| 1 | 주여, 내가 주께 부르짖사오니 속히 내게로 오시옵소서. 내가 주께 부르짖을 때에 내 음성에 귀를 기울이소서. | Lord, I cry unto thee: make haste unto me; give ear unto my voice, when I cry unto thee. |
| 2 | 나의 기도가 주 앞에 향같이 놓이게 하시며 나의 손을 들어 올림이 저녁 희생물같이 놓이게 하소서. | Let my prayer be set forth before thee as incense; and the lifting up of my hands as the evening sacrifice. |
| 3 | 오 주여, 내 입 앞에 파수꾼을 세우시고 내 입술의 문을 지키소서. | Set a watch, O Lord, before my mouth; keep the door of my lips. |
| 4 | 내 마음이 악한 일 쪽으로 기울어 불법을 행하는 자들과 함께 사악한 일들을 행하지 말게 하소서. 또 내가 그들의 맛있는 음식을 먹지 말게 하소서. | Incline not my heart to any evil thing, to practise wicked works with men that work iniquity: and let me not eat of their dainties. |
| 5 | 의로운 자가 나를 치게 하소서. 그것이 친절이 되리이다. 그가 나를 책망하게 하소서. 그것이 심히 좋은 기름이 되며 내 머리를 부수지 아니하리니 그들이 재난을 당할 때에도 내가 여전히 기도하리이다. | Let the righteous smite me; it shall be a kindness: and let him reprove me; it shall be an excellent oil, which shall not break my head: for yet my prayer also shall be in their calamities. |

| 7 | 사람이 땅에서 나무를 베고 쪼갤 때에 우리의 뼈들이 무덤의 입 앞에 흩어졌사오나 | Our bones are scattered at the grave’s mouth, as when one cutteth and cleaveth wood upon the earth. |
| 8 | 오 하나님 곧 주여, 내 눈이 주를 향하며 내가 주를 신뢰하오니 내 혼을 피폐하게 버려두지 마옵소서. | But mine eyes are unto thee, O God the Lord: in thee is my trust; leave not my soul destitute. |
| 9 | 나를 지키사 그들이 나를 잡으려고 놓은 올무와 불법을 행하는 자들의 덫에서 벗어나게 하옵소서. | Keep me from the snares which they have laid for me, and the gins of the workers of iniquity. |
| 10 | 사악한 자들은 자기 그물에 걸리게 하시되 나는 거기서 피하게 하소서. | Let the wicked fall into their own nets, whilst that I withal escape. |
