| 1 | 그 해가 지나고 왕들이 싸움에 나갈 때가 되매 요압이 군대의 병력을 거느리고 나아가 암몬 자손의 지방을 피폐하게 하고 또 가서 랍바를 에워쌌으나 다윗은 예루살렘에 머물렀더라. 요압이 랍바를 쳐서 그곳을 멸하매 | And it came to pass, that after the year was expired, at the time that kings go out to battle, Joab led forth the power of the army, and wasted the country of the children of Ammon, and came and besieged Rabbah. But David tarried at Jerusalem. And Joab smote Rabbah, and destroyed it. |

Even so dealt David with all the cities of the children of Ammon. And David and all the people returned to Jerusalem. |
