1	[성가대 지휘자를 따라 기띳에 맞추어 부르는 다윗의 노래] 야훼, 우리의 주여! 주의 이름 온 세상에 어찌 이리 크십니까! 주의 영광 기리는 노래 하늘 높이 퍼집니다.	O Lord our Lord, how excellent is thy name in all the earth! who hast set thy glory above the heavens.
2	어린이, 젖먹이들이 노래합니다. 이로써 원수들과 반역자들을 꺾으시고 당신께 맞서는 자들을 무색케 하셨습니다.	Out of the mouth of babes and sucklings hast thou ordained strength because of thine enemies, that thou mightest still the enemy and the avenger.
3	당신의 작품, 손수 만드신 저 하늘과 달아놓으신 달과 별들을 우러러보면	When I consider thy heavens, the work of thy fingers, the moon and the stars, which thou hast ordained;
4	사람이 무엇이기에 이토록 생각해 주시며 사람이 무엇이기에 이토록 보살펴 주십니까?	What is man, that thou art mindful of him? and the son of man, that thou visitest him?
5	그를 하느님 다음가는 자리에 앉히시고 존귀와 영광의 관을 씌워주셨습니다.	For thou hast made him a little lower than the angels, and hast crowned him with glory and honour.
6	손수 만드신 만물을 다스리게 하시고 모든 것을 발밑에 거느리게 하셨습니다.	Thou madest him to have dominion over the works of thy hands; thou hast put all things under his feet:
7	크고 작은 온갖 가축과 들에서 뛰노는 짐승들하며	All sheep and oxen, yea, and the beasts of the field;
8	공중의 새와 바다의 고기, 물길 따라 두루 다니는 물고기들을 통틀어 다스리게 하셨습니다.	The fowl of the air, and the fish of the sea, and whatsoever passeth through the paths of the seas.
9	야훼, 우리의 주여! 주의 이름 온 세상에 어찌 이리 크십니까!	O Lord our Lord, how excellent is thy name in all the earth!
