| 2 | (그분께서 이르시되, 받아 주는 때에 내가 네 말을 들었고 구원의 날에 내가 너를 구조하였노라, 하시나니, 보라, 지금이 받아 주시는 때요, 보라, 지금이 구원의 날이로다.) | (For he saith, I have heard thee in a time accepted, and in the day of salvation have I succoured thee: behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation.) |

| 6 | 순수함과 지식과 오래 참음과 친절함과 성령님과 거짓 없는 사랑과 | By pureness, by knowledge, by longsuffering, by kindness, by the Holy Ghost, by love unfeigned, |
| 7 | 진리의 말씀과 하나님의 권능과 오른손과 왼손에 든 의의 병기로 그리하며 | By the word of truth, by the power of God, by the armour of righteousness on the right hand and on the left, |
| 8 | 영예와 치욕으로 그리하고 나쁜 평판과 좋은 평판으로 그리하였나니 우리는 속이는 자 같으나 진실하고 | By honour and dishonour, by evil report and good report: as deceivers, and yet true; |
| 9 | 무명한 자 같으나 유명하며 죽는 자 같으나, 보라, 우리가 살고 징계를 받는 자 같으나 죽임을 당하지 아니하며 | As unknown, and yet well known; as dying, and, behold, we live; as chastened, and not killed; |
| 10 | 근심하는 자 같으나 항상 기뻐하고 가난한 자 같으나 많은 사람을 부요하게 하며 아무것도 없는 자 같으나 모든 것을 소유한 자로다. | As sorrowful, yet alway rejoicing; as poor, yet making many rich; as having nothing, and yet possessing all things. |

| 12 | 너희는 우리 안에서 좁혀지지 아니하고 오직 너희 속 중심에서 좁혀졌느니라. | Ye are not straitened in us, but ye are straitened in your own bowels. |
| 13 | (내가 내 자녀에게 하듯 말하노니) 이제 너희도 같은 것을 보답하는 뜻으로 마음을 넓게 열라. | Now for a recompence in the same, (I speak as unto my children,) be ye also enlarged. |
| 14 | 너희는 믿지 않는 자들과 더불어 공평하지 않게 멍에를 같이 메지 말라. 의가 불의와 무슨 사귐을 갖겠느냐? 빛이 어둠과 무슨 친교를 나누겠느냐? | Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness? |
| 15 | 그리스도가 벨리알과 무슨 일치를 보겠느냐? 혹은 믿는 자가 믿지 않는 자와 무슨 몫을 나누겠느냐? | And what concord hath Christ with Belial? or what part hath he that believeth with an infidel? |
| 16 | 하나님의 성전이 우상들과 무슨 조화를 이루겠느냐? 너희는 살아 계신 하나님의 성전이니라. 하나님께서 이르시되, 내가 그들 가운데 거하고 그들 가운데 거닐며 나는 그들의 하나님이 되고 그들은 내 백성이 되리라. | And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people. |

| 18 | 너희에게 아버지가 되고 너희는 내 아들딸이 되리라. 주 곧 전능자가 말하노라, 하셨느니라. | And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty. |
