1	But Job answered and said,	욥의 대답 욥이 대답하여 이르되
2	How hast thou helped him that is without power? how savest thou the arm that hath no strength?	네가 힘 없는 자를 참 잘도 도와 주는구나 기력 없는 팔을 참 잘도 구원하여 주는구나
3	How hast thou counselled him that hath no wisdom? and how hast thou plentifully declared the thing as it is?	지혜 없는 자를 참 잘도 가르치는구나 큰 지식을 참 잘도 자랑하는구나
4	To whom hast thou uttered words? and whose spirit came from thee?	네가 누구를 향하여 말하느냐 누구의 정신이 네게서 나왔느냐
5	Dead things are formed from under the waters, and the inhabitants thereof.	죽은 자의 영들이 물 밑에서 떨며 물에서 사는 것들도 그러하도다
6	Hell is naked before him, and destruction hath no covering.	하나님 앞에서는 스올도 벗은 몸으로 드러나며 멸망도 가림이 없음이라
7	He stretcheth out the north over the empty place, and hangeth the earth upon nothing.	그는 북쪽을 허공에 펴시며 땅을 아무것도 없는 곳에 매다시며
8	He bindeth up the waters in his thick clouds; and the cloud is not rent under them.	물을 빽빽한 구름에 싸시나 그 밑의 구름이 찢어지지 아니하느니라
9	He holdeth back the face of his throne, and spreadeth his cloud upon it.	그는 보름달을 가리시고 자기의 구름을 그 위에 펴시며
10	He hath compassed the waters with bounds, until the day and night come to an end.	수면에 경계를 그으시니 빛과 어둠이 함께 끝나는 곳이니라
11	The pillars of heaven tremble and are astonished at his reproof.	그가 꾸짖으신즉 하늘 기둥이 흔들리며 놀라느니라
12	He divideth the sea with his power, and by his understanding he smiteth through the proud.	그는 능력으로 바다를 잔잔하게 하시며 지혜로 라합을 깨뜨리시며
13	By his spirit he hath garnished the heavens; his hand hath formed the crooked serpent.	그의 입김으로 하늘을 맑게 하시고 손으로 날렵한 뱀을 무찌르시나니
14	Lo, these are parts of his ways: but how little a portion is heard of him? but the thunder of his power who can understand?	보라 이런 것들은 그의 행사의 단편일 뿐이요 우리가 그에게서 들은 것도 속삭이는 소리일 뿐이니 그의 큰 능력의 우렛소리를 누가 능히 헤아리랴
