.
57 또 그들이 아론의 아들들에게 유다의 도시들을 주었으니 곧 도피 도시 헤브론과 립나와 그것의 주변 지역과 얏딜과 에스드모아와 그것들의 주변 지역과 And to the sons of Aaron they gave the cities of Judah, namely, Hebron, the city of refuge, and Libnah with her suburbs, and Jattir, and Eshtemoa, with their suburbs,
58 힐렌과 그것의 주변 지역과 드빌과 그것의 주변 지역과 And Hilen with her suburbs, Debir with her suburbs,
59 아산과 그것의 주변 지역과 벧세메스와 그것의 주변 지역이더라. And Ashan with her suburbs, and Beth–shemesh with her suburbs:
60 또 베냐민 지파에서는 게바와 그것의 주변 지역과 알레멧과 그것의 주변 지역과 아나돗과 그것의 주변 지역을 주었더라. 그들의 가족들이 두루 얻은 그들의 모든 도시는 열세 도시였더라. And out of the tribe of Benjamin; Geba with her suburbs, and Alemeth with her suburbs, and Anathoth with her suburbs. All their cities throughout their families were thirteen cities.
61 고핫의 아들들 곧 그 지파의 가족 중에서 남은 자들에게는 반 지파 즉 므낫세 반 지파에서 제비를 뽑아 열 도시를 주었고 And unto the sons of Kohath, which were left of the family of that tribe, were cities given out of the half tribe, namely, out of the half tribe of Manasseh, by lot, ten cities.
62 게르솜의 아들들에게는 두루 그들의 가족대로 잇사갈 지파와 아셀 지파와 납달리 지파와 바산에 있는 므낫세 지파에서 열세 도시를 주었으며 And to the sons of Gershom throughout their families out of the tribe of Issachar, and out of the tribe of Asher, and out of the tribe of Naphtali, and out of the tribe of Manasseh in Bashan, thirteen cities.
63 므라리의 아들들에게는 두루 그들의 가족대로 르우벤 지파와 갓 지파와 스불론 지파에서 제비를 뽑아 열두 도시를 주었더라. Unto the sons of Merari were given by lot, throughout their families, out of the tribe of Reuben, and out of the tribe of Gad, and out of the tribe of Zebulun, twelve cities.
64 이스라엘 자손이 이 도시들과 그것들의 주변 지역을 레위 사람들에게 주되 And the children of Israel gave to the Levites these cities with their suburbs.
65 그들이 유다 자손의 지파와 시므온 자손의 지파와 베냐민 자손의 지파에서 그들의 이름으로 불리는 이 도시들을 제비 뽑아 주었더라. And they gave by lot out of the tribe of the children of Judah, and out of the tribe of the children of Simeon, and out of the tribe of the children of Benjamin, these cities, which are called by their names.
66 고핫의 아들들의 가족들 중의 남은 자들은 에브라임 지파에서 자기들 경계의 도시들을 얻었으며 And the residue of the families of the sons of Kohath had cities of their coasts out of the tribe of Ephraim.
67 또 그들이 저들에게 도피 도시들 중에서 주되 에브라임 산의 세겜과 그것의 주변 지역을 주었더라. 그들이 또한 게셀과 그것의 주변 지역과 And they gave unto them, of the cities of refuge, Shechem in mount Ephraim with her suburbs; they gave also Gezer with her suburbs,
68 욕므암과 그것의 주변 지역과 벧호론과 그것의 주변 지역과 And Jokmeam with her suburbs, and Beth–horon with her suburbs,
69 아이얄론과 그것의 주변 지역과 가드림몬과 그것의 주변 지역을 주었더라. And Aijalon with her suburbs, and Gath–rimmon with her suburbs:
70 또 고핫의 아들들 중의 남은 자들의 가족에게는 므낫세 반 지파에서 아넬과 그것의 주변 지역과 빌르암과 그것의 주변 지역을 주었더라. And out of the half tribe of Manasseh; Aner with her suburbs, and Bileam with her suburbs, for the family of the remnant of the sons of Kohath.
71 게르솜의 아들들에게는 므낫세 반 지파의 가족에서 바산의 골란과 그것의 주변 지역과 아스다롯과 그것의 주변 지역을 주었고 Unto the sons of Gershom were given out of the family of the half tribe of Manasseh, Golan in Bashan with her suburbs, and Ashtaroth with her suburbs:
72 또 잇사갈 지파에서 게데스와 그것의 주변 지역과 다브랏과 그것의 주변 지역과 And out of the tribe of Issachar; Kedesh with her suburbs, Daberath with her suburbs,
73 라못과 그것의 주변 지역과 아넴과 그것의 주변 지역을 주었으며 And Ramoth with her suburbs, and Anem with her suburbs:
74 아셀 지파에서 마살과 그것의 주변 지역과 압돈과 그것의 주변 지역과 And out of the tribe of Asher; Mashal with her suburbs, and Abdon with her suburbs,
75 후곡과 그것의 주변 지역과 르홉과 그것의 주변 지역을 주었고 And Hukok with her suburbs, and Rehob with her suburbs:
76 납달리 지파에서 갈릴리의 게데스와 그것의 주변 지역과 함몬과 그것의 주변 지역과 기랴다임과 그것의 주변 지역을 주었더라. And out of the tribe of Naphtali; Kedesh in Galilee with her suburbs, and Hammon with her suburbs, and Kirjathaim with her suburbs.
77 므라리 자손의 남은 자들에게는 스불론 지파에서 림몬과 그것의 주변 지역과 다볼과 그것의 주변 지역을 주었고 Unto the rest of the children of Merari were given out of the tribe of Zebulun, Rimmon with her suburbs, Tabor with her suburbs:
78 또 여리고 옆 요르단 저편 곧 요르단의 동쪽 편에서는 르우벤 지파에서 그들에게 광야의 베셀과 그것의 주변 지역과 야사와 그것의 주변 지역과 And on the other side Jordan by Jericho, on the east side of Jordan, were given them out of the tribe of Reuben, Bezer in the wilderness with her suburbs, and Jahzah with her suburbs,
79 또 그데못과 그것의 주변 지역과 메바앗과 그것의 주변 지역을 주었으며 Kedemoth also with her suburbs, and Mephaath with her suburbs:
80 또 갓 지파에서 길르앗의 라못과 그것의 주변 지역과 마하나임과 그것의 주변 지역과 And out of the tribe of Gad; Ramoth in Gilead with her suburbs, and Mahanaim with her suburbs,
81 헤스본과 그것의 주변 지역과 야셀과 그것의 주변 지역을 주었더라. And Heshbon with her suburbs, and Jazer with her suburbs.
