| 1 | 오 주여, 주의 분노로 나를 책망하지 마옵시며 주의 맹렬한 노여움으로 나를 징계하지 마옵소서. | O Lord, rebuke me not in thine anger, neither chasten me in thy hot displeasure. |
| 2 | 오 주여, 내가 연약하오니 내게 긍휼을 베푸소서. 오 주여, 나의 뼈들이 괴로워하오니 나를 고치소서. | Have mercy upon me, O Lord; for I am weak: O Lord, heal me; for my bones are vexed. |
| 3 | 나의 혼도 몹시 괴로워하나이다. 그러나, 오 주여, 어느 때까지니이까? | My soul is also sore vexed: but thou, O Lord, how long? |
| 4 | 오 주여, 돌아오사 나의 혼을 건지시옵소서. 오 주의 긍휼로 인하여 나를 구원하소서. | Return, O Lord, deliver my soul: oh save me for thy mercies’ sake. |

| 6 | 내가 신음하므로 피곤하며 밤새도록 내 잠자리를 띄우고 눈물로 내 침상을 적시나이다. | I am weary with my groaning; all the night make I my bed to swim; I water my couch with my tears. |
| 7 | 내 눈이 고통으로 인하여 소멸되었사오며 내 모든 원수로 인하여 노쇠해지나이다. | Mine eye is consumed because of grief; it waxeth old because of all mine enemies. |
| 8 | 불법을 행하는 모든 자들아, 너희는 내게서 떠날지어다. 주께서 내 울음소리를 들으셨도다. | Depart from me, all ye workers of iniquity; for the Lord hath heard the voice of my weeping. |
| 9 | 주께서 내 간구를 들으셨나니 주께서 내 기도를 받으시리로다. | The Lord hath heard my supplication; the Lord will receive my prayer. |
| 10 | 내 모든 원수들은 부끄러움을 당하고 심히 괴로워하리니 그들은 돌아가서 갑자기 부끄러움을 당하리로다. | Let all mine enemies be ashamed and sore vexed: let them return and be ashamed suddenly. |
