| 1 | 끝으로 나의 형제들아, 주를 기뻐하라. 너희에게 같은 것들을 쓰는 것이 참으로 내게는 부담이 되지 아니하며 너희에게는 안전하니라. | Finally, my brethren, rejoice in the Lord. To write the same things to you, to me indeed is not grievous, but for you it is safe. |
| 2 | 개들을 조심하고 악한 일꾼들을 조심하며 살을 베어 내는 자들을 조심하라. | Beware of dogs, beware of evil workers, beware of the concision. |
| 3 | 영으로 하나님께 경배하고 그리스도 예수님을 기뻐하며 육체를 신뢰하지 아니하는 우리가 곧 할례자니라. | For we are the circumcision, which worship God in the spirit, and rejoice in Christ Jesus, and have no confidence in the flesh. |

| 6 | 열심에 관한 한 교회를 핍박하였고 율법에 있는 의에 대하여는 흠이 없는 자로다. | Concerning zeal, persecuting the church; touching the righteousness which is in the law, blameless. |
| 7 | 그러나 무엇이든지 내게 이득이던 것들을 곧 그것들을 내가 그리스도를 위하여 손실로 여겼으며 | But what things were gain to me, those I counted loss for Christ. |
| 8 | 참으로 확실히 모든 것을 손실로 여김은 그리스도 예수 내 주를 아는 지식이 뛰어나기 때문이라. 내가 그분을 위하여 모든 것의 손실을 입고 그것들을 단지 배설물로 여김은 내가 그리스도를 얻고 | Yea doubtless, and I count all things but loss for the excellency of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord: for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and do count them but dung, that I may win Christ, |

| 10 | 이것은 내가 그분의 죽으심과 일치하게 되어 그분과 그분의 부활의 권능과 그분의 고난에 참여하는 것을 알고자 함이요, | That I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable unto his death; |
| 11 | 어찌하든지 내가 죽은 자들의 부활에 도달하려 함이라. | If by any means I might attain unto the resurrection of the dead. |
| 12 | 나는 내가 이미 도달한 것처럼 말하지 아니하며 이미 완전한 것처럼 말하지도 아니하고 다만 그리스도 예수님께서 나를 붙잡아 이루시고자 하신 그것을 붙잡으려고 뒤따라가노라. | Not as though I had already attained, either were already perfect: but I follow after, if that I may apprehend that for which also I am apprehended of Christ Jesus. |

| 15 | 그러므로 우리 완전한 자들은 다 이같이 생각할지니 만일 어떤 일에서 너희가 달리 생각하면 하나님께서 바로 이것을 너희에게 드러내시리라. | Let us therefore, as many as be perfect, be thus minded: and if in any thing ye be otherwise minded, God shall reveal even this unto you. |
| 16 | 그럼에도 불구하고 우리가 이미 도달한 곳에서는 같은 규칙에 따라 걷고 같은 것을 생각할지니라. | Nevertheless, whereto we have already attained, let us walk by the same rule, let us mind the same thing. |
| 17 | 형제들아, 너희는 함께 나를 따르는 자가 되고 또 너희가 우리를 본보기로 삼은 것 같이 그렇게 걷는 자들을 주목하라. | Brethren, be followers together of me, and mark them which walk so as ye have us for an ensample. |
| 18 | (내가 여러 번 너희에게 말한 적이 있고 지금도 눈물을 흘리며 너희에게 말하는 많은 사람들 곧 그들이 그리스도의 십자가의 원수로 걷느니라. | (For many walk, of whom I have told you often, and now tell you even weeping, that they are the enemies of the cross of Christ: |

| 21 | 그분께서는 모든 것을 자기에게 복종시킬 때 사용하는 능력을 발휘하사 우리의 천한 몸을 변화시켜 자신의 영광스러운 몸과 같게 만드시리라. | Who shall change our vile body, that it may be fashioned like unto his glorious body, according to the working whereby he is able even to subdue all things unto himself. |
